Now reading: Chapter 567 - 516 Raku Playing Spawn Part 2 Finale from Another world Game Developers in Japans 1991, a Game novel by Zaborn1997.

After Raku ate his food, he quickly hurried back to his room, eager to dive back into Spawn. Even after hours of gaplay, his curiosity was still burning. "Damn, this Spawn story is really great!" he grinned, eyes shining with excitent.

Raku quickly fired up the ga, and Chapter 4 began. The 16-bit cutscene showed Spawn standing before a towering building marked EXO HQ. Spawn’s text appeared on screen: "Welp, here goes nothing." Raku leaned forward in his chair, heart pounding, fully ready for whatever twists were coming next.

Then the High Nun of EXO, Bertha, greeted Spawn with a sly smile. "Well, hello, Hellspawn General. Lady Ualac is expecting you, so I will guide you to the special room just for you."

Spawn gave a small nod and said in text, "Lead the way, Bertha." His posture was tense, eyes flicking around as if sizing up the place, while Bertha turned gracefully, her heels clicking faintly against the floor as she led him onward.

Spawn and Bertha walked through EXO HQ, its design blending the grandeur of a dieval castle with sleek modern architecture. Raku’s eyes lit up. "Ohh! The background is cool!" he murmured, impressed by how much atmosphere they squeezed out of the 16-bit graphics. The towering arches, glowing windows, and intricate banners gave the place a weighty, almost sacred feel. Not long after, Bertha pushed open an ornate door, revealing a room where nine distinctive figures were gathered, each radiating their own presence.

Bertha began introducing them. "First, let tell you: we are EXO, and we have three ranks among our higher-ups. First, there are High Officers, such as , the High Nun." The screen shifted to Bertha’s sprite: Bertha — The High Nun.

Bertha continued, "Next, you might know him already — another High Officer, Okumura Rin, also known as ’The Blue Exorcist.’" The screen shifted smoothly to Rin Okumura’s sprite, his fierce expression captured in sharp 16-bit art: Rin Okumura — The Blue Exorcist.

Bertha went on, "And then that one, leaning and smoking, is John Constantine. Yeah, he’s a High Officer — sohow, he just doesn’t want to rise in rank. Also, he’s really famous, known as Hellblazer." The screen showed John Constantine’s detailed 16-bit sprite: John Constantine — Hellblazer. His figure, casual yet sharp, flicked ash from his cigarette with a smirk that added an extra layer of cool to the scene.

Bertha continued, "Next, there’s a Vice Leader, iusuke Nueno, also known as Jigoku Sensei Nube." The screen shifted to a sprite of a black-and-white-haired older man wearing casual clothes and black gloves: iusuke Nueno — Hell Teacher Nube. His calm but determined expression was captured beautifully, adding weight to his reputation.

Next, she introduced, "Another Vice Leader, none other than Jonathan Wry, also known as Witch Slayer." The screen showed an impressively detailed 16-bit sprite of a Black man in a long coat and cowboy hat, holding a black-and-blue book with a sword-like cross gleaming at his hip, and a large silver shotgun slung across his back: Jonathan Wry — Witch Slayer. His calm yet intimidating stance radiated a quiet strength that drew Raku’s admiration.

Bertha continued, "Next, another Vice Leader, also known as Hell Detective — Hellboy." The screen shifted to a 16-bit sprite showing a red figure with sawn-off horns, a massive patterned hand, and an oversized detective coat: Hellboy — Hell Detective. His rugged stance and confident smirk were impressively captured, adding a gritty charm that made Raku mutter, "Damn, this guy look like devil!."

Bertha then moved to the leaders. "Our three leaders are the strongest among us. One is the one clad in imposing black, silver, and red armor — none other than Kiva, also known as The Emperor." The screen shifted to a 16-bit sprite of Kiva, his silver leg armor glinting: Kiva — The Emperor. His presence radiated quiet authority, and Raku felt a chill of excitent.

"Next to Kiva-sama is none other than Yoriichi Tsugikuni-sama, also known as Sun Sword God." The screen showed a man in a flowing kimono with vivid red facial markings, wielding two katanas in his hips with poised grace: Yoriichi Tsugikuni — Sun Sword God. His sprite radiated calm strength, and Raku whispered in awe, "Whoa... this guy looks badass."

"And next is another leader — you might know her — none other than Ualac, also known as The Demon of Ti." The screen showed Ualac smiling in her sprite: Ualac — The Demon of Ti. Her 16-bit expression was rendered with a graceful charm and a hint of mystery, making Raku murmur, "Whoa, she’s cool and kinda scary at the sa ti."

