This was simply tailor-made for the apocalypse.

Getting two will last for a long ti. Plus, they can always get more when the apocalypse starts. Many vehicles will be abandoned.

After leaving the car dealership, they got into the rented truck and drove to the biggest mall in the city. They ca here because they can get different varieties of clothes and the quality is guaranteed. Just because they were shopping for the apocalypse, it didn’t an they had to compromise on quality.

They walked into a clothes store they frequented and went straight to the sportswear section. They ordered all the stock they had of clothes that could fit them both, then did the sa for Father Chu and Chu Hao.

They didn’t buy any for her grandfather or the butler because they are old and would probably not appreciate such designs. But they also ordered so clothes for children of different sizes in case they ever needed them. What if her brother got married and had a child? Better to be prepared.

They paid and had the staff load the clothes into their truck while they moved to the next shop. Luckily, Chu Miao"s mother is known for her charity events so they didn’t raise any suspicion even though they bought a lot of clothes. Those who knew them just assud they were going to donate the clothes.

In the next shop, they bought light sumr clothes for the entire family and also added more for children. Since they may experience extre heat, the clothes purchased for the heat waves were extrely light and made of synthetic wool material for wicking. They also chose hundreds of sets of loose-fitting and breathable tactical cargo pants of different sizes. These can protect them if they go out in the extre heat.

They moved to the scarves section and again bought hundreds of cooling vests and bandanas.

When they were done with everyday wear and heat wave clothing, they moved to the third floor, where shops selling winter clothes were located.

They walked into the first shop and bought hundreds of sets of thermal underwear in all sizes, both for n and won, insulated down jackets, and windproof and waterproof winter coats.

They moved to the sweater section and bought hundreds of sets in different sizes, mostly those made of light but warm materials like wool. They also bought over a thousand sets of neck gaiters, thermal gloves, socks, and beanies, as well as hand and foot warrs.

After buying clothes, they decided to go to the fifth floor where there was a shop selling survival and extre sports gear. They almost cleared the shop and bought waterproof raincoats, rubber-sealed waterproof boots, waterproof gloves, and hundreds of thousands of sealed-dry bags.

They bought many because not only can they protect clothes, but also food. They also purchased over five hundred padded helts in case of hailstorms, bug-resistant clothes, UV-blocking sunglasses, and wide-brim hats.

They purchased lightweight and waterproof hiking boots in the sizes of each mber of the family. She also bought two hundred waterproof family-size tents and inflatable mattresses.

When they were about to leave the shop, Chu Miao spotted a section that sold fireproof clothes. Even though she didn’t think they encountered any fires, it was better to be prepared, so she bought two hundred sets. She also rembered to buy heavy-duty ropes, combat bags, fire lighters, and survival knives. She decided that if she forgot anything, she could always buy it later or ask her brother to do it.

By the ti they left the survival gear shop, it was already past lunchti. So, they went to a restaurant inside the mall to eat. The food in this restaurant has excellent taste and they don’t cut the portion to the size of a spoon like other high-end restaurants.

While they were eating, Chu Miao got the idea of ordering dishes from different restaurants and storing them in the warehouse inside the space ring as it wouldn’t change no matter how long ti passed. She shared the idea with her mother.
