Perhaps it's possible.
Ben stood there in silence for a mont, deciding to try out another skill first. The Shadow Rock Beast—he pointed the Earth Sword towards the Black Wolf.
20 points of Mana lost.
Magic Power gathered once again, the black Magic Flow surged entirely towards the ground, and suddenly a piece of the ground swelled up as a strange creature erged from below.
Oh my gosh, isn't this it!
Ben nearly dropped his jaw upon seeing the creature co to a halt and finally taking a clear look at its form. Not only him, but even those around him were all stunned, with Caglis exclaiming, "Ah, isn't that a Rock Leopard?"
The young man blurted out.
Indeed, it was a Rock Leopard, but unlike the usual ones with a grey body outlined by rock streamlined lines, this bizarre creature was almost identical in appearance to a standard Rock Leopard, yet it was comprised entirely of flowing black Magic Power and sharp rocks floating within it.
Magic Power ford its trunk, while the floating sharp rocks shaped its body's outline and its limbs, head.
Ben swore he'd never seen such a creature before; it looked like a Demon—a being purely ford from twisted Magic Power—but it also bore so traits of an Elental Creature.
"What the heck is this!" After calming down from his surprise, Ben imdiately thought of his Earth Sword and quickly lifted his sword to scan it.
And with that, Ben discovered the issue—because of the Earth Sword, the Stone Nest attribute from Harangeya had vanished from it.
Under normal circumstances, the disappearance of an important attribute from his equipnt would get Ben cursing. But now he realized—the attribute on the Earth Sword wasn't actually gone, but rather it seed it had been rged with Aisis's Heart of Calamity.
But the Heart of Calamity from Aisis has this functionality? This left Ben a bit puzzled for a mont, for his initial impression was simply that the Heart of Calamity was rely an amulet with the Wolf's Nest attribute.
Perhaps it was special, requiring integration into the body for use, but Ben originally thought this was simply because the amulet itself had special growth attributes.
Soon he found out it wasn't that simple.
Co to think of it, Ben suddenly realized that in his impression, equipnt rarely offered a special system to the player. Like the few special systems he knew from past gas—the Elent Pool System of an Elental Mage, which was career-driven.
The Lord System, activated by identity and territory; the Elite, Leader systems of monsters, brought by templates. Not to ntion the Guild and Team systems, and the Travel Mage System introduced by Destiny Cards.
This implies that Aisis's Heart of Calamity is at least of this level of product.
Thus, the capability of the so-called Nest System seems to be to consolidate all attributes with nesting abilities a player possesses and turn them into the player's own abilities instead of external capabilities.
Ben vaguely speculated on the operation of this system, though he was curious whether this ability could absorb fixed nests, if possible, that would be extrely powerful.
He could roam the world searching for nests, defeat their Guardians, and absorb them one by one, eventually becoming an existence like the Mother Nest?
Of course, Ben knew this was only a thought. If such a possibility existed, several overpowered characters capable of summoning thousands of troops would have appeared in the ga long ago.
But the fact is, they haven't.
Ben grasped the situation, even considering another possibility—that the Nest Master System carried by Aisis's Heart of Calamity might be sothing not even available in the ga.
Much like his Travel Mage System.
Both are so similar, both are special systems, and both brought by certain equipnt.
Then Ben looked at the Shadow Rock Beast, and then at the Black Wolf armored in rock, his heart suddenly racing—he thought of a possibility—
Since the 'Shadow' attribute of the Black Wolf's Shadow Nest could influence the Rock Leopard, could the 'Rock' attribute of the Stone Nest influence the Black Wolf conversely?
At least what he saw in front of him has already confird this point.
This suggests that the way Aisis's Heart of Calamity offers the capabilities of the Nest Lord System by absorbing nest attributes is actually by breaking them down and then rging them within the entire system?
Ben imdiately switched to the information panel of the Nest Lord System, the green light web flickered before his eyes, his pupils suddenly contracted:
Nest Lord—2 attributes acquired (Minor Shadow, Minor Rock), 2 nests acquired (Shadow Nest, Stone Nest).
"What the heck!" Ben nearly jumped up in excitent; it was just as he thought! The Nest Lord System breaks down and absorbs nest attributes and then integrates them to create brand new creatures with various nest traits.
The question remains if these new creatures rely gain traits or if they beco stronger due to the new traits. If it's the latter, then he's not just made a great profit, but an overflowing one.
Without another word, Ben decided to test it out imdiately, instructing Caglis to evaluate the two monsters' strength.
Caglis was not one to hesitate; he also wanted to check out exactly what these two monsters were all about—as he saw it, these two were summoned by Ben, and they had faced off against Ben's summoned Stone Leopards countless tis—the Black Wolf was just another Stone Leopard to deal with.
Caglis drew his sword, and Ben imdiately issued an attack command to the Shadow Rock Beast in his mind; the telepathy was a unique ability of the Nest Lord, but unlike the Travel Mage's instantaneous summons disregard distance, it wasn't as overpowered.
Currently, Ben's telepathy range as a Nest Lord is roughly three to four miles, with effectiveness diminishing significantly beyond that.
Upon receiving his command, the Rock Shadow Beast launched its attack, its approach resembling a Rock Leopard's with a shadow trailing behind.
Caglis, initially tense with his Longsword, heaved a sigh of relief upon seeing its movent—over the past month, he had faced off with Rock Leopards countless tis, familiar with their attack patterns.
He believed even if this creature was stronger than a Rock Leopard, it wouldn't be too ridiculous, and with caution, shouldn't pose significant issues.
Caglis stepped forward, raised his sword, employing his well-practiced Erui Army Military Swordsmanship to probe. Yet, the probe surprised him.
With his sword forward, the Shadow Rock Beast charged at him without dodging, Caglis hadn't anticipated such a Fury, that it would recklessly bypass his sharp blade and leap at him.
In the next instant, everyone saw Caglis pinned to the ground.
