Tang Shaoyang raised his right eyebrow at the unexpected discovery. When he found the altar, a bloodline ca into his mind. He thought of giving the bloodline to Keeper because of the statue, but it was talent.
"Can you learn the talent?"
Keeper ca out from the tree behind and approached the altar. He knew his master was talking to him, and he was interested as well. The skeleton stepped onto the altar and turned around, shaking his head.
"The altar did not offer the talent, Master. I think it doesn't work for a summon," Keeper answered the doubt.
Tang Shaoyang could take the talent himself. This could be his third talent after his Divine Body rged with his race. However, he did not feel like taking it. It was a talent for a hunter, aning it was a specific talent for hunting. Maybe it gave him an ability with a sharp sense, and he already had one. Maybe the talent gave so type of eye ability, and he had one, a superior one at that.
The chance of the talent clashing with his skills was high, and it would be better to give the talent to soone else. If it could not be given to the summon, then he could give it to soone else. His eyes fell on the white tiger who looked at the skeleton warily.
Gluttony seed to be aware that it was Keeper who shot him down. He showed hostility toward the skeleton which was ignored nonchalantly by Keeper. The skeleton did not even acknowledge the white tiger, at all.
He scrapped the idea of giving the talent to Gluttony. The white tiger must earn his trust first before getting free stuff like this. He threw away the white tiger from his list and gathered nas in his head. Five nas imdiately ca into his mind, and maybe six. The sixth na would be the last choice unless the first five did not want the talent.
The first two nas were Wei Xi and Cao Jingyi. The husband and wife picked a similar class with a bow as their main weapon. The talent might be good for them, but then two nas appeared in his head, his wives, Elinova and Delia.
Elinova and Delia loved hunting even though it was mostly Delia who did the hard work. When Elin wanted to work with a certain ingredient, both would go out together to hunt. Even though he knew Elin would refuse the talent because she did not like fighting. The fifth na would be Lu An. If the talent worked as he thought it would, then it would be a big help for Lu An. The sixth na would be Lu An's girlfriend since both had a similar class and also worked in the sa line of work.
It did not take long for him to decide. He first sent a ssage to Elin and Delia. If they refused the talent, then he would give it to Wei Xi or Cao Jingyi, and let the husband and wife decide for himself. Even though he knew Wei Xi most likely would take it because Cao Jingyi slowly stepped back from the fieldwork.
The first one to reply was Elin. As he predicted, Elinova declined the gift and even suggested giving the talent to Delia. Both ca from the sa village, and they were like siblings.
Before he could receive a reply from Delia, Zhang ngyao sent him a ssage. It might be an ergency if it was Zhang ngyao. He trusted her for the talk with the Gondar Alliance, and it might be related to the negotiation.
He opened the ssage and it was nothing about the Gondar Alliance. It was about one of their God Ranks, Hemlin getting booted out of the tower because the number of their God Ranks exceeded the limit. Zhang ngyao asked if he knew anything about the issue because she had confird that Forlan was still outside the tower. She was overthinking that so forces tried to rig them.
Tang Shaoyang quickly found the answer. His eyes were on the white tiger, the reason why Hemlin was getting kicked out. Taking the white tiger as a pet resulted in an increase in his God Rank. He quickly explained what happened and told her not to worry.
He actually forgot about the God Rank limit in this tower before taking Gluttony in. The pet was still counted as the God Rank number per faction. After explaining to Zhang ngyao, he received a reply from Delia. He received it after he read Zhang ngyao's ssage.
There was an indecision in Delia's reply, seed hesitant to take the talent. She wanted the talent, but she told him to offer the talent to soone else first. She ntioned Lu An, Viona, Li Na, and a few other nas. She wanted to take it if only those people declined the talent.
Tang Shaoyang wasted no ti and asked her where she was. She seed to be waiting for his ssage as he got a reply, almost instant.
"You three stay here and guard the altar. Don't let anyone approach the altar until I return!"
Keeper nodded and returned to the forest, camouflaged himself in the forest. Glodden grinned ear to ear while making a coin gesture with his tiny fingers, asking for a gold coin for the task.
Tang Shaoyang rolled his eyes and flicked the gold coin to Glodden. The golden imp blurred and caught the coin instead of waiting for the coin to co at him. The small creature treasured the two coins he received today with a wide grin. Gluttony nodded and stayed next to the altar, taking the first task seriously. He stood next to the altar.
Tang Shaoyang then returned to the first floor, and a few minutes later he carried Delia on his back, arriving at the peak mountain.
"Are you sure they don't want the talent? I heard it was hard to obtain the second talent unless I got it from the trial," Delia was still hesitant about taking the talent.
Different from the others, she only obtained a Grade B Talent after trying the roll so many tis. She felt like she did not deserve the second talent. She also told him that she barely contributed to the fight against the others because of her rank.
She was currently Primordial Rank, behind by much compared to Kang Xue, Viona, Li Na, Liang Suyin, and the other girls who had reached the Demi-God Rank. She was close to taking the Legend Rank, but still far from the Demi-God Rank.
Tang Shaoyang rubbed her hair and kissed her head, "It's my gift for you. Are you going to give my gift to soone else?" He pushed her toward the altar. Only Delia then walked toward the altar after he said it was a gift for her,
Delia faced Tang Shaoyang as she stepped on the altar and was confused, furrowing her brows. She read the notification repeatedly and was confused, "It's not the talent you ntioned…"
Tang Shaoyang was surprised, and he approached the altar once more. Delia stepped down from the altar, and the notification rang in his head. The Primal Huntress still offered him the sa talent, Inner Primal.
"What's the talent offered to you?" He was curious.
"It's called Primal Nature Heart," Delia answered.
It was easy to guess that each person was offered a different talent by the Primal Huntress. Tang Shaoyang stepped down from the altar, "Take it. It looks like the talent offered to you is stronger than what was offered to ."
Delia was unsure whether her husband tried to convince her or it was the truth. She did not know how her husband knew which talent was stronger, but she listened. She took the talent and was overwheld by the notification.
Tang Shaoyang caught her because she almost fell, "Are you okay?"
"I-I am fine… it's just so overwhelming…" She received too many notifications at once. He received five new skills and more bonus stats each level up. Thanks to that, she received a lot of Stat Points as well.
"Rest for a mont. There's sothing that I want to talk about with you…"
Delia got nervous when she heard the last part. The last sentence was a sentence of a boyfriend who wanted to break up with his girlfriend. That was what she perceived when she heard that, and he said it after giving her a gift.
