The beast of steam roared in mines and factories, gears engaged, thick smoke veiled the sky, steel tracks extended into the distance.
The flood of light from the information age instantly engulfed everything, data torrents surged within intangible networks, huge Starships broke planetary gravity, sailing into the boundless deep space, towering geotric structures of perfect form and no tal or stone material sprung up on unfamiliar planets, piercing the cosmic vacuum, receiving energy converted from Constant Stars by the Heavenly Veil and transmitted via microwaves to the ground—this marks the beginning of the High Tower Civilization.
The scene froze within the magnificent interior of a high tower, precise synthetic factories operated silently, viscous nutrient liquid rich in all essential substances gushing from pipelines. As Lin Xian saw this, Chu Yan’s cold voice sounded beside him.