Bertha continued, "And then, our great leader and the founder of EXO — none other than Leon Belmont, also known as The Golden Prince." The screen shifted to a regal blond man sitting on a throne, eyes shining, smiling slightly: Leon Belmont — The Golden Prince. Raku’s eyes widened. "Wait... Belmont!? Like Castlevania!? That’s insane!" he muttered, grinning with excitent.

Raku’s eyes widened, his grin stretching wider. "Oh my god! All these characters are so cool! I wonder what their backstories are!" His mind raced, imagining the possibilities, adding even more excitent to his gaming session.

Back in the ga, Spawn said, "That’s a lengthy introduction... thanks, regardless, Bertha. Anyway, Ualac, I’m—" Before Spawn could finish, Ualac raised her hand gracefully, a faint smile touching her lips. "Before that, please — soone who is concealed, show yourself. You don’t need to hide, Cowboy from Hell."

Then, behind Spawn, Flint Hellwood, also known as Cowboy from Hell, appeared with a lazy grin. "Well, well, sorry — it’s almost impossible to fool the Demon of Ti Ualac herself, hahaha."

Jonathan Wry, always serious and hating demons, slamd the table. "What’s the aning of this, Hellspawn General!"

Spawn replied calmly, "Well, he’s my wildcard. I owe him a favor for this, so if you all decide to fight , I’ll escape." Flint let out a low chuckle, arms crossed. "That’s it."

anwhile, the Golden Prince laughed warmly. "Hahaha, don’t worry, Spawn. We are not hostile to you. In fact, we’ve always invited you to join us — after all, our stories are surprisingly similar."

Spawn murmured, "You... Leon Belmont... Belmont... it’s a na I’ve heard sowhere... ughh..." Spawn clenched his head, frustration flickering across his face as he clearly recognized the na but couldn’t quite place it. Raku then nodded, murmuring with a grin, "So Spawn can’t rember when he went to the Castlevania world? I wonder what the story behind that is."

Leon Belmont spoke again, "Well, don’t bother. I myself have completely forgotten where I’m from. Anyway, we invited you here to formally ask you once more: will you join us, Hellspawn General... or do you have any other na you prefer? And since you’re here, I extend the sa invitation to the Cowboy from Hell, Flint — we’d be glad to have you back at EXO."

Spawn said, "Spawn is fine. Also, still no — I don’t want to join an organization. I must purge my own sin." Then the Cowboy from Hell simply added, "No thanks, Leon." Leon watched them both thoughtfully, a faint smile crossing his face. "Hmm... Flint and Leon seem to carry heavy stories."

Constantine chuckled and said, "Stubborn as always. Man, I told you, Goldie — there’s no way he’d want to join us. Sigh... oh, Flint, you still owe a drink!" Flint only snorted, clearly annoyed with Constantine.

anwhile, Ualac said in text, "Mr. Constantine, it’s rude to call our leader Goldie. Anyway, Spawn, you’re here because you want to know how I freed myself from the Demon of Space’s influence, right?"

Spawn gave a slow nod, his voice low. "Yeah... maybe your way could help break free from Malebolgia."

Ualac said, "There’s a temple — a very ancient one — hidden within Reverse Mount Everest, another realm accessible through Mount Everest itself. There, in the Soul Temple, your soul can confront the force controlling you. But it all hinges on your soul’s strength versus the influencer’s power. Back then, I faced Valak, the Space Demon, and managed to defeat her — but the price was steep. My body beca unnaturally tempting to demons, and I was constantly hunted, barely able to defend myself... until the Black Swordsman appeared and saved ."

Spawn raised a brow. "The Black Swordsman?"

Leon said, "He’s similar to you. He has a personal vendetta against demons, and he even traveled to Hell to slay demons there. We always ask him to join us, but he always refuses — and when demons hear the na Black Swordsman, they tend to cower in fear."

Constantine chuckled. "The most badass guy I ever t."

Ualac nodded smoothly and continued, "He is. Anyway, if you want to go to Reverse Everest Forest, I recomnd you train at our EXO training grounds. There, you can sharpen your skills and beco a little stronger before facing what’s ahead."

Spawn asked, "Training? What kind of training?"

Nube spoke with a calm smile, "Well, it’s an isolated environnt where we’ve set up artificial stages to push our mbers to their limits — combat, strategy, survival."

Spawn tilted his head slightly, then gave a firm nod. "Sounds interesting. Lead the way."

With a nod of his own, Nube led Spawn to the EXO Dungeon. As they approached, Nube added with a sly grin, "If you can beat this dungeon, you won’t just get stronger — you might even earn so rare rewards from us."

