As the eting comnced, Zaboru cleared his throat and addressed the team with a confident smile. "First, I want to discuss the structure of our company leadership. As you all know, each of you here holds a key position: Shinsuke-san as Head of Marketing, Kudou as Head of Legal Affairs, Yugo as Head of Ga Quality Control, Yuna as Head of Ga Developnt, and Sayuri-san managing both Finance and Administration. However, our responsibilities are still quite fluid, and at tis, we all step in to help in different areas. Sayuri-san, in particular, has been handling two departnts simultaneously!"
Sayuri smiled modestly. "For the Finance sector, the employees have been doing a great job. I mostly oversee their work and offer guidance when needed. As for Administration, our team is well-organized and efficient, which lightens my workload."
Zaboru chuckled. "You're too modest, Sayuri-san. The truth is, your leadership is a critical factor in the success of both departnts."
Shinsuke, her husband, bead with pride at the praise directed at his wife. anwhile, Yugo and Yuna listened intently, knowing their own departnts were next in focus.
"Now, regarding Yugo and Yuna," Zaboru continued, "although your departnts are separate, you often work on the sa tasks—developing and testing gas. Moving forward, I want to refine these roles. Yuna's departnt will focus entirely on ga developnt, while Yugo's departnt will take charge of testing—not only our own gas but also those from third-party developers who want their gas on the ZEPS system. We need strict quality control to ensure that every ga functions properly before it reaches players. So the ZEPS library will not be overwheld by bad gas, Yugo, do you have any concerns?"
Yugo's eyes widened. "But Boss-sama! I still want to make gas!"
Zaboru chuckled, already expecting this reaction. "Oh, will Yugo. But rember, your work in quality control will give you valuable experience. By playing and testing many different gas, you'll gain insights that will make you an even better developer in the future , also your departnt not only for testing but also need for security to ensure there`s nothing malicious on third party gas that want to be released to your console."
Yugo's eyes lit up as he considered this perspective, then nodded enthusiastically. "I see! That makes sense."
Zaboru smiled. "Of course, we'll continue expanding both of your departnts so neither of you are overwheld. Now, Kudou, how is your legal team holding up? Do you have enough manpower to handle ZAGE's legal affairs?"
Kudou nodded. "So far, we have enough personnel to manage everything. But if our workload increases, I'll let you know right away."
"Good. Now, let's move on to the HR departnt. As you all know, we don't yet have an official Head of Human Resources. I've been monitoring a candidate—Ichidai Kenzaki. So far, he has done a comndable job leading our HR division as temporary lead. The new recruits have been solid, and we haven't faced any major HR issues. I plan to officially promote him to Head of HR in the near future. Any concerns?"
The room remained silent, indicating their agreent.
"Alright, then. Moving on—Sayuri-san, managing both Finance and Administration has been a heavy burden. I want you to focus on just one departnt moving forward. Which role would you prefer, and do you have soone in mind to replace you in the other?"
Sayuri smiled warmly. "I'd like to stay in Finance. As for Administration, I recomnd Rika Kishimori. She's incredibly hardworking and dedicated to her role. I believe she's ready to step up."
Zaboru nodded in approval. "That's a great suggestion. I'll notify Rika Kishimori soon, but we'll need to test her first to ensure she's the right fit."
Sayuri nodded, fully trusting the evaluation process.
Zaboru then leaned back in his chair and grinned. "Now that we've sorted out the internal structuring, let give you a little spoiler—there will be bonuses for all employees this evening! That includes all of you, of course."
Excited murmurs filled the room, and so of them chuckled in appreciation they already know that their young boss is not stingy.
"With that out of the way," Zaboru continued, "let's shift our focus to what ZAGE accomplished last year. We'll review our successes, identify areas for improvent, and set our goals for 1992."
The room beca silent as everyone prepared for the next phase of the eting, eager to reflect on the company's progress and strategize for an even brighter future.
