Zaboru picked up his office phone and dialed Akechi's number. The call connected quickly.
"Hello, Akechi Hamazou speaking," ca Akechi's calm voice.
"Akechi-san, it's Zaboru. We've discussed the offer internally, and we've decided to accept your terms. We will proceed with the protection deal," Zaboru stated firmly.
Akechi chuckled. "Good choice. I assu you'll need so ti to get everything in order?"
"Yes. We'll make the first paynt in two months," Zaboru confird.
"That's fine," Akechi replied. "I trust you'll keep your word. Once you're ready, I'll send my subordinates to formally mark Sora Distribution with the Hamazou badge. That way, everyone will know they're under our protection."
Zaboru nodded, despite being on the phone. "Understood. I'll handle the final negotiations with Sora Distribution today and finalize everything."
"Good. Keep updated," Akechi said before ending the call.
With the protection deal secured, Zaboru imdiately turned to Kudou, his company's legal advisor. "Kudou, I need you to draft a contract making Sora Distribution our official distribution partner. Include all necessary clauses to protect our interests while ensuring their stability."
Kudou gave a confident nod. "I'll have it ready within the hour."
While Kudou worked, Zaboru reached out to Shinsuke, who had already contacted Tatsuya Fudou, the owner of Sora Distribution, and arranged a eting. By the ti Kudou finished drafting the contract, everything was set.

At Sora Distribution's modest office, Tatsuya Fudou was taken aback when he received a call from Shinsuke Yamaguchi. The fact that ZAGE was moving forward so quickly caught him off guard, but he was eager to et and discuss the deal.
A short while later, a sleek black car pulled up outside his office, and both Zaboru and Kudou stepped out. They entered the building, where Tatsuya greeted them warmly.
"Huh? Where is Yamaguchi-san?" Tatsuya asked, noticing Shinsuke's absence.
Zaboru smiled. "He had another appointnt. But this here is my company's official legal representative, Kudou Marui."
Kudou extended his hand. "Kudou Marui. You can call Kudou."
Tatsuya shook his hand firmly, forcing a nervous smile. "Tatsuya Fudou. Nice to et you."
Zaboru got straight to business. "Tatsu-san, I believe Sora Distribution has the potential to beco ZAGE's official distribution company. That is, if you're still interested."
Tatsuya's eyes widened in disbelief. His heart pounded with excitent—this was the chance he had been waiting for! But before he could fully process it, Zaboru continued.
"There's one thing you should know," Zaboru said, his tone calm but firm. "I've already negotiated with the Hamazou family for protection, and I've paid them a hefty amount to ensure that your company is safe from external threats."
Tatsuya felt his breath hitch. Zaboru had connections to the Hamazou family? That alone changed everything. The thought of having the Hamazou na backing his company sent waves of relief through him. With their protection, the company's safety would increase several hundredfold. No Yakuza gang would dare interfere now.
Kudou then slid a thick docunt across the table. "This contract outlines the details of our partnership. Feel free to review it carefully."
Tatsuya took a deep breath, trying to calm his shaking hands as he flipped through the contract. He carefully scanned each page, searching for any loopholes, but he found nothing suspicious. The contract was fair, structured, and even beneficial for his company.
The key points were as follows:
Sora Distribution would officially beco ZAGE's primary distribution company.ZAGE would provide initial capital to help Sora Distribution stabilize its operations.The safety of Sora Distribution would now be a priority under ZAGE's corporate umbrella.The agreent would last until October 25, 2001, with an option for renewal.
Tatsuya let out a small, nervous laugh. He could hardly believe it. "I have no objections, Renkonan-san... Kudou-san."
Without hesitation, he picked up a pen and signed the contract. Then, he stood up and firmly shook Zaboru's hand, grinning from ear to ear. "Thank you for this opportunity, Boss! I won't let you down!"
Zaboru smirked. "Welco to ZAGE, Tatsu-san. We have a lot of work ahead. I'll be sending soone over soon to deliver the capital we promised. In the anti, prepare your team for the first batch of orders."
Tatsuya nodded vigorously. "Understood! We'll be ready!"
Leaving Sora Distribution, Zaboru felt satisfied with the outco. Everything was progressing smoothly.
As soon as he returned to his office, he called Sayuri. "Sayuri-san, transfer the agreed capital to Sora Distribution. Make sure it's at least tomorrow."
Sayuri, ever efficient, quickly set the transaction in motion. "I'll handle it imdiately, Boss."
With that, ZAGE had officially acquired a dedicated distribution network, marking a crucial milestone in their expansion across Japan!!.