Spawn nodded and went inside. The place was like a magicraft dungeon, with glowing runes etched across the walls and sleek cables snaking across the floor, humming with faint energy. The enemies were magical puppets, their joints creaking and eyes glowing with eerie light. Raku grinned wide. "Whoa, this dungeon is seriously cool!"

Raku kept pushing through the stages, cutting down waves of magical puppets and artificial demons, each encounter getting more intense. Finally, he stood before the towering door of the boss room. Spawn murmured, "I wonder what the boss is..."

Suddenly, from a puddle of blood at the center of the room, soone rose — none other than Kiva, The Emperor.

Spawn was surprised. "Wait! Aren’t you one of EXO’s leaders, Kiva?" Kiva remained silent, his gaze heavy from within the yellow visor of his armor. Slowly, he shifted, raising his fists and assuming a fighting stance, the faint hum of power crackling around him.

Spawn let out a breath, smirking slightly. "I see... so you’re the boss of this dungeon. Bring it on."

Raku leaned forward in excitent, eyes gleaming. "Hehehe! I get to fight one of the EXO leaders? Aweso! I wonder what his abilities are like!"

The fight began, and Kiva’s hands surged with crackling red energy as he lunged forward, landing a brutal punch on Spawn. Raku quickly reacted, making Spawn leap over Kiva, aiming for a back attack — but Kiva surprised him with a sharp back kick, slamming Spawn hard and dealing massive damage!

Raku’s eyes widened in shock. "What the hell! That was insane!"

Without missing a beat, Raku activated the healing spell he had just learned, called "Necroplasm Heal," watching Spawn’s health bar slowly recover. He pressed the attack, striking at Kiva, but was startled to see Kiva’s massive health bar barely budge. "What? Such a huge health pool! This is gonna be tough!"

Then Kiva summoned bat-like robots that shot at Spawn. Raku quickly made Spawn guard with his cape, sparks flying as the shots deflected. After that, Kiva lunged again with his blazing red energy punch. Raku reacted fast, leaping over him — but this ti, when Kiva whipped back with a kick, Raku was ready. He dodged midair and ca down hard, striking with the Butcher Will Demon Cleaver, landing satisfying hits.

The battle raged on until Kiva’s massive health bar finally dipped to 50%. Raku grinned wide, adrenaline pumping. "You might be tough, Kiva! But I’m a damn good player!"

But then Kiva stepped back and started charging, his armor pulsing with red light. He struck a dramatic pose, and the chain on his legs cracked open, revealing sleek bat wings unfurling from his shins. Raku’s eyes widened, heart pounding. "What the hell!? Second phase!?"

Kiva shot into the air, a glowing bat emblem flaring behind him, and then he plunged down with a devastating downward kick. "What!? Rider Kick? Is this guy Kan Rider!?" Raku blurted, half in awe, half panicked.

Raku had Spawn guard against the brutal strike, but the screen shook violently, and cracks spread across Spawn’s cape. "Oh my god! Even my cape can’t hold it! I need to dodge it next ti!"

It seed feasible to dodge, so Raku prepared carefully. Then Kiva threw the bat robot again, and Raku made Spawn guard, sparks flying as he deflected the shots. Kiva took a stance again and leapt — but sothing shocking happened! Instead of a high jump, Kiva faked it and did a swift short jump, delivering a brutal flying kick that smashed into Spawn, leaving his health bar hanging by a thread! "Damn! That’s cheating!" Raku yelled, half-frustrated, half-thrilled by the unexpected move.

Then Kiva did sothing even more unexpected: instead of stopping, he followed up the attack with a swift high kick, knocking Spawn out cold. "Damn!" Raku groaned, both impressed and frustrated.

The screen smoothly transitioned to a cutscene. Kiva approached Spawn and extended his armored hand with surprising calm. Spawn hesitated, then took it, and Kiva helped him to his feet. With a faint nod, Kiva gave an "okay" gesture before vanishing in a flicker of red light, leaving a quiet sense of respect in his wake.

Not long after, Nube ca, smiling warmly. "Ahaha, so you got an okay from Kiva-san. That’s really great! Anyway, you passed the test. Here — from Kiva-san."

Raku received the Emperor Bat Legs Guard and his eyes lit up with excitent. "No way!? New weapon!?" he exclaid, barely able to contain his grin as he admired the item details, heart pounding with anticipation.

Nube said, "With that, my job here is done. Oh — you can teleport, right? The Reverse Mount Everest is near the top. Look for the cave with a skull pattern on it. There, try using your magic — a portal will open."

