More than half of the city has been burned and withered, with massive explosion craters, toppled skyscrapers, and torn-up ground forming its main backdrop. However, in the night sky, faint artificial lights can be seen emanating from the central area of the city. This was once the industrial core area. The high towers of the Starship Port lean and stab into the night sky as the Dawn City Defense Army and various survivor groups marked this vast area as a semi-temporary ’safe zone’. The streets leading to the safe zone are either made of composite armored walls constructed from reinforced concrete and steel plates or ’isolation walls’ welded together from abandoned vehicles and various steel fra tals by the Survivor Caravan.
Because Dawn City heavily protects its industrial production lines here, many survivors who could not enter Dawn City or fled from other areas chose this place as their temporary habitat. These people are almost all scattered around the outer periter of this area, as the inside is enclosed and protected by the garrison with high sh iron walls. There are several important factories here, including a Jinhai Starship Manufacturing Port and a large military machinery factory.
Inside the Jinhai Starship Port, a 300,000-ton Constant Star-class Starship is under construction, while at other construction berths there are various Dragon Type, Ray Type transport ships, Dreadnought-class Space Battleships, and various Floating Devices being processed on the automated production lines.
