Zaboru sat in his office at ZAGE, reviewing the progress of the handheld and PC projects while also keeping a close eye on the May ga releases. Developnt was moving steadily, with the team working on six new titles, but another issue had started to take priority. ZAGE was running out of space. The additional offices acquired in the adjacent buildings had been successfully integrated, but even that wasn't enough. The company was expanding at such a rapid pace that more space was urgently needed, particularly for dedicated areas such as a music studio, custor service departnt, an official ZAGE store, a recreational area for employees, and more. Every day, new talent was being brought in, and the sheer number of employees ant that even simple matters like eting space and workstations were becoming a challenge. If ZAGE didn't secure more real estate soon, productivity would start to suffer.

The current setup consisted of two main ZAGE buildings that were connected, alongside four other buildings nearby. However, there was a noticeable gap between so of these structures, making it sowhat inefficient. Ideally, Zaboru wanted to acquire all the surrounding buildings to consolidate the entire block under ZAGE's control. The buildings in question were a mix of different businesses: Kagami Furniture, a long-standing furniture store; PO-Hone, a telephone installation service; Demato Boutique, a small clothing shop that had barely been open in recent months; and finally, Pikurin-Hon, an old bookstore owned by Rinne Hinetaro, a stubborn man who had no intention of selling his property despite the changing tis.

To discuss the matter, Zaboru gathered the core leadership team of ZAGE for a eting. Present were Shinsuke Yamaguchi, head of marketing; Sayuri Yamaguchi, head of finance; Kudou, head of the legal team; Yugo, head of quality control; Yuna, head of ga developnt; Ichidai Kenzaki, head of HR; and Rika Kishimori, head of administration. The air in the room was filled with a mixture of anticipation and concern, as everyone knew this expansion was crucial to sustaining ZAGE's teoric rise.

Once everyone had settled, Zaboru began, "Today's eting is about expansion. We've already made a massive investnt by purchasing land for our future skyscraper headquarters, but that's a long-term project. For now, we need a short-term solution, and the best option is acquiring the remaining nearby buildings to unify our space. Shin-san, you've been handling negotiations, can you give us an update?"

Shinsuke adjusted his glasses and nodded. "Over the past few weeks, I've approached all four building owners. Three of them—Kagami Furniture, PO-Hone, and Demato Boutique—are willing to sell at reasonable prices. Their businesses haven't been performing well in this area, and they see no long-term future here. They're looking to relocate anyway, so we should be able to secure deals with them soon. However, Pikurin-Hon is a different story. The owner, Rinne Hinetaro, refuses to even consider selling, no matter how generous our offer. His son, Shin Hinetaro, is a bit more open-minded and has been trying to convince him, but it's a difficult situation."

Zaboru sighed but nodded in understanding. "Got it. Thanks, Shin-san. Sayuri-san, can we afford this purchase considering our recent investnts in the skyscraper project? What's the financial outlook?"

Sayuri took a mont before responding. "Technically, we can afford it, but it would put us in a risky position if unexpected expenses arise. To mitigate this, I recomnd taking up Fujiho Bank's offer for a business loan. They're willing to lend us the funds at a reasonable interest rate, and given our current cash flow, it won't be a problem to repay it. This will allow us to proceed with the expansion without putting a financial strain on our other operations."

Zaboru considered this for a mont before nodding. "Alright, do it. Quick funds will help us move faster, and I'll look into other ways to bring in additional revenue beyond our usual sales. Now, about Pikurin-Hon. Ichidai, I heard you're friends with Shin Hinetaro. Do you think you can arrange a eting with both him and his father? I need an opportunity to speak with them directly."

Ichidai nodded. "Yeah, Shin and I go way back. I'll do my best to get them both in the sa room for a discussion. I'll update you as soon as I make progress."

"Good," Zaboru said, then turned his attention to Kudou and Shinsuke. "Kudou, Shin-san, I'll need you both to finalize negotiations for the three buildings that are up for sale. Make sure everything is handled smoothly. Kudou also assisted Sayuri in finalizing the loan agreent with Fujiho Bank. Bring in your legal team to ensure we're getting the best terms possible. If either of you runs into any issues, let know imdiately."

Both Kudou and Shinsuke nodded in unison. "Understood, Boss."

Zaboru leaned back in his chair, glancing around the room. "That wraps up today's eting. Everyone knows their tasks—let's get this done quickly and efficiently. If you need for anything, don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you all for your hard work."

With that, the team dispersed, each person diving into their respective responsibilities. As the office bustled with activity, Zaboru prepared himself for what would likely be a difficult negotiation with Rinne Hinetaro. The bookstore owner was known for his unwavering stubbornness, and convincing him to sell would be no easy feat. The challenge was not just about money—Rinne had an emotional attachnt to his shop, a business that had been in his family for generations. Zaboru would need more than just an offer; he would need the right strategy, the right words, and possibly even a compromise to make it work.

As he gazed out his office window, watching the busy streets of the comrcial district, he thought about the future. ZAGE was growing at an extraordinary rate, but with that ca new hurdles. He knew this wouldn't be the last ti he'd have to make tough decisions, but if there was one thing he excelled at, it was navigating challenges head-on.
