The screen behind Zaboru suddenly showcased a long list of systems and features that had not yet been revealed to the public. Zaboru smiled while looking at the crowd. "I promise all of this will completely elevate how content creators work and how they are appreciated," he said. "Because with these systems, being a content creator can actually beco a proper job with real inco."

Of course they did.
This conversation was about money.
More importantly, it was about the possibility that uploading videos online could beco an actual career instead of just a hobby powered by sleep deprivation and emotional instability.
Zaboru chuckled after seeing their reactions. "But before you all get too excited, let explain things properly first."
Then he slowly walked across the stage as the first point appeared on the massive screen behind him.
"AD REVENUE."
Zaboru pointed toward the words with a grin. "First of all, most of the money used to pay content creators will co from ad revenue. Companies pay YouTube for exposure, YouTube earns money from those advertisents, and then a large part of that money will be distributed back to the creators themselves."
The audience imdiately beca much quieter because this was the first ti they fully understood where the money would actually co from.
"This system is healthy for everyone," Zaboru continued. "ZAGE earns money, creators earn money, companies get exposure, and viewers still receive free entertainnt. The platform grows together instead of only benefiting one side."
He paused for a mont before grinning again.
"Of course, how much you earn depends on several factors..." He pointed dramatically toward the next section appearing behind him. "Which brings us to the next point."
Zaboru smiled as the second point appeared on the screen.
"REVENUE BASED ON LIKES, VIEWS, AND COMNTS."
The mont those words appeared, the hall beca even louder. So creators imdiately leaned forward, while others started whispering with bright eyes because this was the part they had been waiting for.
Zaboru raised one hand to calm them down. "Simply put, if your video gets many views, positive likes, and active comnts, that ans your video is helping YouTube grow, right?" he said. "It ans people are watching, reacting, discussing, and returning to the platform because of your content. So naturally, YouTube should pay you based on that contribution."
He pointed toward the screen as several small examples appeared behind him. "Views will show how many people are watching your video. Likes will show how much the audience appreciates it. Comnts will show how active the discussion is. Of course, we will not blindly count everything like fools. Fake activity, spam comnts, bot views, or people trying to abuse the system will be filtered. We already prepared tools for that."
So creators nodded seriously after hearing that. A few of them had already experienced fake accounts, strange spam comnts, or people trying to manipulate popularity, so they understood why ZAGE needed rules.
Zaboru grinned again. "As for how much you will get... well, that part is secret, hehehe."
The audience imdiately complained loudly.
"EHHHH!?"
"BOSS, DON'T TEASE US LIKE THAT!"
"AT LEAST GIVE US A NUMBER!"
Zaboru laughed while shaking his head. "Nope. I refuse. If I reveal the exact formula publicly, so crazy people will start trying to ga the system tomorrow morning. Maybe even tonight. Maybe so of you already started calculating suspicious things in your head right now."
Several creators imdiately looked away, making the audience laugh.
"But don't worry," Zaboru continued with a calr smile. "I promise it will not be too little. We want this to be aningful. Later, every eligible creator will receive an email explaining how much they earned based on their videos, their audience response, and their overall contribution during the paynt period."
The audience beca excited again, but now their excitent was mixed with curiosity. They still did not know the exact amount, but the fact that YouTube itself would finally pay them already felt unreal.
Then Zaboru moved to point three as the giant screen behind him changed once again.
"SUBSCRIBER REWARD SYSTEM."
The audience imdiately beca curious.
Zaboru grinned mischievously. "Heh! Now this one is actually pretty fun," he said. "There will be three major subscriber milestone rewards creators can obtain. The first is Silver."
The screen behind him imdiately showed a sleek silver badge with the YouTube logo engraved into it.
"When your channel reaches one hundred thousand subscribers, ZAGE will reward you with a Silver Z-Creator Badge." Zaboru smiled proudly. "And of course, there will also be several additional rewards included too. Pretty good rewards, actually. Hehehe."
Then, while pretending to look away from the microphone slightly, Zaboru quietly muttered:
"It's more than fifty thousand USD..."
The audience heard it.
Imdiately.
The entire hall exploded.
"WHAT!?"
"FIFTY THOUSAND!?"
"THAT'S NOT A REWARD THAT'S A HOUSE!"
Several creators almost stood up from their chairs in shock.
anwhile, Zaboru slowly blinked innocently. "Huh?" he asked while pretending to look confused. "Why are you guys cheering? Weird."
The audience burst into even louder laughter.
RetroKuma grabbed his friend dramatically. "BRO WE NEED ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND SUBSCRIBERS RIGHT NOW!"
CrazyMikeTV imdiately shouted from the USA creator section, "I'M BREAKING FOUR MORE CHAIRS TOMORROW!"
"PLEASE DON'T!" another creator scread back.
Even Zaboru had to hold back his laughter after seeing the chaos.
Then he continued with a grin. "And of course, there's also Z-Gold."
