"Why did a monster appear at our academy?!"

It wasn't just Class 1-D; every other first-year class, and even the second and third-year blocks, descended into total chaos. The sudden appearance of the monster had caught everyone off guard. But more importantly, they realized the terrifying truth: they had no way to fight back.

This was a mini-boss from the 18th floor. In the real world, such a creature possessed the power of a living natural disaster. If it went on a rampage, the entire city—perhaps the world—would be in peril. Panicked, students began frantically dialing ergency services.

Seito scanned his classmates. Kaguya Shinomiya's face was deathly pale, clearly struggling to process the situation. gumi Kato had her hand over her mouth; though her face remained largely expressionless, the sheer terror in her eyes was unmistakable.

Every student, boy and girl alike, shared that sa look of dread.

Seito turned around and caught the eyes of Maple, Risa, Yukino, and Shoko. They were all staring at him, their eyes posing a single, silent question:

"Should we act?"

Seito lowered his head in thought. Now that God Domain monsters were appearing in reality, it was only a matter of ti before the governnt ca knocking on his door. After all, he was the Number One player in the world. If the ga was rging with reality, he would be the primary person of interest.

At this point, hiding his identity no longer mattered.

Decision made, Seito turned back to the window and stepped onto the ledge.

"Seito-kun, what are you doing?! Get down from there!" Kaguya cried out, heart leaping into her throat. The rest of the class turned their heads in shock.

"Don't worry," Seito said with a faint smile. Then, he leaned forward and leaped out.

The students of Class D were stunned into silence.

"Seito-kun jumped!"

"Ah! Seito, what are you doing?!!"

"Soone help him! Check if he's okay!"

Erika, Yui, and the others threw aside their usual composure and rushed to the window, leaning out to look down.

Class 1-E.

"Was that... Seito?" Iori Kitahara was dumbfounded. He had just caught a glimpse of Seito falling past their window.

"I... I think so..." Hidenori Tabata gulped. The rest of Class E scrambled to the windows, peering down at the pavent.

Class 1-C.

"Umaru, your neighbor just jumped off the building!" Itsuki Nakano looked at Umaru in horror.

"I... I saw..." Umaru muttered, her mind going blank.

The students from the three closest classes all expected the worst. But a second later, they froze. Below them, Seito was standing on the ground, completely unhard.

Before they could even wonder how he had survived the fall, their hearts leaped again as they saw what he was doing next. Not just the first-years, but the seniors on the upper floors were now staring in disbelief.

Seito was calmly walking toward the ten-ter-tall monster.

"Seito! You idiot, get back here!" Iori scread at the top of his lungs. His shout triggered a chain reaction throughout Class E.

"Yeah! Seito, don't do sothing stupid!"

"This isn't the ti to play hero! Get back inside!"

"Hurry up and run!"

His friends didn't want him to be a martyr. A normal person couldn't possibly fight that thing; their only priority should be running for their lives.

"Who is that guy?"

"A first-year junior."

"A junior?!"

"Wow... why is he doing sothing so reckless? He's so handso! Don't die!"

Upperclassn joined in the outcry.

Screams echoed across the entire campus.

But in the next heartbeat, the noise died out instantly.

Below, a light breeze ruffled Seito's silver-white hair. In that mont, ripples of golden light began to emanate from his body. The light was brilliant and piercing—clearly not a power belonging to an ordinary human.

Slowly, the golden radiance surged upward, enveloping Seito entirely before dissipating just as quickly. But as the light faded, Seito was no longer in his school uniform.

He was wearing a snow-white trench coat adorned with celestial star-charts—elegant and divine. In his left hand, he gripped a sheathed tachi. The scabbard was etched with an intricate, glowing dragon motif, radiating nobility.

Ching!

Seito drew the Space Dragon Blade with his right hand and stood calmly less than ten ters away from the beast.

The entire school went into shock.

"Ho-ho-ho-holy..." Iori Kitahara began to stamr.

"HOLY CRAP!" Hidenori scread.

The rest of the school fared no better. Seito's current appearance was unmistakable—those were his legendary in-ga items, fully manifested in the real world.

The girls in Class D were beyond words. It was a rollercoaster of emotions: first the monster's arrival, then Seito's "suicide" jump, then the standoff, and finally, the manifestation of his God-tier equipnt. Their brains felt like they were lting as they watched the scene unfold.

On the playground, Seito looked up at the Twin-Winged Demon. The demon, in turn, looked down at him. Their gazes t, and sparks of killing intent seed to fly between them.

After a few seconds of silence, Seito spoke with cold indifference:

"I don't like it when people are taller than ."

In a flash, Seito vanished. When he reappeared an instant later, he was hovering directly above the Twin-Winged Demon's head. He brought his foot down in a crushing stomp.
