"Oi, oi. Seriously?" Christina didn’t expect such an effect. If it were just her, she would need to try a couple of tis to figure it out.
But it looked like Luci was able to figure out the enemy’s weakness.
"Hit its eyes!" Luci continued.
Now that they had seen what Luci was capable of doing, no one doubted Luci anymore. Aileen jumped into the air and landed next to the eye while planting her short sword in its pupil.
"Ooohhh!" The tier 8 beast scread as its body convulsed. Aileen hurriedly jumped away, but the beast forcefully launched its big body forward.
"No, you won’t!" Erwin snorted and sent forth a wave of wires, wrapped Aileen, and pulled her away.
Then, Nart and Eid ca to attack the foot again to knock it down. However, the Tier 8 bison seed to have more control than they originally thought.
When they were about to arrive, the bison pulled its leg.
"Jay!" Luci saw through this movent and moved forward personally. Jay followed Luci while Christina noticed what they were planning. They wanted to hit the leg from the other side to change the trajectory of that kick.
But before she could help them, the bison had already changed the trajectory. It didn’t plan to hit Nart and Eid.
Instead, it was aiming for Luci.
"!!!" Both Jay and Luci widened their eyes. In the end, even if they knew its weakness, the beast before them was a Tier 8 beast.
The gap between Tier 7 and Tier 8 was much larger compared to the gap between Tier 6 and Tier 7.
Even with their combined strength, they might be able to face a Tier 7 beast, but with one whole tier different, it wasn’t enough.
Jay and Luci swung down their blades at the sa ti, but the kick overpowered them in an instant.
"Gah!" Jay and Luci coughed up blood as they were blown into the sky.
Jay fell to the ground and bounced several tis. He could feel his right arm bone crack.
On the other hand, Luci was flung into a tree, crushing an entire tree with her montum. Several bones cracked, rendering her right arm useless.

"Luci! Jay!" Christina clicked her tongue. They were truly not the Tier 8 match, even gaining an upper hand in the beginning. And the Tier 7 humans from the Three Swords were having trouble stopping the rest of the beasts.
And without Clovis around, it would only be a matter of ti before they got defeated.
Even Clovis knew this, but the one-eyed swordsman maintained the clash between them, forcing Clovis to fully focus on him.
Clovis waved his sword from the right as a roar echoed from his blade. On the other hand, the one-eyed swordsman struck the sword and fully stopped it.
For whatever reason, the one-eyed swordsman had been able to match his power from the beginning.
If only he were Tier 6, he would have been in a much better position.
All of a sudden, an arrow flew from the side.
"!!!" As soon as he noticed it, the one-eyed swordsman jumped away to avoid it.
It was an arrow from Rin. Even though there was a gap between them, Clovis couldn’t afford to run to the Tier 8. It would be troubleso if the one-eyed swordsman began to chase after Rin.
Hence, Clovis spun his body and slipped past the arrow. Then, he struck the one-eyed swordsman, taking advantage of his unstable form.
Yet, even in that position, the one-eyed swordsman once more matched Clovis’ strength, blocking him with just enough strength.
"Aooo!"
Reolf howled. All this ti, he had been moving around the battlefield, trying to lure away the incoming beasts and giving Clovis and his team enough ti to get away.
But because of the one-eyed swordsman, their plan had crumbled.
Clovis had to think of another plan. On the one hand, the choice to go inside the cave was understandable, considering they could be safe from the beasts. On the other hand, it would an leading themselves to the very execution ground they had escaped before.
And this ti, with limited mbers, they would be like lambs getting ready to be slaughtered.
So, Clovis had no choice but to aim for the second plan.
"Reolf, co back! Christina, switch!"
"!!!" Christina was surprised by the order, but she hurriedly ran toward Clovis.
Seeing Clovis was about to get away, the one-eyed swordsman tried to stop him, but his body suddenly lost control.
"..." He understood perfectly that it was Christina’s Provoke.
"Clovis!" Eid panicked, not knowing what to do.
Clovis scanned the entire area. Jay and Luci didn’t seem to be able to fight anymore due to their injuries.
Nart and Eid were still doing fine, while Rin assisted them from far away. Erwin and Aileen were preparing to do sothing but paused for a mont to see what Clovis had in mind.
Clovis leaped into the air and struck the bison’s face. Obviously, the latter was charging toward him, not scared because Clovis was much weaker than it.
When they clashed, Clovis definitely lost. However, his real aim was never to win. Instead of pushing back with everything he got, Clovis twisted his sword slightly so that instead of launching away, the sword would propel him upward, allowing him to land on top of the bison.
"!!!" The bison was obviously surprised that Clovis reached its head. Considering Aileen had taken one of its eyes, Clovis might be able to do the sa thing.
That was why it continued charging ahead, trying to smash its head so that Clovis would get away because clearly, it wasn’t a wise idea to just shake off its body. The bison was afraid it would fall down once again and get injured in the process.
But thanks to that decision, the direction of the charge was none other than Christina and the one-eyed swordsman.
Considering their position, Christina would be the first one to get hit. Fortunately, everything had been calculated.
Suddenly, Reolf rushed from the side and bit the back of her collar before jumping away, taking advantage of his speed.
As a result, the only one in its path was the one-eyed swordsman.
