Off to the side, Belo Betty's raised fist slowly loosened.
She froze where she stood, staring at Rei Ao, her lips moving in a daze.
"W-What did you just say? You destroyed the World Governnt?!"
The shock in her heart was no less than Dragon's.
The Revolutionary Army had spent every day shouting about overthrowing the World Governnt, risking their lives fighting against it.
And now the goal they had devoted their entire lives to had supposedly been accomplished by this man as casually as lifting a hand?
Then what had all their years of struggle amounted to?
No… if what he said was true, then this man's strength had already gone far beyond anything they could comprehend.
Koala also stood there in a daze. Even her Fish-Man Karate stance fell apart, and her eyes instantly turned red as she murmured to herself,
"The World Governnt… is gone? He did it…"
Bonney stopped bristling too. She stood frozen, eyes wide as she looked at Rei Ao, muttering under her breath,
"You destroyed the World Governnt? Then… then all those Celestial Dragons, all those officials who ruined Dad Bear back then… are they dead too?"
She had spent so many years hunting down her enemies, and this man had wiped them all out as casually as if it were nothing?
Then what had her obsession all these years even ant?
The wineglass in Stussy's hand finally paused for the first ti, and undisguised shock flashed through her eyes.
So that was it.
No wonder CP0 had vanished overnight. No wonder the Celestial Dragons had disappeared without a trace. No wonder the entire World Governnt had collapsed in a single night.
So it hadn't been the result of multiple forces joining hands.
It had been this man alone, overturning the entire World Governnt by himself.
She had spent years clawing her way through the underworld and CP0, yet she had never once heard of soone this terrifying.
With power like this, why had he never appeared on the seas before?
Rei Ao ignored their shock. His gaze swept across Betty, Koala, Bonney, and Stussy at his side, and a satisfied smile curled at the corner of his lips as he continued lazily,
"What your Revolutionary Army wants to do has nothing to do with . I have no interest in ddling."
"I don't have many hobbies these days. I'm just a collector now—specifically, a collector of won who suit my tastes."
He paused, then let his eyes pass over the four of them one by one before nodding.
"You four are not bad. You et my standards. Co with ."
The mont those words ca out, the deathly still air exploded.
Dragon snapped back to himself.
His Conqueror's Haki burst out without the slightest restraint.
The air around him tore apart as wind, rain, and lightning gathered instantly around his body.
He glared at Rei Ao, bloodshot eyes burning with fury as he roared,
"What did you say?! You want to take them away?! I will never allow it!"
Betty was commander of the Eastern Army, one of the Revolutionary Army's core combat forces.
Koala was the heart of their intelligence network, and their key link to Fish-Man Island.
Bonney had deep ties to the Revolutionary Army and was one of their most important allies.
And Stussy possessed countless secrets of the World Governnt—she was now their most valuable partner.
There was no way he could let Rei Ao take all four of them away.
Even if the man before him was the terrifying being who had destroyed the World Governnt—
He still could not stand by and watch his people be taken from him just like that.
With a furious roar, Dragon shot forward.
Wrapped in world-destroying wind, rain, and lightning, he hurled a punch straight at Rei Ao.
That single blow carried all of his Haki. Even the space around it warped faintly, and its force was enough to sink an island in one strike.
But Rei Ao stood where he was without moving an inch.
He rely lifted a finger casually, and an invisible barrier appeared in front of him.
Dragon's fist slamd into it.
There was no earth-shattering explosion. No shockwave blasting outward.
That island-sinking punch landed on the barrier like a pebble thrown into the ocean—it didn't even stir the slightest ripple.
Instead, Dragon himself was blasted backward by an irresistible rebounding force.
His whole body flew through the air like a kite with its string cut, crashing hard into the steel buildings below.
"Boom—!"
A steel structure dozens of ters tall collapsed instantly, swallowed by dust and debris.
Rei Ao didn't even shift his expression, as if he had rely swatted away an annoying fly.
Betty, Koala, Bonney, and Stussy were all dumbfounded.
They had just watched Dragon's full-power attack get blocked by a single finger from this man.
And not only blocked—Dragon had been thrown flying without even brushing the hem of Rei Ao's clothes.
Who was Dragon?
He was the leader of the Revolutionary Army, a man whose strength rivaled the Four Emperors—perhaps even surpassed them.
And yet in front of this man, he couldn't even withstand a single move?
Betty muttered blankly, "Dear God… this is completely insane…"
The shock in her heart had gone beyond words.
A mont ago, she had still been thinking that even if they couldn't win, they could at least fight back.
But now it seed that "fight back" was a joke. This man could kill all of them with a single finger.
The gap in strength was so vast it wasn't even on the sa level.
Koala stood there as well, her whole body ice-cold.
At last, she understood why this man had been able to destroy the World Governnt.
This kind of power simply wasn't sothing a mortal should possess.
As the dust cleared, Dragon crawled out of the rubble.
Blood ran from the corner of his mouth. His black cloak had several holes torn through it, and every bone in his body felt shattered, the pain almost unbearable.
Bracing himself against a twisted steel beam, he barely managed to stand. He looked up at Rei Ao in the sky, his eyes filled with despair and disbelief.
He had never imagined that his all-out strike wouldn't even be able to break the man's defense.
The gap between them was so enormous that it killed even the thought of resistance.
Only then did Rei Ao finally lower his gaze to him again.
There was a trace of disdain in his eyes, as if he were looking at so pathetic clown.
"You'll allow it? What are you, exactly? Who gave you the right to talk about allowing or not allowing anything in front of ?"
His voice was calm, but it carried an unquestionable pressure that spread across all of Egghead Island.
"If I want to take soone, I take them."
"Forget a re Revolutionary Army leader like you—even if Roger and Whitebeard ca back from the dead, they still wouldn't be able to stop ."
After saying that, he no longer paid Dragon any attention.
