The foreign creatures claid that the masked warrior is a Silver Mark Warrior with the ability to fight across tiers. They evaluated his potential to reach Red Mark Warrior status.

They offered a high kill reward for the masked warrior. Anyone who kills him would be granted a Red Mark Level Treasure. This could be anything from Treasure Pills to weapons.

His gaze deepened. He couldn’t pinpoint the identity, but he suspected it was one of the disciples of Faction Leader Clifford or the Main Elders.
