"The 45th floor?" Seito looked up, intrigued.

He knew the general layout of that floor. It was the domain of NPC Guilds—a world where guilds of all sizes were established in every city. At least one guild per town was the norm, with these organizations helping the City Lords maintain peace and order. The setting was quite similar to the world of the ani Fairy Tail.

"Is there news of Dragon materials there?" Seito asked.

"Yes," Chairwoman Minami nodded, explaining: "A player recently picked up a quest from a guild leader in Sky Dinsion City. Apparently, the 45th-floor boss—the Heaven-Slaying Black Dragon—has surfaced and already wiped out three cities. The leader is summoning adventurers and multiple guilds to launch a subjugation campaign."

"And the quest reward offered by the Guild Master is a high-grade Dragon material."

Hearing this, Seito stood up imdiately.

"In that case, I'm heading to the 45th floor."

Seito was determined to get that Dragon material. Now that he finally had a lead, there was no way he was staying behind!

As soon as he entered, he saw dozens of NPC guild mbers and players sitting at tables, drinking and boisterously chatting. The architecture and vibe of the guild were very much like a bustling tavern.

A receptionist soon approached him.

"Greetings, adventurer. Do you have a commission to file?"

Seito glanced at her tags.

She's likely a combat-ready mber of the guild, Seito thought to himself.

"Hello, Miss Kara. I heard your Guild Master has a quest for a Dragon subjugation. I'm here to accept it," Seito stated politely.

Kara blinked in surprise, then gestured for him to follow. "Please, co with ."

She turned and led the way with her long legs, Seito following close behind. They ascended to the second floor, which was much quieter than the rowdy tavern below. It was lined with rooms that seed to be for resting or private etings.

Kara stopped at the very last door in the hallway and knocked.

"Guild Master, an adventurer is here for the quest."

"Send them in," a gravelly, aged voice replied from within.

Kara opened the door and Seito stepped inside. The room was a functional office, containing only a desk, a sofa, and stacks of paperwork. Seito looked at the man behind the desk.

He was a white-haired elder, but his body was packed with lean muscle. His eyes were sharp and fierce like a tiger's, radiating a powerful, explosive energy.

"Greetings, Guild Master Kao..." Seito began.

Kao scrutinized Seito's attire and appearance. He froze for a mont, then stood up and broke into a wide grin.

"You must be the Emperor of Snezhnaya from the 30th floor, Sei? Welco to the Sky Bird Guild, Emperor Seito."

Seito's reputation among the high-ranking figures of the God Domain's various floors was well-established. Having founded the massive Snezhnaya Empire, it was impossible for soone like Kao not to recognize him.

"No need for such formalities," Seito said, waving it off.

"Please, take a seat wherever you like," Kao offered warmly.

"Thanks." Seito sat down and got straight to the point. "Guild Master Kao, I heard your guild has a quest to slay a Dragon Boss, and the reward is an Orange-grade Dragon material. I was wondering if you could entrust that task to ?"

"Of course!" Kao didn't hesitate for a second before issuing the quest.

[Ding! Kao Dylan has issued a quest to you.]

[Description: The Boss of the 45th floor has awakened and is slaughtering cities. Three have already been razed, causing great concern for the leaders of the floor.]

The rewards were excellent. Seito accepted the quest imdiately.

"Guild Master Kao, where is the Boss currently located?" Seito didn't want to waste any ti; he wanted to find the target right away.

"Emperor Sei, are you planning to go alone?" Kao asked, visibly taken aback.

"Yes," Seito nodded simply.

"I see... well then." Kao thought for a mont before explaining, "The last sighting was at the Star-Stroke Highlands. If you head there, you should be able to track it down."

"Then I'll be on my way." With the information in hand, Seito stood up and left.
