Tang Shaoyang thought the battle would be over the mont Avyn joined the fight. He was wrong; the battle was getting more intense. Han Taiyang was holding against the onslaught from the won.
He quickly noticed the smile on the two won’s faces. They were enjoying this, and he recalled what they said before the fight. This was their trick to ta the spirit cultivator, toning down the arrogance a little bit before joining them in the ranks.
"If he survives this long, he should be at least at the high rank Archaic Spirit or even maybe the pinnacle rank Archaic Spirit."
Avyn and Zara might not go all out with all their big skills, but the fact that Han Taiyang was still on his feet, fighting back even, was a show that he was at least a high-rank Archaic Spirit. That changed his mind to sacrifice Han Taiyang, as it was rare and took a lot to summon a high-rank Archaic Spirit. It would be a waste to sacrifice such a high-ranked spirit.
He agreed with Avyn to teach Han Taiyang. A new perspective might change the spirit cultivator’s view of the monster. Maybe the monster Han Taiyang actually hated the calamity. There were a lot of possibilities for the future, but he was confident enough to turn this new spirit into a new leaf.
"They have gone out of my sight..."
Tang Shaoyang muttered as Avyn just blew Han Taiyang out of his vision. He flew toward their direction and saw the aftermath of the battle between the three spirits. Their battle devastated the surroundings, even more destructive than the calamities.
So parts of the land turned pitch black, where everything was left in a decayed state. So parts were still burning by the golden fire, and a lot of parts were frozen by Avyn’s frost. The battlefield showed that Avyn’s Ethereal Frost was on a dominant side, even compared to Zara’s Death Energy.
Tracking the marks of the battlefield, he soon arrived at the new battlefield that the three spirits had picked. Han Taiyang was on one of his knees, his hand holding on his guandao to support himself. The bright golden sun above his hand dimd down. The spirit cultivator was at his limit.
Tang Shaoyang landed behind the two won and said, "Alright, girls. Let’s get it done. We need to get this done and return ho quickly. There are more bodies to be used for summoning, aning you will have more fights later."
"Alright then."
Having said that, Zara’s figure disappeared and appeared behind Han Taiyang. It looked like she was teleported, but Tang Shaoyang, the portal gate she used, was withdrawn. It was just too fast in the naked, and that was proof of how advanced Zara was in her Void Mastery.
Bugh!
Han Taiyang fell to the ground with his face first as imnse pressure fell on his body. He tried to borrow the power from the sun again, but no matter how much power he borrowed, he could not even move his finger.
The surroundings were shrouded with the darker energy, making it look like a black fog, even though it was a form of energy. The pressure was getting stronger the more Han Taiyang tried to fight back. His body started to sink into the ground.
Zara squatted in front of Han Taiyang and grabbed the man by the hair. She pulled his face up to et her gaze, "I am showing you that we can actually defeat you so quickly, but we decide to play with you a little bit. How does it feel? Getting beaten by two foolish won?"
It seed like Han Taiyang’s words had a deeper effect than Tang Shaoyang thought. He thought they just found it amusing, but it seed like they did not like it.
’That’s a note for the future. Never call them foolish won or sothing equivalent.’
"Ah, right. You can’t speak in my Void Zone. The pressure is too much for you, huh?"
Zara said it with an innocent tone, but her words were mocking him, hurting his pride.
Veins bulged from the sides of Han Taiyang’s eyes, and his eyes turned bloodshot. However, he was truly rendered useless by whatever the winged woman put on him. He could not even speak due to the pressure, and he could not feel his body.
"But my husband is right that we don’t really want to stay in this place for too long. Congratulations, Goldy Sunny Sovereign. You will be spared from your misery."
Zara created seven swords with her Void Energy. The seven pitch black swords hung above the spirit cultivator, and all seven swords went straight into the back of Han Taiyang.
"ARRRGGGHHHH!!!"
The swords pinned the man to the ground as Zara released her grip on him. She stood up and turned toward Tang Shaoyang, signaling that she was done, and he could take over the rest.
Tang Shaoyang nodded and approached the spirit cultivator who was in agony. A golden light ford on Han Taiyang’s forehead. As soon as Tang Shaoyang arrived, the golden light moved toward Tang Shaoyang’s forehead.

The first Tang Shaoyang did was to check Han Taiyang’s sub rank, and he found Han Taiyang’s na in the list of high-rank Archaic Spirits. He had a little bit of hope that he spirit cultivator was at the pinnacle rank. That was why he was a little bit disappointed to find he was a high-rank Archaic Spirit.
"Don’t tell you are thinking that guy is at pinnacle rank Archaic Spirit?" Avyn noticed the disappointnt on Tang Shaoyang’s face as she returned to his human form. She could tell what he was thinking imdiately and voiced it.
"There’s nothing wrong with having a little bit of hope since he lasted quite long against you two. It’s quite good that he lasts almost an hour, and I hope he’s at the weaker side of pinnacle rank."
Tang Shaoyang nodded and revealed his expectation for Han Taiyang.
Avyn rubbed her flawless chin and nodded along, "I guess that makes sense. He is quite a tough guy to last that long, or maybe he is just too prideful to admit defeat." She shrugged in the end.
Tang Shaoyang shrugged, "Let’s follow their trail."
Their trail in his mouth was his spirits’ trail where they left the calamity dead bodies. He would follow the trail and keep summoning a new spirit as they kept going.
"So, can you tell your story, Han Taiyang?"
