"Is that...is that Dragon Power Potion... How can there be so much!" The black-haired boy standing far behind was so shocked seeing Ben's subordinates gulp down the Dragon Power Potion that he almost bit his tongue.
"Luo Nuo, what's wrong?" The young lady from the Flower Leaf Domain, who seed to have just recovered from her fright, asked softly, as if a louder voice would attract that fearso Erune country bumpkin.
"He's...he's treating the Dragon Power Potion like plain water..." Luo Nuo said, sowhat frustrated. "It would be so much better if it were used on knights with higher talent."
He said this with a hint of worry for those ancient people.
"What's so surprising about Dragon Power Potion?" Elman said coldly, casting a glance at his companion. Earlier, when he thought Ben was going to kill them, he had pushed the other away, an instinctive reaction, yet this Viscount knew very well that a grudge had now ford.
Rather than explaining, he decided to act decisively. Although the other party was a genius, a genius only represents potential for the future, and in this Black Forest, he had plenty of opportunities to ensure the boy had no future.
When Luo Nuo heard his words, he also turned to look at his 'companion.' Unlike Elman's indifference, the black-haired boy showed his contempt openly. Elman's previous actions made him both angry and disdainful:
"What do you know, that's the true, pure Dragon Power Potion. What you took was just garbage compared to what those young people were using."
"If I'm not mistaken, with that purity, it might even be a genuine Dragon Blood product."
The black-haired boy didn't hide his contempt, making Elman secretly take a deep breath. Yet, he didn't show this on his face, only casting a cold glance at Ben over there.
"Alright, it's about ti we head back, or it's going to be too late." The Viscount spoke again, hesitating to admit that this outing was a mistake. However, since this was suggested by the little princess of the Flower Leaf Domain, even if sothing went wrong, he'd have to take the bla.
Unlike Luo Nuo, he had seen many geniuses, but there was only one heir to Duke Mandesier.
He ca here at great risk to please this little princess.
But earlier, Ben's sword strike almost destroyed his perfect image. At that mont, he really thought he was going to die, and if death were certain, then any alchemy genius or the young lady of the Flower Leaf Domain would be aningless.
In a life-and-death situation, his own life was the most real.
But he didn't expect that damn Erune person rely gave them a warning. Elman took a deep breath, thankful that the young lady was too stunned to notice anything, and although Luo Nuo held a grudge against him, he wasn't the type to gossip.
However, the notion that soone else held his weakness left Viscount Elman uneasy, and he glanced at Luo Nuo with a look ant for a corpse.
"Look over there!" Suddenly, Faina shouted.
Everyone noticed a slight glow in the night sky.
A pair of massive, almost battlefield-spanning green transparent wings unfurled.
But those weren't wings made of light; they were magical arrays. Wind Spirit Spiders appeared in mid-air, carrying gleaming Holy Swords.
Instantly, the Light Wings turned golden.
Everyone gasped. Although so among them had seen this scene before, the sight of countless shimring, suspended golden Holy Swords in the night sky carried more of a fantastical feel compared to the dayti spectacle.
Count Otin looked up, almost petrified, while the Erune Nobles behind him were utterly stunned—what was this?
A spell?
Their gaze dropped from the great curtain of light above down to Ben—was this the young man's spell? But wasn't that young noble supposed to be a swordsman of the Golden Domain?
This was no Demon Swordsn skill.
Or could it be, dual discipline in spellcasting?
Ben didn't care about the eyes of others, or perhaps he was already accustod to it. He simply pressed his lips together, pointing forward with the Earth Sword in his hand.
"Bow your heads!"
"Bow your heads! The Lord is comncing the attack!" The group leaders imdiately shouted in understanding.
The knights to the side hesitated slightly, instinctively turning their heads, only to see a bright spot of light in the sky—which was so dazzlingly white that it made everyone squint.
