"What is that movent?"
"It feels kind of slow… No, does the beast move that slowly?"
"It's not the beasts that are slow. He can see all those beasts perfectly and kill them in a single swift movent."

The girls in Ivan's group chattered, forgetting that they were still in a perilous situation. However, it didn't really matter for Clovis, who planned to take down all these beasts by himself.
Still, Clovis only took down four. There were still a lot of beasts coming toward them. Clovis tossed the short sword and suddenly spun his body, using the centrifugal force to use the short sword to smash the beasts' heads.

The beasts jumped into the air to avoid the blade while so beasts tried to grab them with either paws or their jaws.
Unfortunately for them, Clovis pulled the short sword a little bit, causing them to miss. After that, he released it again and made one full swing, smashing three beasts at the sa ti.
After that, Clovis pulled the short sword, only to have its chain entangled in one of the beasts that had jumped earlier.
Clovis hurriedly moved forward and slashed this beast. Two other beasts that managed to escape the chain imdiately pounced on him.
With a single glance, Clovis could see what they were planning to do.
He just made a few small steps to avoid both of them. After that, he slashed both of them since they had entered his attack range.
Now that he was free, he imdiately detached the short sword from the chain.
But when he was about to grab the short sword, there was a very fast beast coming toward them.
"Watch out!"
"What is that speed? Tier 1?"
"No. It's most likely Tier 2."
Ivan's group panicked, even though they were not the ones handling this.
However, Clovis simply ducked down to avoid this beast that ended up passing him from above.
There were still a lot of other beasts as well, which might pass him. So, Clovis had no ti to deal with the Tier 2 beast.
Ivan, on the other hand, thought Clovis had finally t his match. lody and Kanaria would definitely help him this ti.
To his surprise, when he turned his head to the side, lody's eyes still remained on her screen.
Ivan placed his hand on the sword handle, ready to fight. It didn't matter if the Tier 2 beast crushed him, but he would definitely stop the other beasts. This way, his group would look better because, without his help, several beasts would have passed.
But Clovis once again shocked everyone.
When the Tier 2 beast pounced on him, Clovis suddenly moved much faster than what he had shown so far. He didn't forget to slash the Tier 2 beast.
"!!!" The Tier 2 beast was shocked and saw that one of its feet was actually cut by Clovis.
"What?!" Ivan's group couldn't contain their surprise as well. Even Elina had her face beco much darker than before, realizing that Clovis wouldn't be so easy to beat.
Two Tier 1 beasts took advantage of this opportunity to pass him from the side. Without hesitation, Clovis threw his short sword at one of them.
Unfortunately, his target was a bit quicker than he thought, causing the short sword to hit only the beast's back. At the sa ti, the other beast was still going.
Clovis saw the upper body of the beast he cleaved earlier and kicked it toward the other beast, forcing it to stop for a mont. After that, he charged at this beast, ready to slice it.
However, this was what the beast wanted. The Tier 1 beast ran toward him, while the Tier 2 beast planned to ambush him from behind.
With this, Clovis could only attack one of them while the other beast would definitely injure Clovis.
Unfortunately, that was where they were wrong.
Clovis suddenly threw his sword up and used his speed to pass this blade. This way, the sword was now positioned behind his shoulder.
Then, he rotated his arm the other way around and grabbed the sword once again. With this position, Clovis could hit both of them in a single swing.
"!!!" Ivan and the others were dumbstruck when Clovis showed such an amazing slash.
The Tier 2 beast managed to twist its body to the side and only got another arm cut, but the Tier 1 beast in front of Clovis was split into two.
Clovis abruptly stopped and elbowed the Tier 2 beast behind him, taking advantage of his clothes' defense stats to withstand the impact.
"Ooo!" The Tier 2 beast coughed, but that was when Clovis made another swing, cleaving the Tier 2 beast diagonally.
"Did he… just kill a Tier 2 beast?"
"He is this strong?"
Ivan's group couldn't believe what they had just witnessed.
It was no wonder why Clovis told them he would take care of this side by himself. He had the ability to do so. Even Ivan might not be able to achieve this feat.
At the sa ti, there was one more trigger that could force Ivan to leave.
"Clovis! I am here!" Kanaria shouted.
Clovis didn't have to turn around to know who it was and where she was. He simply replied out loud while charging at the other Tier 1 beast. "Go to the left side and assist them. Two hundred beasts will be too much for them. Jay and I are enough for these beasts, lody is also here."
"Got it!" Kanaria didn't argue with Clovis, unlike Ivan. She didn't hesitate to rush to the left side, carrying that big sniper rifle.
Ivan's focus was obviously on Kanaria. Seeing Kanaria leaving this area and Clovis stopping all of them here, Ivan gritted his teeth and said, "We will head to the left side and reinforce them."
"What?" They were surprised that Ivan's opinion changed so fast. The girls had heard about Lovelia as well as Ivan's affection for Kanaria. After personally experiencing it, they realized that they could easily be replaced by Kanaria.
However, they couldn't do anything. They had to follow him.
To their surprise, Vina suddenly raised her voice. "Ivan. I'll stay here."
"Huh?!" Ivan halted his step in disbelief.
"If we all go that way, it can be said that we're leaving our post. But if I remain here, we can still say that we're moving strategically." Vina's expression was serious.
