Zaboru, Shinsuke, and Sayuri arrived at the comrcial district just as the sun began to set, casting a golden hue over the city. The streets were bustling with activity, neon signs flickering to life, and the steady hum of urban life filled the air. This was the heart of Tokyo's economic pulse, the perfect location for what could be the future headquarters of ZAGE.
Shinsuke parked the car in front of a large, fenced-off property. It was a sizable plot of land, surrounded by smaller office buildings and high-end retail stores. The location was pri—easy access to major roads, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of several prominent companies.
Sayuri stepped out of the car first, already flipping through the docunts she had prepared. "The asking price is high, but given the location, it's justified. If we secure this, we'll be positioning ourselves in one of the most competitive business districts in Japan."
Zaboru walked toward the fence, placing a hand on the steel bars as he surveyed the area. It was exactly what he had hoped for. Spacious enough to house a state-of-the-art office building, a developnt wing, and even an employee recreation area. More importantly, it would cent ZAGE's presence as a dominant force in the gaming industry in future.
"This is perfect, really" Zaboru muttered. "How soon can we make a deal?"
Shinsuke motioned toward a well-dressed older man who had just arrived—a representative of the landowner. The man adjusted his tie and approached with a polite bow. "Renkonan-san, welco. My na is Takeshi Fujimura. I understand you're interested in purchasing this land?"
Zaboru nodded. "Yes. We need a place that can support the future growth of our company, and this location is ideal."
Fujimura smiled knowingly. "It is indeed a pri location. However, as you are aware, the price is considerable. While I have received interest from other parties, I am willing to prioritize ZAGE due to its rapid success. Your company has a strong reputation , and rising rapidly. I believe this district would benefit from ZAGE presence."
Sayuri took a step forward, pushing up her glasses. "We'd like to propose a paynt plan Fujimura-san. A full upfront paynt would strain our current expansion efforts. However, an installnt-based plan would allow us to maintain liquidity while ensuring a smooth transition."
Fujimura stroked his chin, considering the offer. "That is not an unreasonable request. If you can offer a solid guarantee of paynts and a reasonable tiline, I would be open to negotiations."
Zaboru glanced at Sayuri, who gave him a small nod. They had already prepared for this.
"We can offer structured paynts over the next five years," Sayuri explained. "An initial deposit upfront, followed by fixed quarterly paynts. We would also be open to an accelerated paynt plan if revenue exceeds projections."
Fujimura chuckled. "You certainly ca prepared." He extended his hand toward Zaboru. "Very well. I will have my legal team draft the necessary paperwork. Once both our legal representatives review the terms, we can finalize the agreent."
Zaboru shook his hand firmly. "Then we have a deal."
As they walked back to the car, Shinsuke grinned. "This is it, boss. The future ZAGE HQ."
Zaboru looked back at the land one more ti, feeling a sense of accomplishnt. ZAGE was here to stay, and soon, the entire industry would know it.
Sayuri sighed as she flipped through the financial projections. "Even though we've secured the land, constructing the headquarters will require a significant amount of capital. This isn't going to be cheap."
Zaboru nodded, leaning back with a confident grin. "One step at a ti, Sayuri-san. Money isn't sothing we need to stress about too much. We'll definitely make it work. I just need to figure out how to secure funding without relying on investors. I don't want to give away any part of ZAGE, but I have my own ways to generate the necessary funds in the future." Zaboru thinks about investing in so company that will hit in the future , with his past life knowledge it's really not that hard to secure funds , that's what he thought.
Shinsuke chuckled. "Knowing you, I'm sure you already have a plan in mind."
Zaboru smirked. "Of course. For now, let's set our sights on the next five to six years. By then, this land will house ZAGE's official headquarters, complete with the office design I've envisioned. It'll be a symbol of everything we've built."
Sayuri glanced at him, admiration evident in her eyes. "You're really ambitious, Boss. Honestly, sotis I forget you're still a teenage Boss."
Shinsuke nodded in agreent. "Yeah, it's crazy when you think about it. The way you talk, the way you plan... it's like you're already running a multi-billion-yen empire Boss." Shinsuke grinned.
Zaboru chuckled and said jokingly, "Well, let tell you a secret—I was a Heavenly Emperor in my past life." He said with a grin.
Shinsuke burst into laughter. "What!? Should I start calling you 'Your Majesty' now, boss?"
Both of them laughed, and Sayuri let out a small chuckle, shaking her head.
There was no doubt in their minds—Zaboru was destined for greatness, yet he remained grounded, never allowing greed for money or fa to cloud his vision. For Shinsuke and Sayuri, Zaboru's words were etched into their minds: "In my business card, I'm a company owner. In my head, I'm a ga developer. But in my heart, I'm a gar." It was a phrase he often repeated, but it wasn't just words—it was a philosophy that defined him. His passion wasn't just in running a company; it was in the art of making gas and, more importantly, playing them. That unwavering passion was what made ZAGE special and what made them believe that under his leadership, they were on the Right path.
