After Yuna and Sayuri's eting, Zaboru wasted no ti and imdiately called all his employees for a company-wide eting. Given the large number of staff, they quickly arranged their seating to accommodate everyone. As Zaboru stepped forward to address them, a noticeable change in his deanor beca evident. Once seen as an approachable and sowhat vulnerable young boss, he now exuded an air of authority—serious and almost intimidating. Those who had worked closely with him could feel the shift the most.

Clearing his throat, Zaboru began, "Attention, everyone! I apologize for calling you here on such short notice, but there's sothing important I need to address."

His voice was calm, yet carried a weight that silenced the room. "I have been kind in my approach to running this company, believing that a lenient contract would make you all feel comfortable working here. I wanted ZAGE to be a place where you could work without undue pressure." He paused, his eyes scanning the crowd before continuing, "But I was wrong. I should have known better. You are here to work, not to settle in for a lifeti. I provide you with jobs, and in return, you help achieve my dream of making ZAGE a success."

Taking a deep breath, Zaboru's gaze hardened. "However, I recently discovered that many of you have been negotiating with another company behind my back. I won't stop you from leaving, but before you make your decision, consider this: Are you sure? Will you not regret it in the future? Because from this mont forward, anyone who chooses to leave for Sonaya within the next five months will never be allowed to return to ZAGE—no matter what happens."

A wave of gasps rippled through the employees, murmurs spreading rapidly. "Silence!" Zaboru's sharp command brought the room back under control. He smirked, his confidence unwavering. "I know what so of you might be thinking: 'If I can't co back, so be it. It's not like this company will succeed anyway.' But let make this clear—ZAGE will beco bigger and more successful than Sonaya. This is not a promise; this is a fact."

Zaboru's expression softened slightly as he continued, "For those of you who choose to stay and work properly, you will continue receiving bonuses as usual. When the five months are up and you still wish to leave, co see . Those who remain may even have their contracts upgraded. That is all. Now, return to your work."

With that, Zaboru turned and left the main office, heading toward his personal office without another word.

In the aftermath of his speech, Sayuri, Shinsuke, Yugo, Yuna, and Kudou exchanged stunned glances. Yugo was the first to break the silence. "Since when did Boss-sama beco so terrifying?"

Shinsuke and Kudou looked at each other before Kudou chuckled. "Maybe because I told him yesterday that he was too kind?"

Shinsuke let out a sigh. "Regardless, this is a good thing. Now our employees will understand that our young boss isn't soone to take lightly."

Sayuri nodded in agreent, but the most shocked among them was Yuna.

'Is that really Zaboru? Why is he acting like this? What changed?' she thought, her mind racing. 'Don't tell ... he actually grew this much in such a short ti?'

She couldn't believe it. And neither could the employees who had secretly planned to leave for Sonaya in five months.

To be continued...