The screen behind him changed again, this ti showing a luxurious gold badge glowing dramatically.
"One million subscribers," Zaboru announced. "Creators who reach that level will receive the Gold Z-Creator Reward."
The audience already looked excited, but Zaboru was not done yet.
"And finally..." He paused dramatically while the lights inside the hall dimd slightly.
"Z-PLATINUM."
The giant screen behind him displayed a beautiful platinum-colored badge with diamond-like reflections surrounding it.
"Ten million subscribers."
The hall beca silent for a mont because the number itself sounded absurdly impossible in this era.
Ten million sothing unheard off.
Zaboru laughed after seeing their stunned expressions. "And trust ..." he said while grinning wider. "The rewards for Platinum are completely insane. Like... genuinely insane. Hehehe."
The audience imdiately exploded into excited discussion again. So creators were already dreaming about becoming famous enough to obtain those rewards, while others still looked ntally destroyed by the accidental fifty-thousand-dollar reveal.
anwhile, Zaboru simply chuckled while enjoying the chaos he had created.
Then the screen moved to point four.
"DIRECT CREATOR GIFTS."
The mont those words appeared, several creators tilted their heads in confusion. Zaboru chuckled because he already expected that reaction. "Yeah, this one is simple, but I think it will beco very powerful. Viewers can directly give gifts or donations to their favorite creators."
The hall imdiately beca noisy again.
Zaboru raised his hand and continued, "For normal videos, viewers can send a gift as support. Maybe they love your tutorial, maybe your music helped them study, maybe your ga review saved them from buying a bad ga, or maybe they just think you are funny enough to deserve coffee money."
So creators laughed, but their eyes were already lighting up.
"And for live streaming, this will be even more interesting," Zaboru said with a grin. "When viewers donate during a live stream, a pop-up can appear on the screen with their na and ssage. So if your chat wants to be noticed, they can send a gift. If they want to ask a question, they can send a gift. If they want to say sothing stupid in front of five thousand people..." He paused and shrugged. "Well, as long as it follows the rules, they can also do that."
The audience burst into laughter.
CrazyMikeTV imdiately shouted, "So people can pay to read insults about my broken chairs!?"
Zaboru pointed at him. "Exactly. And sohow, I feel like you will beco rich from that alone."
The hall exploded again.
Zaboru continued with a more serious smile. "Of course, we will prepare moderation tools. Creators can block certain words, hide ssages, ban abusive users, and control what appears on screen. We want this system to be fun, not beco a weapon for harassnt."
That part made many creators nod in relief. The idea of direct support sounded exciting, but no one wanted their live stream to be ruined by so random rich idiot spamming terrible ssages.
"Still," Zaboru added, "this gives viewers a way to directly support you. Not through companies, not through complicated sponsors, but directly from fan to creator. If soone really enjoys your work, they can show appreciation imdiately."
The content creators looked genuinely excited now. For strears, musicians, teachers, codians, gars, reviewers, and even strange conspiracy channels, this system could beco a complete ga changer.
Zaboru smiled as the screen changed to the final point.
"Last but not least, all money related to YouTube revenue will be held inside your YouTube account first," he explained. "From there, it can be linked directly to your Steam Wallet if you want to use it for gas, software, or digital purchases. But don't worry, this is not just pretend money or platform-only credit. You can cash it out too."
The audience imdiately reacted again, because that detail mattered far more than they expected. So creators had assud the money might only be usable inside ZAGE services, but Zaboru quickly removed that fear.

So creators started clapping, and the sound slowly spread until most of the hall joined in. Zaboru walked across the stage while looking at them with genuine satisfaction.
"I want YouTube to beco more than just a community," he said. "I want it to beco a place where creativity can beco a future. I want young people to dream, 'I want to beco a successful YouTuber,' and I want that dream to be treated as sothing good, not sothing embarrassing."
His smile beca warr. "Of course, not everyone will beco famous. That is true for every field. Not every musician becos a superstar, not every athlete becos a champion, and not every ga developer makes a legendary ga. But the important thing is that the path exists. The chance exists. If soone works hard, creates sothing people love, builds a community, and keeps improving, then they should be able to make a life from it."
The hall beca quieter as those words settled into the audience. Even the creators who had been joking earlier looked more serious now.
Zaboru then chuckled lightly and returned to his usual playful expression. "And yes, before anyone asks, please don't quit your job tomorrow morning just because I said this. Build your channel properly first, okay? Don't bla if your parents chase you with slippers."
The audience burst into laughter again.
After that, Zaboru smiled and opened the question-and-answer session.
The eting continued with a question-and-answer session, and the creators did not waste the chance at all. Questions ca from every direction, from paynt schedules, ad rules, international bank transfers, creator protection, live-stream moderation, and whether smaller channels could still grow under the new system. Zaboru answered them one by one with surprising patience, sotis seriously and sotis with jokes that made the hall burst into laughter again.
