Chen Sixuan’s words dispelled a lot of the gloom in Lin Xian’s heart. Yes, from the unknown darkness to the now predictable dangers, Infinity has taken a big step forward.
At least now everyone can be on full alert, turning complete passivity into partial initiative, thus avoiding a significant amount of casualties!

The train slowly departed from the main urban area, passing by many industrial zones of Hengshan Pass and starting to leave the suburbs. As the sun set in the west, distant mountains and dense broad-leaved forests were clearly visible.
As the heavy train crushed the tracks, the rumbling noise it produced stirred a large number of zombies to chase along the rail. One by one, zombies were crushed under the iron wheels of the Ice-breaking Shield and gas turbine on the tracks as Infinity began to leave Hengshan Pass.
Just as the train was leaving the suburbs, Chen Sixuan suddenly noticed that in the open area ahead, hundreds of survivor vehicles had parked without notice, including large trucks and even converted living compartnts from buses. At the forefront was a polar caterpillar all-terrain truck ard to the teeth, seemingly the head of the convoy.
"Lin Xian."
Chen Sixuan reminded him.
Lin Xian had already noticed it. His gaze swept over, seeing many people ard with weapons surrounding the area in a temporary camp, with people standing on the truck tops. Upon seeing Infinity approach, a few people suddenly ran onto the tracks waving red flags towards the train.
"What do they want?" Chen Sixuan frowned slightly.
Screech.
Lin Xian directly operated Infinity to begin slowing down, his gaze sweeping over the group of vehicles, recognizing so familiar models and faces.
"I know that person." Lin Xian pointed to a middle-aged man being crowded towards them in the front of the convoy, it was Liao Ming, with whom they had traded just as they entered Hengshan Pass.
It was him who reminded Lin Xian about Hu Lushou and the Dragon Transport Ship of Qingshui Town.
Seeing familiar faces, Lin Xian also relaxed a bit. At this ti, Infinity slowly stopped as a group of people ran towards the train.
"Captain Lin!"
The first to shout was that hat-wearing middle-aged man, Liao Ming. Seeing Infinity stop, he quickly led a group to swarm forward, and Lin Xian and Chen Sixuan noticed it wasn’t just one convoy here; they had all temporarily gathered here, seemingly waiting for them?
Lin Xian opened the cockpit door and stepped down, asking him, "What’s up, old brother?"
Liao Ming scanned the train, surprised, "Captain Lin, it’s really you guys. After last night’s Abnormal Body riot, I thought you had already left Hengshan Pass."
"Let introduce." Beside Liao Ming now stood an elderly man in camouflage and a bulletproof vest, with graying hair, looking about fifty, his face stern and eyes sharp like a hawk, obviously exuding a forr soldier’s aura, though aged, his body was upright and resilient.
"Wu Zhenhai, our Big Eagle Caravan’s leader, we all call him Uncle Wu."
"Young man, nice to et you." Wu Zhenhai extended his hand boldly towards Lin Xian, "You can call whatever, we’re not hostile."
"Yes, Captain Lin, and them." Liao Ming pointed to a rather young man who seed similar in age to Lin Xian. "Luo Yang from the Sun Chaser Team, most of their team are university students from the sa school."
"Hello, Brother Lin." Luo Yang looked at Lin Xian with eager eyes, "We are the Sun Chaser Team, traveling from Shangjin to here."
Lin Xian noticed the young man before him had delicate features, and there was still a hint of scholarly air about his eyebrows, yet the entire person exuded a calm aura, having evidently experienced a lot during the long and arduous escape.
"Captain Lin."
The last to step forward was a rugged-looking man, wearing various odd equipnt: a headlamp, armor, night vision goggles, a gun rack, and carrying a large knife on his back, with many seemingly homade items. A sallow-looking woman who looked about thirty was with him, catching Lin Xian’s attention with her slightly bulging belly, apparently pregnant, yet she was fully ard, carrying at least three guns.
"I’m Liang Lei, and our team is called the Running Camp, and this is my wife, Li Yi." He said while pointing to a large modified survivor camp truck not far behind, with two fully armored buses with crowded heads and many young faces.
"What’s going on?" Lin Xian didn’t guess wrong; these people were indeed here waiting specially for him.
"These convoys here are preparing to travel along the northwest route, heading towards Xilan to find the Phoenix Society." Wu Zhenhai said bluntly, "After the Abnormal Body outbreak at Hengshan Pass Station last night, we had planned to leave the city overnight but encountered so trouble."
"What trouble?" Chen Sixuan also got off the train and asked imdiately upon hearing their intention.
"Insect Tide." Wu Zhenhai said in a chilling voice, "From here going north, it’s uncertain how wide the range is, but once night falls, it’s all Black Insects. Each one can kill with a bite, their chitin harder than iron, and small caliber guns can’t penetrate them, damn bizarre."
"Yes." Liao Ming nodded, looking at Lin Xian, "We also lost a few people. Fortunately, we got so heavy firepower weapons from you yesterday, and ran into support from those two convoys on the way back, sustaining until dawn."
