Konan's lips twitched slightly as she held back her thoughts.
As an outsider, she could see it clearly—Aizen had faked his death to create conflict between Uchiha Shisui and Danzo. No, not just them—he was dragging Sarutobi Hiruzen into this too!
With the Third Hokage's keen perception, he would surely notice sothing wasn't right.
And with the seeds of doubt Aizen had already planted, Hiruzen's distrust toward his old comrade Danzo would only grow. This would drive an already divided Konohagakure even further apart.
What a terrifying strategy. This Aizen was truly devious!
Konan frowned and turned her gaze back to the screen. The "corpse" they were looking at—flawless, even from her perspective. So this was the power of Kyoka Suigetsu?
"That's actually a real human body," Aizen said casually, as if reading her thoughts. "Though, to be precise, it should be called an artificial body."
An artificial body?
Konan paused, realization dawning on her face. She had seen the concept before in Bleach—an artificial body that looked no different from a real human.
"Even Kyoka Suigetsu can't hypnotize every single resident of Konohagakure in such a short ti," Aizen said in a calm, almost gentle voice. "To avoid any unexpected issues, I prepared this artificial body in advance."
Konan was silent for a mont before asking, "So you've been planning this from the start?"
"Not just from the start—since the very mont I stepped into Konohagakure," Aizen chuckled. "From the day I entered the orphanage, I had already scripted Aizen Sosuke's death."

Konan's eyes widened in shock. He had told her before that he arrived at the orphanage when he was only four. aning... he had been preparing for this since he was four years old?

Konan's eyes widened as a single word flashed through her mind—Hollowfication!
Aizen, however, remained completely unfazed. He adjusted his glasses slightly and smirked. "Oh, looks like Shisui-kun has just opened the little gift I left for him."

Uchiha Shisui felt his consciousness sinking into an endless abyss. He was surrounded by nothing but darkness.
"Yo, Shisui."
A teasing voice rang out as a shadowy black figure appeared before him. "You finally made it here."
"You again?!"
Shisui's voice was filled with disgust. He recognized this voice, but he hated it. No one would be comfortable with so unknown being invading their mind.
"Hmph! You're just as unpleasant as ever!" The black figure sneered. "Pathetic. So weak it's painful to watch."
"What did you just say?"
"I said you're pathetic!" The figure scoffed. "Think about it—who was the fool that trusted the Konohagakure higher-ups so much that his best friend got killed? Who was the one who had his enemy right in front of him, but got held back by two nobodies?"
Silence.
The words from the black shadow stabbed into Shisui's heart like a knife. But soon, another question hit him. "What do you an by 'defective product'?"
He rembered the two Root ninja under Danzo who had blocked his way. Their speed was so fast that even his body flicker couldn't keep up. And this black shadow seed to know all about them?
"It ans exactly what it sounds like." The shadow seed to sneer. "You couldn't even fight off the spiritual pressure from those low-level rejects. Uchiha Shisui, you really are useless. In that case, just give your body!"
With a flash, the figure charged straight at Shisui.
Boom.
A deep, heavy thud echoed through the endless abyss.
The hollowfication process had begun.
From Konan's view, it was clear that Uchiha Shisui was now completely covered by a white, hollow-like shell, no longer looking human at all.
Luckily, Sarutobi Hiruzen trusted Shisui enough that he hadn't assigned anyone to guard him. Otherwise, whoever saw this might've been scared to death on the spot.
Without hesitation, Konan snapped a picture and sent it to the group: Guess who this is?
