Tang Shaoyang went back to the smart base and headed to the teleportation room. He noticed that they added more room for teleportation and started to divide it based on the destination. A room of teleportation gates to travel between cities in part of the Tang Empire, then another room for teleportation gates to the vassal's territory, and the last room was teleportation gates to the other faction's territories.
There were six portals in this room, and his curiosity about the Ancient Dinsional Tower was bigger than finding out where all these portals were going. He hurried the person in charge of sending him to the United Sovereign.
In the last World Congress, they agreed to let the United Sovereign decide the Dinsional Tower as the Tang Empire would decide the last dinsional tower on earth. The person in charge was fidgeting, waiting for a response from the other side.
Huo Chin did not expect the Emperor to visit the teleportation room so early in the morning. In fact, he did not even know that the Emperor had returned. Not so many details were spread about The Emperor, but everyone knew The Emperor was not ho. The only thing he knew for soone in his position was that The Emperor left for another world. "Can I just enter right away?" Tang Shaoyang asked, confused as to why he had to wait. He did not rember that he needed to wait to use the portal.
Huo Chin's shoulders tensed up, lowering his head, not daring to look the Emperor in the eyes, "I am waiting for a response from our people at United Sovereign, Your Majesty. They are preparing an escort for you."
"Why? Do you think I need an escort?"
Huo Chin choked when The Emperor asked. If it was soone else, even the General or even the Legion Commander, he would have the courage to explain that was the procedure set by The Supre Commander and Pri Minister. It was the rule that a high-ranking officer must be escorted if they ever visited the other faction's territory.
He could not explain that it was The Empire's rule when the one who made the rule was in front of him. His tense shoulders slumped and relaxed, he breathed heavily and just realized that his back was soaked with sweat.

He forgot to ask Origin for more details of what happened in the dinsional tower. Origin distracted him with her wife's pregnancy and did not get the answer.
It had been seven weeks since the dinsional tower opened, and he believed a lot happened in those seven weeks. Especially when the initial part was more crucial as they must establish their force, reaching a balance against the force from the other worlds.
Unlike their first-dinsional tower, there was no tutorial anymore. In the Sky Dinsional Tower, the participants from Earth went through the first ten floors without interference from the forces from the other worlds. However, it was different for Ancient Dinsional Tower, they would et with the other forces right away. That was why the initial phase was crucial, and he understood why Zhang ngyao deployed their strongest force into the Dinsional Tower.
More than half big factions agreed to an alliance inside the Dinsional Tower, aning they would not attack each other inside. The dium and small guilds sward to join the alliance as that ensured their safety inside the dinsional tower.

Because of the opposition faction, the force from the other three worlds wanted to take advantage of this. The opposition alliance ca up with new terms that stated they would take less share from the first floor if they kicked out the Earth Alliance from their group. It ant the Earth Alliance would be isolated, and they had to fight the forces from the sa city to explore.
Things started to get worse when the dium and small factions realized that they would be ganged up by the force from the three worlds. So of the factions started to leave the alliance to join the United Alliance. That was what they called themselves.
Tang Shaoyang let out a chuckle when he heard the whole story. So yeah, thanks to the United Alliance, Zhang ngyao was preparing for the worst if the three worlds decided to go fight the Earth Alliance.
The four escorts were surprised when The Emperor chuckled. In their eyes, this was a dire situation. They might not be able to exploit the benefit from the dinsional tower if the three worlds decided to take the United Alliance instead. This was not a laughing matter, but of course, none of them dared to say anything.
The Dinsa City was next to where the Dinsional Tower was. The car stopped in front of the gate of the dinsional tower's territory.
"The United Sovereign doesn't allow cars to travel inside, so we have to walk from here on, Your Majesty."
Tang Shaoyang nodded and ca out of the car. There were even guards at the gate, most likely from the United Sovereign. There was a line to enter the city, but his escorts did not follow the line. They directly walked to the guards, and they were allowed to enter without checking. Their uniform was an automatic pass to enter the dinsional tower's territory.
He was surprised when he walked past the gate. The paved road was crowded with people, and a lot of buildings were occupied. He saw a sign that said "No Stall", and so people opened the building to sell their loot as well.
This was totally different from the first-dinsional tower. There were fewer people because most of the factions did not have access to the dinsional tower. They had to go through the sea route to reach Greenland. On top of that, most of the smaller guilds were having a hard ti surviving, busying themselves with how to survive on their own territory. But it was different now when the United Sovereign opened the access for all small and dium guilds.
Even affiliated players could enter the Dinsional Tower as long as they had enough GC to pay for the teleportation fee and also the entry fee to the Dinsional Tower's territory. The United Sovereign did not waste their opportunity to make a lot of money from this. Of course, the factions that were part of the Earth Alliance did not have to pay anything, unless they wanted to have their own building in the Dinsional Territory.
Because The United Sovereign was the first one to enter the territory, they bought all available buildings and resold those buildings at higher prices. Smart business ideas that could be used for them later on.
"Do you want to visit our base or do you want to enter the tower right away, Your Majesty?"
"Is Supre Commander Zhang at our base?" If Zhang ngyao was here, then he did not mind eting her first to get more details.
"Supre Commander Zhang is inside the tower."
"Then let's go to the tower right away."

A faction was limited to five God Ranks. It ant They had all God Ranks inside the tower right now. Ophelius, Ophelia, Lunea, Forlan, and Hamlin were inside, and one of them had to exit the tower so he could enter the tower.
It did not take that long for soone to go out as Forlan ca out in less than a minute. They t at the sa entrance, and Forlan bowed in greeting.
"Speak to you later, Forlan," Then Tang Shaoyang turned toward Gu Yingjie, giving the young man a light tap on the shoulder twice, "Keep up the good work, Gu Yingjie."
He did not wait to see Gu Yingjie's reaction as he imdiately entered the tower.
Gu Yingjie looked up, surprised. He thought The Emperor did not recognize him when they t at the teleportation gate. He was disappointed inside, but he did not allow his disappointnt to disturb his work to escort The Emperor.
