Vanessa joined in to protect the Hawk Sea Group mbers aboard Infinity. anwhile, on Beifeng 09, each section prepared as if facing an enemy. Children were secured in anti-roll cradles, and everyone in the rest area held hands tightly. The air was completely still, leaving only the breath of tension.

Both Infinity and Beifeng 09 were passively trapped in the enormous flow rotation among them. They couldn’t control direction, couldn’t control tumbling, nor escape, all they could do was hold tight and pray the pressure hull wouldn’t be torn.
Compared to Infinity, Beifeng 09 fared slightly better. As a Federation’s integrated Abyssal-class Nuclear Submarine, its pressure resistance was superior to Infinity. Although during the deep diving module developnt, Lin Xian and Mochizuki Masashi put considerable effort into design and materials, Infinity was ultimately a land train, rely covered by a shell, its structural integrity was indeed flawed.
