Fortunately, there was still a Demon Fiend by its side!
Ever since the demon spawn had appeared, the Soot Skin Demon Fiend had behaved like a sycophant. The demon spawn’s original intention in bringing the Soot Skin Demon Fiend along was to better understand the human side’s situation and intelligence, even if the Soot Skin Demon Fiend knew very little.

Seeing this, the despair in the Soot Skin Demon Fiend’s eyes deepened. Its movents even slowed, and in a mont of carelessness, an opposing assassin’s dagger plunged into its body.
The despair in the demon spawn’s eyes was even more profound. It knew that facing more than a dozen Third-level and Level 4 professionists, it had absolutely no chance of survival. This realization, however, only fueled its ferocity!
As for surrendering to the Human Race... its identity as a demon spawn and the black crystal on its head had already eliminated that possibility!
It issued a final command to all Balu Monsters through its mind: "Co here! Kill these skulking cowards!" Then, the demon spawn lunged forward, simultaneously roaring in the Demon Realm Language, "For the Demon Tribe!"
Its four short legs scrambled furiously, but its speed was truly pathetic. At the sa ti, its two stubby arms attempted to strike at the rapidly approaching humans...
Then, a dagger was brutally thrust into its head.
"So weak..."
The Shadow Assassins’ Leader, who had killed the demon spawn with a single strike, said in disbelief.