Spawn nodded and said, "Thanks. I’m off."

Raku then thought, "I wonder what would happen if I’m able to beat Kiva? But it’s really hard... and it seems like a one-ti-only chance! Damn, now I’m even more curious!"

Then Spawn teleported to Everest Mountain alongside Flint Hellwood. Spawn said, "Thanks, Flint. I owe you one. But hey, they’re not hostile to , at least."

Flint chuckled. "Anyti, Hellspawn. Better safe than sorry, right? Anyway, I’m off for now — keep your guard up."

Spawn gazed up at the towering, snow-capped mountain, a flicker of determination in his eyes. "So, this is where my possible answer lies." Then the screen faded to black and displayed: Chapter 4 Finish!

Raku quickly continued to Chapter 5, but first, he looked at the Emperor Bat Leg Guard:

Na: Emperor Bat Leg Guards

Damage: 204–244

Rarity: Unique

Abilities: Grants special ability called "Emperor Bat Kick," which has stronger damage if your Necroplasm Gauge is near full.

Lore: Crafted by Kiva the Emperor. He has forgotten everything except his deadly skills as a demon hunter. Even worse, he’s no longer sure if he’s human, as he’s unable to remove his Bat Emperor armor. Whispers swirl that he might be one of the vampire lords himself — but Kiva’s kindness and unwavering desire to help others make many doubt those dark rumors.

Raku grinned. "Well, this is a diabolical weapon. I don’t want to use it — I’ll stick to the Butcher Will. Still, Kiva is really cool!" he murmured, a hint of admiration in his voice.

Feeling the rush of anticipation, Raku continued playing. Spawn ventured deeper into the Reverse Everest Mountain realm, where icy winds howled and enemies like frost demons and Viking zombies lurked in every corner. The tension mounted as Raku skillfully navigated the treacherous stages. After a grueling series of fights, he finally arrived at the looming gates of the final boss room: the Soul Temple. Heart pounding, Raku whispered, "Here we go."

Raku went inside. Inside, Spawn faced off against Malebolgia’s towering avatar. "Hahaha! My Hellspawn decides to rebel against !? Impossible!"

Spawn smirked coldly. "Your reign ends here, Malebolgia. Die!"

Then the boss fight began: Malebolgia, The Hell Lord.

At first, Malebolgia lood in the background, summoning waves of underlings to swarm Spawn. Raku skillfully cut them down, eyes sharp with focus. Once the minions were gone, Malebolgia descended, wielding a massive fla sword and calling forth red locusts that tore through the battlefield.

Raku died multiple tis but refused to quit, gritting his teeth and learning the patterns. When Malebolgia’s health dropped to 30%, the demon transford, becoming even more monstrous and vulnerable only during his spell charges. Raku’s fingers ached from retrying, but persistence paid off — at last, he delivered the final blow.

"Yes! I beat it!" Raku shouted, punching the air.

On screen, Malebolgia’s avatar crumbled, and Spawn’s soul stood victorious. "Finally, I’m free," Spawn murmured, his voice heavy with triumph and relief.

But then sothing unexpected happened. The screen flickered with crimson lightning as the real Malebolgia tore through space itself. "You think you can escape from , Al Simmons!? You are wrong!" Malebolgia roared with a booming laugh, his form monstrous and overwhelming. With a swipe of his clawed hand, he ripped open a swirling red portal and hurled Spawn inside.

"No... No!!!" Spawn scread, twisting as he was dragged into the void, the edges of the screen trembling violently before flashing the words: The End! Spawn will be back!

Raku’s mouth hung open. "Holy shit! I didn’t expect an ending like this! Damn, this is insane!"

Raku slumped back and glanced at the clock — already 19:00! "Damn! Better eat before my mom kills !" he muttered with a tired grin, stretching his arms.

He quickly shut off the Spawn ga, heart still racing from the final battle. He had finally beaten it — and it was genuinely an amazing ga, packed with a story that left him craving more, his mind still buzzing with all the characters and twists.

To be continued

AN : Hahaha! It’s really great to create this kind of Chapters , don’t worry I will not really create these types of Chapters often and I really had a blast writing this!I spend like 2 hours or more on this! HAHA , actually i want to make it longer but i decided it’s enough especially that right now i’m only releasing 2 Chapters a day. Anyway, do you guys know Leon Belmont? Well this is his alternate version LoL i decide to make him one of the Major Characters in the Spawn universe clearly not related to his Castlevania version. Also there is John Constatine i’m really love him and i do so research he is created on late 80s or 90s , so i just made Zaboru create him and for him i’m willing to give so exception lol.
