Chapter 1237: Part 1: Fight against Ben (Inner Hall)

I’m standing on the platform on one side. Ben is standing opposite . The elder has asked whether both of us agree to the duel.
We both nodded our heads. But he is waiting for sothing. A look of understanding dawned on .
He must be waiting to get permission from the higher ups. The Blazing Fire Faction Warriors saw this as well. But no one raised the question.
Issac and the female warrior were not raising any questions. The middle aged man, Ben standing opposite , was silent as well.
At this ti, the whole duel arena was noisy. The inner hall elders allowed the Outer Hall Warriors to fill the empty seat.
The whole arena looked packed right now.
In the mid air, Dean Jero saw that Elder was waiting for the order. He then gave the order to the elder.
The Purple Mark Guard thinks that Elder must have realised that everyone was paying attention to the duel.
On the duel platform, the Elder received the order directly from the Dean. He was dumbfounded. He had thought soone from the Inner Hall would give him the order.
But to his surprise. Dean Jero has directly ordered him.
The Elder then looks at both the participants.
He said,”You guys can start the duel.”
This ti his voice has reached everyone’s ears. The duel arena has beco quiet for a second. But they broke out into cheers the next mont.
Issac and the female warrior smiled in response.
In the duel platform, the middle aged man Ben grinned before darting out from his spot.
Boom!
His movent creates a booming sound. He covers half of the platform in the blink of an eye. His fist is aiming at the opponent.
Seeing that opponent us charging forward without using his elent. I realised he wants to test my strength.
So I punched forward to block his attack. Both of our fists co in contact with each other in a flash.
Boom!
A shock force bursts forth and spreads across the fighting platform.
The middle aged man Ben’s face changes. His right arm was hurt. The impact force is hurting him right now. He took two steps backward with disbelief.
At the sa ti, I stood rooted on the sa spot and looked at him. But my heart was in turmoil.
If it were an ordinary warrior, the brute force would have broken his arm.
But I know that the opponent in front of has Ancient Inheritance as well. So his physique is naturally strong.
Ben cald his heart and retreated to his previous position. Seeing that I did the sa.

An exclamation sounded among the audience. Everyone knows that the first confrontation was a test of strength.

Issac and the female warrior standing outside the fighting platform felt ashad. Before coming here, the trio were clear.
They didn’t underestimate Zack Lockwood. They knew that Zack Lockwood’s reputation wasn’t false. So the trio had decided to use their full strength when it cos to Zack Lockwood.
So they understood that Ben was being overpowered. It shows that Zack Lockwood is stronger than Ben. It made Issac and the female warrior serious.
They can’t afford to look down on Zack Lockwood.

Dean Jero and the Purple Mark Guard were standing in the mid air. They are watching the situation below.
From the first confrontation it was clear that Zack Lockwood had the upper hand.
But the Purple Mark Guard still doesn’t know whether Zack Lockwood would be able to win without using the Inheritance power.
Dean Jero’s eyes flickered. He is silently accessing the strength of Zack Lockwood. He knows that Ancient Inheritances are powerful. But there are gaps between them.
But Zack Lockwood has not one but two Ancient Inheritances. He thinks that’s why the kid’s physique is so strong.

Inside the viewing block, the faction leaders were surprised by the test of strength.
“Ha…Ha….Ha…”
“Faction Leader Elr, the outco is clear now,” Old man Clifford said with a joyful laughter.
Hearing that Elr still smiles. From the beginning he has been maintaining a neutral attitude. He knows that it’s not easy to defeat Zack Lockwood.
He said,”The duel is not over yet. The clash of inheritance power still remains.”
Old man Clifford becos silent. He glares at him before turning towards the fighting platform.
The Human Bloodline Faction Leader Francesca’s eyes flickered. She is having the sa idea as Dean Jero.
She thinks Zack Lockwood’s two Ancient Inheritances have made his physique strong. There is a possibility of him winning without using the inheritance power.
“Sure, it won’t be easy to defeat that kid. The rumours regarding his strength are not falsehood,” Bethany said in a serious tone.
Her voice reached other faction leaders. Including the ears of the Dew Water Faction Leader. Her eyes glead with a twinkle.
She had never expected the Water Variant Ancient Inheritance of Zack Lockwood would be this strong. It has made his Physique stronger than the Blazing Fire Faction.
The long lost fire lit in her heart again. She wanted Zack Lockwood to be in her faction. Then her water faction might beco top amongst the elental faction.
Even there is a chance of ranking among the top 3 in the whole Star University. Her hope was not without a chance. Zack Lockwood does have Water Variant Inheritance.
So Zack Lockwood should be in her faction. She knows that it’s impossible for the Dean to change his opinion. Unless soone orders him to do that.
She knows that there are powers behind the Star University who could do that. She can only wait for that ti to co.
She will definitely rope Zack Lockwood into her Water Faction when it happens. After gaining so clarity, she cald her heart.
Faction Leader Vince was silent. Unlike others he is not making any comnts. He simply observes to collect details on Zack Lockwood’s Ancient Inheritance.
