Less than thirty minutes later, the abandoned fort beca a brand new fort with a reinforced wall and magical barrier that would protect it from the calamity. It was the magic of becoming an administrator. They could rebuild a fort so quickly.

Tang Shaoyang was not surprised considering he could buy a city wall from the Smart Base. Sothing like this should not be hard for the administrator who had better access to almost everything. There was no movent yet and every team was still planning what they were going to do, staying in the lodgings of their choosing.

The sa for his team as well, they had their own plans, and Tang Shaoyang let them discuss it by themselves after he told them the truth behind this special mission. He told them that he was after sothing that was only available in this world, and he would not be with them all the ti.

It did not an he would not help them. He listed the help he could offer them, from just a simple scouting and mapping of the world to the point of Spirit Fusion. Of course, he would have one of his spirits to follow them in case they encountered sothing dangerous that was out of their capability. That was why he was excluded from the discussion and was waiting outside the building while they made the decision for themselves.

The first thing they did was to pick a leader to lead them for the mission. Following one voice was better than having too many voices in the group. The latter inclined to be the source of conflict in the team, and it was better to avoid a crack in the team.

"Why are you outside? What about your team?" Clentine approached him.

Tang Shaoyang did not like Clentine if he had to be honest, but he could understand her and why she was going this far for him. She did not try to bother him, she just wanted him to be safe hence all these complicated things that led to a situation he disliked the most, too many people and too many procedures.

"I told you before that I am here for a personal reason, and I told them as well. I will not move with them, so they have to figure out how they are going to take this mission on their own."

Clentine furrowed her brow because she did not like what she heard. She recalled The Reds’ information and recalled that most of them were rookies. A lot of them were just Junior Administrators who had just been promoted, and it was unwise to leave them on their own in the Skywound Realm.

"Why?" She blurted out, but then she quickly added, "I know about your tendency to move alone, but you need to try to work together with your people. Especially for soone in your predicant. You can’t win a war by yourself..." Her voice faded as she realized what was in Tang Shaoyang’s mind.

"Don’t tell you are planning to fight the Nirvana Alliance and the God Order by yourself!?"

Tang Shaoyang glanced at Clentine, but he said nothing. Clentine was not his enemy, but he did not consider her as a friend and ally either. He told her nothing about his plan, and of course, he did not plan to fight alone. He needed his people to take care of him as well. In the end, he would face the big enemy, and his people would have their own opponents on their level.

Clentine made a surprised look when she heard nothing from Tang Shaoyang, then she let out a sigh and asked, "Do I make you hate for doing all of this?"

"Hate is a strong word, so not really, but yes I dislike all of this. You should let clear this world on my own instead of risking these people’s lives," Tang Shaoyang responded courtly.

"You know they co here of their own volition, right? We are not forcing them to join this mission. They already know the risk and are willing to take the risk," Clentine started to understand why Tang Shaoyang did not want many people to join the mission.

"I know, but I co here for my personal gain. If they died here..." Tang Shaoyang paused and let out a sigh, realizing that Clentine would not get what he tried to say. It was his responsibility if they died here whether they died because of their own mistake or just unlucky to encounter sothing stronger, that was what he tried to say.

However, he knew that Clentine would not know the feeling, the burden, knowing people died because of his selfishness. They would not die if he did not post this mission, they died here was his responsibility. These ancient administrators would not know the feelings. She would respond with, "It’s not your fault if they died in this mission as long as you did your job," but it did not work like that for him.

That was what he learned from his interaction with Arion. They had lived too long, they had witnessed millions of people die in front of them. He did not try to say they were heartless, but they beca more insensitive for sothing like this. This was no longer a burden for them, but it still bothered him knowing people died because of his selfishness. He did not like it because it reminded his dark past when a lot of his friends died because of his boss’ greed.

Fortunately, the door opened before things got even more awkward. Ira and Khaya walked out and were surprised to see Clentine. They bowed their heads and greeted the Executive Administrator.

"Are you done?" Tang Shaoyang asked.

"Yes, we have decided to appoint Khaya as our temporary leader for this mission because of her experiences of leading her team, and—"

"We will continue the talk inside!" Tang Shaoyang interrupted Ira because the next words would be sensitive as it was about his power and his class.

Clentine might know sothing about his class, but she did not know the details of his class. She did not know what his class was capable of, and he did not want her to know. Again, she might be on his side today, but she could be his enemy tomorrow or even in a few hours. He experienced it before, so he would not make the sa mistake.

He then turned toward Clentine, nodding, "I will have so discussion with my team, and I will start moving after I am done taking care of my team, I am telling you this in advance so you can be prepared."
