They also wanted to see what kind of fate would befall this beautiful woman and her seemingly weak subordinates.
Aside from the factions from farther away, there were also local factions who recognized Stella Sterling.
Their gazes turned peculiar.
They hadn’t expected these outsiders to pick a fight with the leader of Caeluna Base the mont they arrived.
Then again, with her looks, it was indeed easy to attract unwanted attention.
There were quite a few among them who had ideas about Stella Sterling, but they all knew of Caeluna Base’s strength. So even if they had such thoughts, they wouldn’t dare to show it, much less try anything in front of Stella Sterling.
But these outsiders didn’t know about Caeluna Base, nor did they know Stella Sterling. Now they had gone and stirred up trouble.
But Stella Sterling had only brought a few people with her; it was hard to say if they could handle the situation.
Caeluna Base was strong, yes, but for just two people to take on thirty or forty n seed like a bit of a stretch.
Besides, the others were ard with guns.
Just as everyone was still wondering, they realized the situation had already changed drastically.
Only a few n were left from the two bases that had co from afar.
The two from Caeluna Base were like tigers among a flock of sheep, tearing through them. They didn’t even use guns.
They took them all down with their bare hands.
In a flash, only the two base leaders were still alive.
Terrified, and seeing things had gone south, they scrambled toward ridia Base, shouting as they ran, "These people are killing right outside your base! We were invited by ridia Base! Hurry up and stop them! Send soone to save us!"
But the staff mber simply looked at them apologetically and didn’t intervene. "I’m very sorry, but since you are still outside our base, this is a private matter between you. It’s not our place to get involved!"
Hearing this, the two n’s expressions turned ugly.
Seeing the two about to catch up, the leaders hastily pulled out their invitations. Before the guards could even finish registering them, they scrambled inside the base, looking utterly pathetic.
Julian Fletcher and Seven Locke looked to Stella Sterling.
Stella Sterling waved her hand at them. "Co back."
’This is ridia Base, after all,’ she thought. ’Those two have already entered the base. If I press the attack, it’ll just put ridia Base in a difficult position.’
Stella Sterling had a good impression of ridia Base and was willing to give them so face.
Upon hearing this, the two base leaders let out a huge sigh of relief. Now when they looked at Stella Sterling, any other thoughts they might have had were gone, replaced by pure terror.
’Who *are* these people? How are those two so strong?!’
When they had clashed just now, they realized the two n’s strength was far beyond that of ordinary people.
The other onlookers had long since been struck dumb, their mouths hanging open in shock.
They all knew Caeluna Base was formidable, with deep reserves of strength; otherwise, it wouldn’t have been able to provide so much food.
But no matter what they’d heard, they had never seen it firsthand and had no direct sense of it. Now, they had witnessed with their own eyes how lethal two people from Caeluna were.
’Could every mber of their base be this powerful?’
The crowd’s minds were reeling.
Stella Sterling herself, however, was perfectly calm. She walked over to the ridia Base staff mber with a polite smile. "Hello, here is our invitation."
The staff mber gave Stella Sterling a deep look before taking the invitation.
After confirming it was authentic, he registered their information and respectfully welcod Stella Sterling and her group inside.
He also sent soone to report what had just transpired.
The surrounding crowd of onlookers slowly ca to their senses, but the shock in their hearts had yet to fade. They repeatedly warned those around them not to provoke Caeluna Base.
Only then did they take their people to register and enter.
This scene was witnessed by many, including so who had just arrived by boat and saw the entire exchange.
Although they didn’t know which base that group was from,
they firmly etched one thing into their minds: the team led by that beautiful woman was absolutely not to be ssed with.
Inside ridia Base, not much had changed from over a year ago, except there were more people and many areas were now planted with crops.
In addition, mbers of their ard division stood guard everywhere.
If anyone tried to cause trouble within the base at a ti like this, they would be imdiately stopped and taken away.
"Sterling," said Seven Locke as they looked around, a little surprised, "why do I get the feeling the crops ridia Base is growing are the sa as ours?"
"That’s not surprising," Stella Sterling said calmly. "Because the ones at our base are the ones I took from ridia Base."
The six people behind her who overheard stared with wide eyes.
’This kind of thing isn’t sothing a base would let out casually.’
’For Sterling to do that...’
The group glanced around cautiously, and only after confirming that no one from ridia Base had overheard Sterling’s words did they let out a huge sigh of relief in their hearts.
But a worry began to grow in their hearts. ’Don’t tell Sterling *stole* it from ridia Base?’
’Wouldn’t that an Caeluna Base has a feud with ridia Base?’
’If the people from ridia Base find out...’
’We’re on their ho turf right now. Are we going to get surrounded and beaten up?’
The n swallowed hard.
Stella Sterling, however, looked completely at ease, without a hint of worry on her face.
The people behind her couldn’t help but give her a ntal thumbs-up. ’Sterling is really sothing else. To be this calm even after coming to their headquarters... we have to admire her!’
Seeing their cautious expressions, Stella Sterling’s face darkened. "Relax. I took it openly and honestly. No one is going to co and arrest us."
Hearing this, the others did indeed breathe a sigh of relief. If Sterling said it, they believed it.
Moreover, they now also noticed that Peter Sterling seed quite familiar with ridia Base.
’Could it be that Sterling has so connection with ridia Base?’
A guide from ridia Base led them forward toward the conference hall.
Along the way, they ran into the two base leaders they had clashed with outside.
Only, all the subordinates they had brought with them had already been dealt with by Julian Fletcher and Seven Locke, so now they were all alone.
They stood in stark contrast to the other bases, who traveled in large groups.
When the two n saw Stella Sterling, their faces were filled with rage, but they were helpless to do anything. They could only glare at her group from a distance, their expressions a mixture of fear and fury.
