The drifting in the wind is a trait of Jumpluff and Whimsicott. If the wind is too strong, they don’t even know where they will be blown to. However, Wano Kuni, due to its unique geography, harbors a special air current from outside.
This air current is one of the reasons why the mariti environnt outside Wano Kuni is dangerous.
And now, it brings a certain advantage: this current keeps Jumpluff and Whimsicott within Wano Kuni, preventing them from flying to other sea areas with a gust of wind.
The Thousand-Year Dragon was originally prepared as the Air Cavalry, but the Hundred Beasts currently have no need for this cavalry to go into battle, so this unit has its own shepherding duties.
The whirlwind created by the wings of the Thousand-Year Dragon is just enough to control their movents.
Queen is currently manufacturing large blowers for regular people to carry out special shepherding.
These are essential conditions for the growth of Jumpluff and Whimsicott. They are Grass Attribute Pokemon, and sunlight is an indispensable part of their growth.
Among them, Jumpluff’s cotton production cycle is relatively long, but the Whimsicott is different; right now, there are quite a few people helping to groom and trim the Whimsicott.
For Whimsicott, their cotton is their hair, and it grows incredibly fast and is not very sturdy.
If the wind is too strong, the cotton on their heads can be torn off by the wind.
If it rains, the cotton on their heads becos heavy with absorbed water and presses them to the ground, leaving them immobile, at the rcy of the weather.
On sunny days, the cotton on their bodies expands under the sun. If it expands too much, it will tear apart and scatter everywhere.
So the task of the people below is to remove it before their hair expands too much.
The work scene is quite lively because Whimsicott, being a mischievous Pokemon by nature, never forgets this while being grood, often tossing balls of cotton into people’s faces.
In the sky are the flying Whimsicott and Jumpluff, while on the ground there is another species - Eldegoss.
It looks like an ordinary little grass plant, with an abundance of cotton growing on its head, but it won’t run away with the wind.
Eldegoss, Whimsicott, and Jumpluff produce three different kinds of cotton, varying greatly in softness and toughness.
After blending and weaving, the most perfect and comfortable fabric can be obtained. Adjusting the ratios can also yield different products. Currently, those Eldegoss are sowing seeds, which are already abundant in the cotton on their heads.
These seeds are nutritious and can be processed into special food, said to strengthen the bodies of both humans and Pokemon.
So seeds are also roasted dry and processed into nuts, sold together with dried Berries.
But more are being sown in the land of the Himi Region. These seeds can enrich the earth, invigorating the plants, thus effectively improving the environnt of the Himi Region.
Farming is originally hard work, not to ntion pioneering on such land as Himi. Originally, it was unsuitable for won to do such things.
But with the special nature of Jumpluff and Eldegoss, they don’t need to till the land; they just need to walk around with Eldegoss.
This also includes the figures of children, but they are more involved in playing with these magical creatures, ending up covered in seeds.
The Thousand-Year Dragon circles around in the sky, trying its best to control the wind, but there are still individual Whimsicott that drift out of range, requiring people to retrieve them.
The Hundred Beasts Air Cavalry is organized around the Thousand-Year Dragon, with each Thousand-Year Dragon and the four people on its back forming a unit. Two units are responsible for fetching the scattered Whimsicott from outside.
However, it seems there’s a bit of an accident now. A Thousand-Year Dragon is flying towards here at high speed.
"Sister Olga! Sothing’s happened! A giant boar has erged from the barren mountain near Kuri and is heading our way at full throttle!"
"A boar?"
"Yes, a giant wild boar! Rockets and the Thousand-Year Dragon’s attacks are ineffective against it." Most mbers of the Air Cavalry participated in the treasure hunt back then, so they know the true identity of the Thousand-Year Dragon.
Yet, no one spreads this matter. They are known to outsiders simply as strange birds called the Thousand-Year Dragon.
And as for why they call a bird a dragon, that’s just a personal hobby, no one can interfere!

Olga looked in the direction the person pointed, and a massive white wild boar was charging toward here, with the enormous plu of dust it raised attracting the attention of the residents of Wano Kuni who were grooming Whimsicott below.
"That... that’s... the Mountain God! Why is the Mountain God angry again?!"
A giant native to Wano Kuni, with tusks alone nearly two ters long erging from its jaws. The leader of the Thousand-Year Dragons was not here, and none of the remaining dragons are as large as that boar.
Its height of over ten ters makes it taller than a typical mber of the Giant Race.
This massive size and rare white fur have led to this wild boar’s reverence as the Mountain God in Wano Kuni; many years ago, it got angry and destroyed half the town, swallowing many people into its belly.
It was finally cut in half by Kozuki Oden, freeing the people in its stomach. However, because Oden’s sword was too fast and the boar’s vitality exceedingly strong, it revived after being sewn back together.
There’s no need to say anything; people below have already started fleeing, but in this barren land with no cover, there is nowhere for them to run.
"Elder sister, what do we do?"
"What to do? Of course, we’ll stop it! The things here were just repaired not long ago; we can’t let them get destroyed. You guys take the Jumpluff and Whimsicott away! You guys hold it off, don’t be afraid, that thing can’t fly!"
Below lies the newly repaired cotton pasture and the dormitory for Whimsicott and other Pokemon. If that wild boar charges in, it’ll be a big problem, and the recent efforts will be for nothing.
Moreover, the residents below might suffer significant losses, as wild boars are among the most threatening beasts to people.
The Hundred Beasts Air Cavalry launched their first combat mission, but the skin of the wild boar was too thick and tough, and the bombardnt from above didn’t stop its advance; instead, it seed to trigger its ferocity.
Olga attempted to create an illusion of a wall to deceive it, but the enraged Mountain God Wild Boar had no intention of stopping.
"Why on earth did this thing go berserk?!"
