Capítulo 1337: Part 1: Seething Rage

After learning that Ronnie Seth had been sneak attacked, I couldn’t sit still. I began to go through the online posts again. I wanted to know whether the news was true or not.
As I continued to go through the online posts, it beca evident that the information was true. I stood up and decided to investigate the truth myself.
A few minutes later, I left the residence and started heading towards the exit. This ti, I didn’t hide my presence. I walked boldly, my gaze darkening.
The mbers passing by were taken aback. They didn’t know what had happened. But they noticed Zack Lockwood’s expression. The next second, they knew sothing was wrong.
A couple of passersby paused their footsteps and started discussing.
A group of people with discerning eyes knew sothing about Zack Lockwood’s relationship with Ronnie Seth. Both of them were good friends, despite coming from rival factions.
People started posting news online then and there. Obviously, there were more who were interested in Zack Lockwood’s current news.
This was another ti for them to watch the drama unfold. Zack Lockwood had always been low-key. He rarely ca outside, so they didn’t want to miss out on this opportunity.

I arrived at the exit. By this ti, I had co across more than a hundred mbers. They were on their way to the common training facility, but my appearance had changed their minds.
I walked out of the Thunderfla Faction territory. Then, I started heading towards the virtual training lab. I didn’t care if the whole outer and inner hall saw .
Main Hall
Faction Leader Clifford was in the main hall discussing sothing else with the main elders. It was the daily morning eting regarding the warrior camps and news related to their mbers.
Suddenly, the disciples of the main elders started texting them in the middle of the eting.
But no one answered the calls or checked the text ssages. As the seconds went by, the main elders were getting annoyed.
Even Faction Leader Clifford was confused. He swept his gaze across everyone. His eyes were filled with doubt.
He had never seen everyone getting calls and text ssages at the sa ti. The main elders didn’t know what to do. Even they were perplexed.
Buzz!
Faction Leader Clifford got the text the next second. This ti, everyone was dumbfounded.
Faction Leader Clifford took his device out and read the text ssage. His eyes filled with disbelief the next mont.
“What?” the old man muttered.
“Who provoked the kid this ti?” Old Man Clifford added.
Gasp!
Main Elder Cathy and the others took a sharp breath. They had very rarely seen Faction Leader Clifford have an outburst. They knew sothing bad had happened.
Austin finally asked, “Faction Leader, what happened?”
Everyone’s gaze turned toward the Faction Leader. Clifford’s expression was ugly.
He imdiately summoned one of the non-main elders from outside. Seeing that everyone had fallen silent, they waited for the person to arrive.
A few minutes later, a hunchbacked elder walked into the room. He greeted everyone before looking towards Faction Leader Clifford.
“Tobias, what’s going on?” Clifford asked.
The main elders Austin, Ann, Cathy, Leola, and Rosie were looking at the hunchbacked old man. He was the Purple Mark Elder.
However, his potential had been exhausted. There were many like him; they were the pillars of the Thunderfla Faction.
The situation was the sa in other factions. But the main elders were the strongest among them, which was why they held their positions.
“Leader, what are you asking about?” Tobias asked. He had been called here abruptly, so he was confused right now.
Clifford noticed the doubt. He didn’t know how Austin and Ann would react, but he decided to ask anyway.
“I’m asking about Zack Lockwood,” Clifford said in a serious tone.
Hearing that, everyone was taken aback. Austin and Ann’s expressions shifted. They knew Zack Lockwood was practicing inside the essence chamber, so they didn’t know what was going on now.
The hunchbacked old man understood. Though he was old, he knew about the latest information, including what had happened just now. The hunchbacked old man nodded his head and started telling them.
Virtual Training Lab
Inside the virtual training lab, I t with Old Man Daniel and the other staff. They all looked angry and helpless.
They all seed to be waiting for my arrival. Old Man Daniel looked furious. He walked up to and looked into my eyes.
“Kid, you are late. Your friend’s situation was critical. He was admitted to the infirmary. No one was allowed to see him,” Old Man Daniel said. His tone sounded sad and frustrated.
Hearing that, my heart boiled in anger. I didn’t want to talk too much. I wanted to know who did this.
“Elder, who is it?” I asked him.
At this ti, I found the gazes of the staff were on as well. They were all angry and frustrated, just like Old Man Daniel.
They knew my characteristics. If I knew the culprit, I would teach them a lesson.
Old Man Daniel began to contemplate. He didn’t want to trigger Zack Lockwood because he didn’t know the attitude of the Thunderfla Faction Leader and the main elders. So, he was hesitating.
On the other hand, I could guess his thoughts. He must be thinking about the consequences. Very few people used this facility as it was.
I didn’t want to cause more trouble for him and the facility. I thought that the background behind the attacker must be strong.
“Alright, I will find the attacker myself,” I told everyone.
Then, I glanced at Old Man Daniel and the staff before exiting the virtual training lab.
The faces of Old Man Daniel and the other staff changed drastically. They didn’t know what Zack Lockwood was going to do next.
“Wait!” Old Man Daniel shouted.
He didn’t want Zack Lockwood to fall into a trap.
However, I heard Old Man Daniel’s shout, but I ignored him.
