Mother Lei said nothing to defend Lu Yin. She understood why Lu Yin was making so many plans for her survival, but that didn’t an she supported these selfish sches. They were all in the sa boat but Mother Lei would never do sothing like push soone else off the deck just for the sake of her survival.

While she didn’t expect Lu Yin to beco like Bai iyue, who would live a good life with or without Lei Qian, she did expect the girl to beco more self-dependent. And even if she wanted to rely on soone else, she had a brother who was willing to do anything for her.
It wasn’t Lei Qian’s turn to raise and take responsibility for that girl.
Bai iyue didn’t know that she had left quite a deep impression on Mother Lei. If she knew what Mother Lei was thinking, Bai iyue would only chuckle at her naive thoughts. So people were selfish to the core from the beginning; Lu Yin was the sa kind of person.

Though Bai iyue didn’t care about Lei Qian and his team, the survivors in the building did. They had heard of Lei Qian’s skills and knew that the rest of his team was comprised of supernatural beings.
Word had spread throughout the building, and the survivors were now waiting for Lei Qian to take them under his wing and save them. They couldn’t rely on Bai iyue, who was cold and heartless, but they had higher expectations of Lei Qian.
After all, the man looked gentler and weaker than a woman. Surely he would be kinder than that cold-faced witch?
Thus, they have been squatting outside the electric door, waiting for Lei Qian to step out. So, when Lei Qian and his team walked past the door, they were imdiately surrounded by survivors.
