Now reading: Chapter 744 744: Act 114 Black Forest Border (3) (2nd update from Amber Sword, a Game novel by Crimson Flame.

Brand understood Tama's thoughts.

The Black Forest is a piece of barbaric land never cultivated, sparsely visited by humans. The rules influenced by Chaos reset periodically; the forest is full of bizarre scenes, with treasures hidden beneath the surface that humans could never imagine.

Due to the influence of the Magic Moon, the forest is not only filled with various monsters, but magical plants are also thriving. In so places, magic gathers, forming open-air magic crystal mines—gemstones sparkling in the streams, Gold Coins gushing from the fountains. This is not just poetic imagery; it could beco reality here.

The Black Forest is not only a forbidden zone of civilization but also an unknown treasure trove in the eyes of humans. However, since the Second Holy War, the strength of various races on the continent has been exhausted through internal strife, and the grandeur of Pioneer Knights rushing into the jungle is no longer seen.

Yet, those bizarre legends have endured. It is said that rare materials abound in the forest—the moonlit river water can resurrect the dead, red earth veins beneath the ground contain Sage's Blood that can turn steel into Gold, the Giant Dragon graveyard holds Dragon Bones more valuable than diamonds, and leaves that ignite can create illusions akin to heaven.

All these are the greatest wealth in the eyes of alchemists. Acquiring any one of them could create a legendary item rembered for ages. Every alchemist yearns for the Black Forest, but most who dare to venture into it end up dead.

This is another fact: the Black Forest is also the most concentrated area of demon nests.

"Master Tama could have directly commissioned ," Brand shook his head, "It's actually my oversight; I forgot the Black Forest is the treasure trove every alchemist yearns for."

"Actually, I think Master Tama has his own concerns as well," Antitina suddenly smiled and answered.

"What do you an?"

"Ask Tiya, and you'll know," the noble girl playfully replied.

Brand imdiately looked at Furlo.

The older sister among the Wild Elves turned her head expressionlessly and called to her sister, "Tiya—"

"Sister?" The younger sister quickly ran back, but seeing her sister's unfriendly expression, she cautiously kept her distance and asked, "Is there anything, sister?"

"Lord wants to ask you a question," Furlo replied.

"Lord?" Tiya turned back, her eyes wide as she looked at Brand. But compared to her sister, she found this Lord who often told her stories during their journey less frightening.

In this regard, Furlo was quite a failure as an older sister.

"Tiya, why did Master Tama call you here?" Brand asked.

"To collect materials, Lord!"

Isn't this normal? Brand looked back at Antitina, who covered her mouth and smiled, then nudged her chin toward him, indicating that he should continue asking.

Brand paused for a mont, then continued, "What materials?"

"Master Tama said this," Tiya began to recite, nodding her head, but Furlo gave her a fierce glare—the girl shrank her head slightly, then obediently and softly said, "There should be plenty of Secondary Magic Crystals in the forest, so we need to collect as many as possible. This includes Moon Crystals, Gold Crystals..."

"And magic plants, Blood Spot Rose and Whip Tail Flower..."

"Regarding ores, finding an open-air Secret Silver Ore would be excellent. But Holy Silver is good too, and Cold Iron, Nasir raw ore..."

"I've heard there are springs in the Black Forest that can preserve youth forever, Great Angel's wings, Poem of the Giant Dragon, Golden Heart..."

"Stop, stop, stop!" Seeing Tiya show no signs of finishing, Brand quickly called a halt. The material list was reasonable at first, but it beca increasingly absurd toward the end, with the spring of eternal youth already being legendary.

What Great Angel's wings, Poem of the Giant Dragon, Golden Heart—these are Divine Artifact Level items. Tama's passion seems to treat the Black Forest as a dwarf's treasure trove where you just open the door and haul out treasures.

If it were that easy, humans would have rushed in long ago. Although the Black Forest breeds countless treasures, the dangers are equally imnse.
