"You don't need to worry about it." Bai iyue glanced at the man before saying to him, "It might not look like it, but the ng siblings are going through supernatural evolution."
"How do you know that?" It was not that Lei Qian didn't trust Bai iyue. But neither of them went through such a supernatural phenonon when they awakened, so why did the ng siblings go through one?
"Because I can sense the changes in the supernatural energy around them," Bai iyue answered with a calm voice. She walked past the corridor and no longer shook off the hand that was holding hers. "There are all kinds of supernatural powers, and each one of them requires a particular change in the body of the ability user. If a person awakens a powerful ability and his or her body is not ready for it, then there will be a shift."
"Like how the immune system creates a particular reaction towards a disease, the awakening of the supernatural ability would also push the person's body to create a reaction, which would prepare their bodies to beco compatible with the power that they had awakened."
After she finished speaking, she pushed Lei Qian away and headed out to collect so crystal nuclei to exchange with the system. Of course, Lei Qian followed her without letting go of her. As she hunted down zombies, Lei Qian cleared the path for her, making the entire thing a bit too simple and childish.
Bai iyue rolled her eyes as she didn't find it interesting at all. However, she didn't say anything; since soone wanted to help her out, who was she to stop him?
She curled her lips and ignored the man without saying anything and simply collected the crystal nuclei that she got after hunting the heads of the zombies.
Once Bai iyue had enough, she returned ho with Lei Qian only to run into a woman who was dressed rather provocatively. Though she didn't know who this woman was, she had seen her in the group of survivors who stayed with Bai Xue and the rest.
Her lips curled up in amusent as she turned to look at Lei Qian, who stood woodenly on her side and didn't even look at the woman. All his attention was on Bai iyue as he asked her to dress a bit more warmly if she was going to leave the house.
Considering that Lei Qian was not saying anything, Bai iyue thought that the woman would leave, but it turned out that she underestimated the boldness of the woman. Not only did she not leave, she stepped forward and shyly smiled at Lei Qian, "Leader Lei, I really admire you. I don't ask for anything; I just ask you to let follow you. Is it alright?"

She really had to admit that this woman was much better than Lu Yin; at least she was willing to take such risks to get Lei Qian's attention. The weather was so cold that even she couldn't help but tremble, and yet this woman —hiss—she was wearing such a scanty dress.
She had taken a glance at the woman and noticed that the woman was only wearing a sheer dress and nothing else. Although she was hiding everything that she needed to hide, with the dress that she was wearing, there was nothing that was hidden. With just one glance, anyone could imagine what the woman had to offer.
Bai iyue turned and looked at the man next to her, waiting to see his reaction.
When Lei Qian saw the amusent in Bai iyue's eyes, he was really annoyed. At the sa ti, he found the actions of the woman really disgusting.

With that thought in her head, she pulled down the dress that she was wearing until her curves were completely revealed to Lei Qian. Even though the man was holding another woman in his arms, the woman was willing to go all out for him.
As long as he could see what she had in her hands to offer, Lei Qian would certainly treat her well, right?
Thus, there was nothing wrong with a little sacrifice. Even if everyone in the vicinity could see her, the woman was willing to do it for her own future.
