Everyone in the pirate crew needs to have their own role. Shaina is considered the crew’s religious leader and disciplinary committee mber. Without Arceus’s directive, even Kaidou can’t command her.
Although Arceus and Kaidou have a cooperative relationship, it has reached the point where it’s only nominal; in essence, the things he does can be completely regarded as part of the Beast Pirates.
After all, Arceus has participated in almost all of the Beast Pirates’ developnt plans. He and Asie are considered among the few "normal people" in this aspect, having established a special "order." Nowadays, the residents on the Beast Pirates’ territory even internally accept their rule.

Sotis the amounts they set are very puzzling, with odd numbers that make no sense in their calculations.
In so cases, their bounty assignnts only consider the present. For example, a reindeer with an initial bounty as high as 50 Belly only doubled to 100 Belly after nurous major events.
For non-human creatures, they often co up with strange bounties, including but not limited to Chopper’s 50 Belly, Bepo’s 500 Belly, and now Arceus’s 5000 Belly.
The photo shows Arceus standing on the bow of the ship, seemingly taken by an agent on Wald’s ship when he arrived on the battlefield with the resupply ship.
For unknown reasons, they insist on putting out a bounty for Arceus, but without gathering enough information, they simply added this odd title.
In a sense, 5000 Belly is already a serious show of attention, as it’s 100 tis Chopper’s initial bounty.
