With this in mind, Wen Yu recalled Faceless, commanded Star to enlarge, then leaped onto its back and flew towards Las Vegas.
Star rushed toward Las Vegas. Halfway there, Wen Yu attempted to connect with Victor through a psychic link—but the connection failed. He then tried to bring Victor back into the 5th Soul Realm, but it was to no avail.
Even the power of the Soul Realm space had been completely cut off!
Afterwards, Wen Yu quickly took out his communicator. He tried calling Claus, but no one answered. He then tried Qin Tian—still no answer. Next was Arthur, but again, no one picked up. Finally, he tried Yang Hong.

The call connected after a mont, and Wen Yu imdiately asked, "It’s Wen Yu, what’s going on?"
There was silence on the other end for quite a while, until a weak voice finally ca through.
"It’s Wang Fucai... Yang Hong is lying unconscious next to . We ran into so trouble..."
"I can’t quite explain what happened, but both Yang Hong and I are currently in a cave near Las Vegas. You’d better go and see what’s going on in Las Vegas for yourself..."

Upon hearing Wang Fucai’s words, Wen Yu was taken aback.
"A whole day has passed?"
Though only two hours had passed from when he summoned Star and Cyclops until he woke up, Wen Yu had no recollection of how long he had been unconscious before that.

After Wang Fucai finished speaking, the communicator went silent. The silence on the line continued until Wen Yu finally saw the situation at the Las Vegas Assembly Site.

A huge, deep purple light barrier, like an upside-down bowl, enveloped the entire Las Vegas defense periter.
