Clentine thought of several scenarios that could happen from Tang Shaoyang and the Shadow Star conflict, but it was not the Realm War. She had experienced many Realm Wars, and each war would bring a huge change to the God Realm.
For a newcor in the God Realm, there was no way Tang Shaoyang could cause a big war. Even if he used his status as Executive Administrator. It should not cause a Realm War.
While the Administrator got a lot of privileges from the System itself, a lot despised them as well. Not everyone would take sides with the Administrator, and with Tang Shaoyang’s limited connection to the God Realm. He should not be able to start this Realm War.
’Unless soone or other forces are involved...’
She snapped at Arion. If soone like Arion took Tang Shaoyang’s side, that was possible.
"Don’t give that look. I also just found out this from the complaint..." Arion realized that Clentine didn’t receive the sa ssage, "Wait... You don’t get the ssage?"
Clentine furrowed her brow, not liking what she heard. She was one of the oldest Executive Administrators and was respected among her fellow Executive Administrators. If a faction or an alliance filed a complaint, they would send that to her. She would be included, but it seed she didn’t get a ssage about the complaint this ti around.
A notification rang while her mind was still playing a guessing ga, trying to guess what Tang Shaoyang had done this ti.
She checked the notification. It was a ssage from Arion, forwarding the complaint he received to her. The complaint ca from the Ten Stars Accord about one of the Executive Administrators attacking one of their allies.
She could guess what the complaint was about, what happened in the Starter City. Tang Shaoyang was currently attacking the Shadow Star. She felt nothing when she first read it. A fight between factions was normal. There was nothing that would cause a Realm War, as Baba ntioned.
Clentine finished reading and frowned when the na of the Hurakan Kingdom was written in the ssage. She thought the Hurakan Kingdom might side with the Ten Stars Accord for what had happened before. Those people from the Hurakan Kingdom were prideful. They would not let it slide so easily for what happened.
But it was sothing worse. Tang Shaoyang had the Hurakan Kingdom’s knights as his summoning spirits. If the Hurakan Kingdom knew about this, they would not let this slide.
Their honorable knight, who died protecting the realm from the Void Creature, was used as a summon. That would not end well for Tang Shaoyang if the Hurakan Kingdom truly made a move against Tang Shaoyang for this issue.
The Ten Stars Accord used this to threaten the Administrator. They would give this information to the Hurakan Kingdom if the Administrator didn’t control and restrain Tang Shaoyang. Not just that, they were asking for compensation, specifically from Tang Shaoyang, for attacking their ally.
It ntioned that the Executive Administrator’s duty was supposed to protect them from the Void Creatures. That was their duty, and that was why the administrator received privileges from the System. If the Administrator didn’t comply, then the Ten Stars Accord would bring this matter to the whole God Realm, about how an Executive Administrator abused his authority to attack them.
Clentine ignored the threat. Only fools dare to make a threat against the Administrator, but the Hurakan Kingdom’s involvent in the matter was quite concerning. Even so, she still could not find any reason why this would turn into a Realm War.
"I don’t see a problem that will cause a Realm War in this complaint."
She looked up at Baba, and Arion responded with laughter.
"There’s nothing there that will cause a Realm War, but what your Golden Boy’s plan will make it happen," Baba clicked his tongue at the thought, not expecting such a devious move from this newbie.
"Can you elaborate more? I wish I had a skill that could read your mind, then I wouldn’t go on to ask you anymore," Clentine clicked her tongue as well and continued as Baba started to get on her nerves as he kept calling Tang Shaoyang her golden boy.
"All you did was complain just like this bunch of losers. Do they dare to use threats against us? Should I ask my clan just to make them disappear for good? They have beco a nuisance for quite so ti as well. Maybe this is the right ti."
Baba tensed up quite a bit there, but then he cald down after hearing Arion’s laughter. He was glad that he was here with Arion. Sotis, he just could not read what was in Clentine’s mind. Even now, he didn’t know what made her angry.
Arion laughed a bit, shaking his head, "Maybe that’s why they didn’t include it in the ssage. As for destroying them... That’s your choice. I don’t really want to get involved."
"But my advice, if you ever need one, don’t do anything. Let it flow naturally. The Void Cult just lost one of its Emperors. I don’t want to give them a battered alliance with a deep grudge against us as their additional army."
Unfortunately, Clentine had to agree with Arion. She and her clan could destroy this Ten Stars Accord Alliance, not an easy feat, but feasible. The problem was the aftermath. She could make the alliance disappear, but she could not wipe out all the mbers.
Those survivors would be recruitnt targets to replace their army after losing to Tang Shaoyang. It would be easier if they had a grudge against the Administrator. This left her with no choice but to be a neutral party, an impartial judge as an Executive Administrator.
If not for this Void Cult, she might have sided with Tang Shaoyang and aided him in getting rid of the Ten Stars Accord. Among the ten factions in the Ten Stars Accord, three of them were rcenary factions. They lived by accepting requests from other factions, mostly helping other factions to wreak havoc in the realm.
They started to help out her clan’s rival against her clan as well. And there was one faction that ran an assassination guild, the Shadow Star. These four factions earned quite a lot of infamy, but they never really stepped out of line, giving her no reason to take action against them. The thoughts annoyed her even more, reminding her a lot of requests from her clan and the paperwork she must do because of them.
Then she snapped at Baba, "You still haven’t told what you found!"
