Bang! Bang! Bang!

Hua Han fired three shots in quick succession, but because his movents were rushed and his emotions were running high, Huo Zun and Hua Nuan dodged in ti, so they weren’t hit.

"Damn it, even the gun is against now, huh?"

Hua Han cursed loudly, completely losing his forr elegance.

Hua Nuan quickly stood in front of Huo Zun, staring at the man before her.

"Stop, Hua Han... if you’re going to shoot, then just kill first."

Hua Han: "..."

The action of shooting halted, as the woman’s movent caused Hua Han’s face to pale.

Hua Nuan looked at the now bloodthirsty man as if he were a stranger.

When did this man beco like this?

Now... it’s a compulsion to see blood.

Because of the woman’s subconscious actions, a flash appeared in Huo Zun’s blue eyes.

He hadn’t expected... Hua Nuan to make such a move for him, which surprised him.

"Nuannuan, don’t push ."

Hua Han’s eyes were bloodshot, misty, tears spilling over.

"I’ve been an orphan since childhood, never felt the warmth of a family. Since you chose to warm , don’t leave ... otherwise, I’ll have nothing again."

Hua Han cried and laughed, a bit maniacal.

Huo Zun knew the man’s emotions were heightened, and even though it was Hua Nuan, there was no guarantee Hua Han wouldn’t really shoot.

Huo Zun quickly gave a covert signal to the butler behind the man.

The butler inched closer to Hua Han’s position while signaling to Hua Nuan and Huo Zun.

Hua Nuan’s heart felt like it might leap out of her throat.

Hua Han’s words... were heartbreaking.

But all of this was the man’s own choice, unrelated to others.

Hua Nuan pressed her lips, observing the butler and the others’ actions, then softly said, "I’m sorry... from the mont you decided to help Hua Dong kill Dad, there was no going back for us, Hua Han. Ask yourself, do you really love as much as your life? I think, your decision to help Hua Dong was largely driven by greed for wealth... and also for the power Hua Dong wields. Otherwise, with your abilities, you would have left long ago."

"So things, I didn’t want to break into harsh words... actually, you don’t love as much as you imagine, you love yourself the most, I... only rank second."

She wanted to leave so room for both of them.

But it was Hua Han who forced her.

Hua Han: "..."

Hua Han’s face changed slightly.

Suddenly being so bluntly shown the truth by Hua Nuan, he found himself at a loss for words to retort.

The butler seized the mont of the man’s distraction, quickly stepping forward to grab the man’s neck, intending to force him to comply.

Others also moved in at once, joining in to subdue Hua Han.

Hua Nuan’s eyes dimd as she watched the man struggle like a trapped beast, a whirl of indescribable emotions swirling inside her.

Huo Zun watched the man wave his gun, his thumb on the trigger, his expression slightly changing.

"Careful..."

Hua Nuan: "..."

Hua Nuan’s eyes widened in shock, and the next mont, Huo Zun pulled her into his embrace.

With a bang from the gunshot.

Hua Nuan quickly struggled out of Huo Zun’s arms, looking at the blood on Huo Zun’s arm, realizing the bullet must have hit him directly in the arm.

"Huo Zun, how are you?"

"The bullet, did it go out? Or is it still in your body?"

Hua Nuan’s face was full of unstoppable concern, continuously asking, while Huo Zun lightly lifted his hand to caress the woman’s cheek, softly saying he was fine.

Even though Huo Zun said he was fine, the blood on his arm was clearly seeping out more, and the situation obviously wasn’t good.

... Now, Hua Han was fighting desperately with nothing to lose.

No matter who got hit by the shot.

It no longer mattered.

Haha... if he couldn’t have it, then no one else would.

Huo Zun quickly moved forward, stepping on Hua Han’s gun-wielding hand, forcing the man to surrender the gun.

"So, it’s you who’s injured... Huo Zun... why don’t you just die."

Huo Zun coolly glanced at the embarrassed man before him, pressing his lips together and saying, "Because... I’m living to protect Hua Nuan for a lifeti. Besides... let remind you, won are ant to be cherished and loved, not... used as a dumping ground for your grievances. This is all your choice, she shouldn’t bear any of it because of you."

After speaking, Huo Zun added, "Knock him out and send him to the police station."

"Yes, Mr. Huo..."

The bodyguards restrained Hua Han, knocked him out, and dragged him away.

The butler nervously stepped forward, quietly saying, "Sir, you’re injured, I’ll call for an ambulance now."
