The familiar voice from the communicator made Kuangliu let out a deep sigh of relief, allowing him to completely relax.
Although Jake had just explained that Peng Jun hadn’t caused any major trouble, that was, after all, soone else’s account. Kuangliu wasn’t foolish enough to believe everything he was told.
After hesitating for a mont and briefly organizing his thoughts, Kuangliu finally spoke.
"Wen Yu and I were trapped by a Treasure Land Protector for over a month inside a treasure land. We’ve only just gotten out. We’re currently in Las Vegas, Arica. Both of us are safe. We just don’t know whether we should return to Cathay now or act independently."
Lin Haifeng acknowledged with an understanding "En," then said directly, "There are so things I need to discuss with you two."

Over the communicator, Lin Haifeng’s tone was sowhat cautious.
Kuangliu glanced at Claus and Jake in front of him. Both were sensible enough; without a word, they turned and left the room.
"They’re gone now. But isn’t this communicator always under Arican forces’ surveillance?"
Kuangliu felt Lin Haifeng’s caution was sowhat superfluous.
"Yes. What I’m about to tell you is known to the Arican high command, but it’s not for general knowledge.
"Firstly, it’s about the Demon Realm’s Gate opening in less than a month.
"When the Demon Realm’s Gate opens, an operation called the Human Race Sequence Hunting Plan will also be initiated.

Hearing Lin Haifeng say this, Kuangliu directly retorted, "Help them? It’s not that I’m underestimating myself, but I doubt a superpower’s military organization would need help from one or a few individuals, not even from Sequence Number 2 and Sequence Number 3!"
