Chapter 240: Chapter 1: Introduction to Refining
Lin Feng and his companions rested in Moonfall City for three days before the city had arranged for a griffin beast to take them back to Azure Dragon Academy, their mission now complete.
Lin Feng lay in the griffin beast’s soft fur, letting the wind blow on his face, basking in the sun, warm and comfortable.

Huang Ling’er asked in a wistful voice, “Why did you leave halfway through the celebration banquet? Where did you go?”
Huang Ling’er kept her eyes fixed on Lin Feng’s as she spoke.

Lin Feng’s gaze flickered slightly; naturally, he couldn’t tell Huang Ling’er that he was ssing around with her sister behind the rockery.
Lin Feng replied, “I had too much to drink that day, so I went back early to rest.”
“Is that so?” Huang Ling’er asked.
“Of course,” Lin Feng nodded, and then closed his eyes again.
