The sound of the gunshot, Anlu’s scream, and the alarm all erupted simultaneously, each piercing through the air.

“Anlu!” Captain Dragon Hand cried out in anguish, his voice tearing through the chaos.
He watched helplessly as Anlu fell to the ground. Yet, even in his final monts, Anlu’s hand steadfastly pointed in one direction.
In the rock crevice at four-fifteen precisely, Anlu Na discerned the enemy’s position with his life. Captain Dragon Hand, overco with emotion, trembled as tears burst forth from his eyes.
“Charge!” he commanded. “Helicopter, right below you, in that cluster of crevices. Fire now! Fire!”
Sweat mingled with his tears. Anlu Na had fallen, but his sacrifice had spurred his comrades into action.
“Whatever it takes!” Wang Yun muttered, witnessing the unfolding scene.
He quickly stowed his rifle. This was no ti to linger. He had to evacuate.
Simultaneously, Wang Yun deployed a drone he had prepared earlier.
They had their helicopter, he had his drone. As he retreated, he controlled the device. Unlike before, the lethal powder inside wasn’t set to disperse upon destruction. Wang Yun had refined the chanism.
The drone soared above them, automatically dispensing powder. Given the night’s darkness and the ongoing chaos, it was unlikely they’d notice any noise overhead. Even if they did hear sothing, they might mistake it for helicopter sounds.
The drone maneuvered smoothly over their heads.
anwhile, Captain Dragon Hand and his team continued their pursuit below. Despite their robust stamina, they struggled to keep up with Wang Yun.
Captain Dragon Hand swiftly regained his composure from the grief of losing teammates. While running, he spoke into the walkie-talkie with calm authority, “Ying Yuezi, I need you to flank from the west. Wang Yun is heading east. Captain Wang Yue, co up from the south to support.”
“I can, but Captain Wang Yue is tied up,” Wu Mingyu replied. “She’s engaged with an assassin.”

Wu Yaoming and Ying Yuezi were also chasing two assassins. These assassins hadn’t attacked them. They gave up the chase for these two, they redirected all their focus and force toward Wang Yun.
“I’m also coming to support. Captain Dragon Hand, keep a close eye on… Beep beep beep! Damn!” Wu Mingyu had just started speaking when suddenly, an elimination beep sounded from a program inspector nearby.
Everyone on the intercom heard it clearly.
“I’ve been ambushed! Be alert, Wang Yun’s n are wearing masks that look like us,” Wu Mingyu roared into the walkie-talkie the next second.
What? Masks that look like us?
When everyone heard Wu Mingyu’s words, they were stunned.
“He’s infiltrated my team, watch the people around you!”
As everyone reeled in shock, Wu Mingyu’s voice ca through again, each ssage eerier than the last.
Blended into the team? Looking just like one of their own?
How could they distinguish friend from foe now?
At that mont, everyone felt a chill run down their spine. Simultaneously, panic erupted within the ranks. They could hardly believe that the program inspectors around them were truly teammates, especially after the chaos of two bomb ambushes.
They had scattered and then regrouped, but now, trust was shattered.
It was hard to guarantee that when they gathered, no one infiltrated among them.
Ying Yuezi looked back at her sowhat disordered team. She quickly grabbed the walkie-talkie and said, “Everyone, please stay calm now. It’s true that Wang Yun’s n are wearing human masks, but there’s a flaw. As long as there aren’t two people with identical appearances among us, we’re okay. Even if soone has been swapped, just pay attention to the physique and mannerisms of those around you. If sothing seems off, report it imdiately and keep your distance.”
This was the most rudintary thod of elimination they had, but without other options at their disposal, it was all they could rely on.
“Alright, I recomnd that everyone check the people around you right now. Don’t take any sudden actions, verify first, then proceed,” Wu Yaoming added.
However, aside from his own team, no other group responded to his call.
“Captain Dragon Hand, can you hear ?” Wu Yaoming asked again. Yet, the walkie-talkie remained eerily silent.
Ying Yuezi, anwhile, continued to check the program inspectors.
“What’s wrong, did Captain Dragon Hand not respond?” Ying Yuezi, hearing Wu Yaoming’s voice, turned and asked with a furrowed brow.
Wu Yaoming shook his head thoughtfully. “He must have run into trouble.”
“Let’s speed up the checks and head out to support them,” Wu Yaoming said, and then he and Ying Yuezi began to scrutinize their n.
What was initially a mission to confront the assassin and capture Wang Yun had now morphed into an internal verification process.
The viewers in the livestream were baffled by this turn of events, their screens flooding with question marks. The chat erupted with confusion and concern.
“What’s going on? Aren’t there any better strategies?”
“What good strategy could there be? Wang Yun’s followers are disguising themselves with human masks. Didn’t you hear that Wu Yaoming’s group was infiltrated and attacked from behind?”

Alerts from the production team staff sounded off one after another. Captain Dragon Hand stood frozen, his face a mask of shock. He looked back at his n who were equally stunned and bewildered.
He was completely lost.
