"Does this an small convoys are just gathering places for the weak?"
"No choice, reality is harsh. These small convoys can only band together to increase risk resistance. Most of these people can’t or dare not leave Dawn City."
Jiang Yun pointed to a convoy north of the square, heavily ard with more turrets than gun barrels on their roofs: "All-tal Frenzy, Captain Han Tiege, forr director of Original Lan City chanical Armant Factory, with 70,000 mbers, many of whom are militia from the Southwest Region, they have ample ammunition and energy systems, conducting transactions with Silent City, Dawn City, and Phoenix Society, claiming to have more guns than people, with over 100 energy weapons like electromagnetic railguns and high-energy pulse cannons."
"Then there’s the convoy called Steel Barrier, led by Xu Yufei, a hard-to-evaluate person, his convoy has many automated devices and robots, drones, total number is only 12,000, and most of them grew after coming to Dawn City. It’s quite impressive, I thought this guy would have fled the city long ago, surprised to find him here."
"There are other dium and small-sized, unfamiliar convoys I won’t introduce. But it seems the number of attendees is more impressive than online."
"They must have been influenced too, trying to quickly recruit people to escape."
"My team has already screened the area. Not only are there no Night Patrol Team mbers, but not even City Defense Camp mbers. However, we did find Blazing Angel Departnt mbers appearing on the outskirts, all in civilian clothing." At this mont, Zhou Jin walked over with a serious expression: "Such a large gathering, yet the situation is a bit odd, guess we’re right, the Infinite Train Alliance indeed has relations with Federation senior officials."
"Captain Zhou, what’s your plan?" Lin Xian asked.
"I have a team stationed at the Star City Orbital Station to monitor, for now, let’s observe the situation here. We’ve set up monitoring equipnt in several locations, should we detect Wen Dong or other Federation persons, we’ll act."
Lin Xian nodded, gazing towards the square, saying
"Let’s just wait and see."
The square was bustling with all types of outer armors and prosthetics in sight. Even so ordinary people in casual clothes were carrying weapons, resembling a large war square, but everyone seed adapted to such defenses under the apocalypse, with nerves frayed tight. Many survivors in line even carried all their belongings.
For a while, curious survivors, recruiting convoys, densely queued crowds, along with drones and manned flying devices overhead, ford a seemingly grand yet intensely stifling scene.
"Wow, it’s the first ti seeing so many recruiting, and yet daring to hold public brawls, this Infinite Alliance has so power!" So began to discuss.
"I’ve heard it has strong backgrounds, Federation senior officials have given the nod, as long as there’s no crippling or fatal outco, it’s allowed."
"I don’t think so, the Federation is burning its eyebrows, probably too busy to care!"
"Who exactly is Qin Feng, never heard of before, is he really a chanical superpower?"
A bearded man said: "Who knows, our convoy only heard about Lin Xian of the Unlimited Fleet, able to use a gas turbine train to lift thousands of cars and over 30,000 people onto the high-altitude corridor, really impressive!"
"Indeed, hasn’t Qin Feng heard of Captain Lin’s deeds of the Infinity? Daring to use the sa convoy na..."
"I heard soone say Qin Feng might be Lin Xian’s apprentice."
"Nonsense, superpowers can’t be taught, you’ve read too many novels, but if I had this superpower, I’d recruit a big convoy too, myself capable of arming an army!"
"Right, being able to create electromagnetic guns, Gatling, also make airplanes, tanks, and power armor, this superpower is absolutely amazing!"
"In terms of potential, seems stronger than thunder, fire, water, wind elents..."
"That’s why many want to join, heard Steel Barrier has allied with them, sort of half-joined, that’s over 10,000 people, wow..."
...
Around the square’s outskirts, so large convoys parked their vehicles together temporarily, with so convoy leaders, like Lin Xian, standing atop high buildings amidst a sea of people.
In a rain-sheltered temporary camp, dozens from the large convoy alliances sat inside with somber faces watching this assembly, although not very familiar with each other, most had interacted and cooperated sowhat.
Lin Qingyu, 42 years old, dressed in black combat uniform, Martin boots, gentle-faced with sunglasses, seed harmless. If not for sitting here, many would not have imagined he was the leader of a massive alliance convoy of tens of thousands.
"Frenzy Level small team leader, Vajra Level unlimited recruitnt..., who is this Qin Feng that’s suddenly erged, is his resource also infinite?"
Speaking was the leader beside him, Han Tiege of the All-tal Frenzy, short and sowhat plump, but clad in a custom-made high-tech power armor with flying propellers, wrapped like a statue, seemingly cautious, always fully ard wherever he went.
"chanical superpower is heaven-defying, it’s a productivity itself, ammunition and weapons are now hard currency, so it’s not surprising," said 37-year-old Luo Heng, sharp-eyed, looking towards the Silver Star in the square center: "So from our convoy left to sign up, yours must have too."
