Bai iyue recalled her past life when she was pregnant with Bai Cai. Back then, she didn’t have any nutrition, and she ate less than a mouse. With no nutrition, her belly didn’t grow much. However, in this life, her son grew up healthier than he was in her past life, which made most of her internal organs squeeze into one corner. It was because of this reason that Bai iyue was panting and looking tired after moving only a little bit. "You need to control your appetite," said Shen Zhen as she eyed Bai iyue’s belly. "I know your pelvis is not big, and if the foetus grows more than eight or nine catties, then you will have trouble giving birth naturally. Now that the condition is like this, it will be better if you could give birth to your baby naturally. So you should try to restrain your diet a little."
"How am I supposed to control my diet?"
It wasn’t that Bai iyue didn’t want to control her appetite; the truth was that she just couldn’t control it. Regardless of how petite she looked, she could easily inhale more than three bowls of rice on her own, and that was not all. She would start feeling hungry in the next three hours. Starting tomorrow, I will formulate a diet plan for you. You cannot let your child’s weight outgrow your ability. If your son gets too heavy, it will be hard for you to give birth to him naturally. But we cannot starve you or your child either. Your son needs the sa amount of nutrition as before, or else he will end up getting weak. In order to have a safe pregnancy, you should try to stick to the diet plan for the entire month."

As soon as Bai iyue heard Shen Zhen say that she was going to formulate a nutritional diet plan for her, Bai iyue felt helpless. She had seen the nutritional diet plans that the doctors and nurses ca up with; she had been on it ever since she was sixteen. The word ’diet’ alone made her shiver, as she knew that there was nothing good coming out of it. She had also seen the diet plan made by Shen Zhen and knew that she would strictly control the portion of the food given to pregnant won. The last ti she went to visit the hospital, she saw the won eating a poor serving of noodles, and they were given only a few crackers every three hours.
They were not given any fatty at and only chicken breast or soup with mushrooms and broccoli. Even the portion of rice was carefully monitored.
And at dinner, only soup was served.
Four hours later, they were given either juice or milk.
When Bai iyue thought about how this serving didn’t even add up to half of her daily serving, Bai iyue wanted to close her eyes and shed so tears. But she knew that what Shen Zhen said was correct. Now was the end of the world. Even if the dical equipnt that she had found was well-equipped, she knew that it was better to try for a normal delivery rather than going for the C-section. That way, the chances of the child and the mother contracting the doomsday virus would be greatly reduced.
If she were to opt for the surgery, Bai iyue was worried that she would end up getting infected because it would include her skin being torn and stitched.
As the two of them continued to talk about the childbirth, they heard a loud bang and turned to look in the front. They saw ng Suisuis holding what looked like a red fire that seed to have been summoned straight from hell. Her right arm was bleeding slightly as she got up from the car, against whose windscreen she had been knocked, and stood up on the hood. Her eyes had turned blacker than the sky of midnight, and she was breathing heavily while eyeing the zombies in front of her.
"It seems like she finally found what her ability can do," Bai iyue remarked as she watched ng Suisui hurl a bunch of fireballs at the zombies; unlike Lei Qian’s fire, this one didn’t burn them; instead, it swallowed them whole. Bai iyue’s brows rose slightly and she looked at the raging flas with curiosity. Now, this was quite interesting.
