Originally silent, the skies above Sea Rock City were continually besieged by a whistling storm. On the distant horizon, dark clouds hung down like an iron curtain, pressing the entire sky ominously low, as if it might crash down on the sea at any mont. The clouds churned and twisted, with dark purple electric flashes flickering within, yet no thunder followed, only a suffocating silence.
The ruins on the city streets appeared even more desolate under the dim sky. The broken skyscrapers resembled the skeletons of giant beasts, with shards of glass reflecting an ominous light. The palms along Marine Avenue had long withered, and their dry branches and leaves rustled in the wind, like so creature whispering.
Lin Xian, KIKI, and Shi Zhi swiftly skimd low over the ground, flying toward the direction of the Infinity at the orbit station. The power armor’s holographic display flickered continuously, the alarm of the Geiger Counter blaring incessantly, as if all signals were under severe interference beneath this storm.
"In the clouds, in the sky, I sense many creatures..."
Shi Zhi’s voice was tense, the feeling of the nacing clouds reminded her of that night in Dawn City.
"Lin Xian, did you get in touch with them?" KIKI, using telekinesis to shield the raging wind, asked Lin Xian.
"No!"
Lin Xian, speeding through the streets with the other two, creating a tempest that blew debris everywhere, looked up at the swirling, lightning-laden sky, and said gravely,
"They should all be retreating to the Infinity. If there’s trouble, several squads should handle it flexibly."
"Alright!"

Eastern Coast of Sea Rock Island, the shore outside the port, the sea began to roil.
It wasn’t an ordinary wave surge, but the entire sea seed to boil, churning up muddy foam. Beneath the black water, enormous shadows faintly moved, occasionally surfacing to reveal translucent fluorescent bodies, before quickly diving back into the depths.
"This is not good." Ning Jing looked at this scene, her face tense, and imdiately called all mbers to prepare to retreat.

Below the road, on a rugged black stone coast, as soon as they landed, Lu Xingchen imdiately saw on the shore’s edge an eerie mass of beached, dead whale corpses that appeared mysteriously, despite these deep-sea creatures becoming rare since Apocalypse Day.
"Ah Bai, what did you see?" Ning Jing approached Ah Bai and found him looking up at the low dark clouds over the offshore sea. He slowly raised his hand, tensely saying, "Can’t you see, there’s sothing there!"
As soon as he said it, Ning Jing and Lu Xingchen looked up but saw only the black, boiling sea beneath the storm, nothing else.
"Concentrate!"
Xiao Qing swung down from a high place, his voice solemn, "You need to shield against the storm’s invasion with spiritual power to see it!"
Ning Jing frowned, imdiately pushed her spiritual power to peak superpower, and in an instant, she felt the sea winds pounding against the power armor’s shell beco sticky and heavy. Under the storm’s howling, she looked up once again at the black sea. This ti, her pupils contracted as a terrifying scene unfolded before her eyes.
Under the dark clouds hovering above the sea, several enormous, indescribable creatures as big as mountains were suspended, hunched and twisted like skeletons, floating in the sky, drifting slowly in one direction. Countless massive tentacles dropped to the sea’s surface, like hanging giant trees!
"What kind of evil spirits, drifting in the air under broad daylight!"
Seeing this, Brother Huo’s expression also changed dramatically, the scene in front of him was intensely striking, with these massive creatures all hunched in the fetal position, eerily moving toward a certain direction, and the shore lined with nurous dead whale corpses, like a doomsday scene!
"We need to retreat imdiately, all communications have been cut off."

Ryuji, using a dust shockwave, covered the team’s mbers as they retreated inside. Monica, standing on the plaza in front of the mall entrance, shouted sharply, "Move quickly before we’re discovered."
After the team entered, she suddenly turned her head, her nanomask lifting, and her mouth sent out an invisible Sound Roar Sword towards a distant building’s electric tower in an instant. With a sharp whistling sound, the tower tilted in the gale, collapsing, shattering into pieces along with the glass facade.
At that mont, Monica could clearly feel the storm’s raging sounds converging toward that building. Seizing the mont, she quickly retreated with Ryuji into the mall basent for temporary shelter.
