As Daniel crossed the threshold of his new room, everything suddenly changed. For a mont, he even felt like he had stepped into another dinsion.
His eyes widened at the room’s decor. If he had to describe it, he’d say it didn’t resemble a bedroom at all.
Instead, rows upon rows of bookshelves filled the space. It was massive — and looked exactly like a magical library straight out of a fantasy movie.
"A library? Did I co to the wrong place?" Daniel frowned, even feeling for a mont that he might have entered the wrong room.
But Evangelin had personally brought him here, so there shouldn’t be any mistake, right? Then what was this place?
He didn’t need to wait long to find out. Suddenly, a system ssage appeared in front of him.

"Palace of Mind?" Daniel raised his eyebrows in surprise. He had never heard of such a thing before. Without hesitation, he clicked on the "More Info" option.

"I see... so it’s a knowledge archive." Daniel nodded and looked around the library more carefully.
There were even several statues of strange creatures, the kind you’d only see in movies, placed on top of the pillars.
"So this is where the Prophet lived all this ti? And now all the knowledge in his mind is stored here?" A flicker of excitent shone in Daniel’s eyes.
This was a very pleasant surprise. He didn’t expect the Prophet to leave behind such a gift before his departure.
Without delay, he headed to the bookshelves and began browsing through them.
There were countless books, and most of them were the results of the Prophet’s studies on the Law of Eternity.
Seconds passed slowly and turned into minutes, and minutes into hours.
Daniel himself had lost track of how much ti had passed. The place was so vast that no matter how much he searched, the books never seed to end.
Eventually, he picked out four books that seed interesting to him and walked toward the elegant table in the center of the library.
Before sitting down, his gaze went up to the ceiling. It was a masterpiece — detailed paintings that seed to depict gods.
Then he focused his attention on the four books he had selected. He had taken them from different bookshelves.
Unfortunately, while browsing through the shelves, Daniel realized the Prophet had been incredibly ssy.
There was no organization to the books. They were simply cramd wherever they fit.
"Eternal Root Forging" — he picked up the first book and read the title.
The title alone had caught his interest. He opened it and started reading the contents.
From what he understood, this book was about building the foundation of power — a technique based on the Law of Eternity.
The user could grow a root of Eternity inside their body and expand it, just like the roots of a tree.
Its purpose was to directly connect the user to the Law of Eternity — to the cosmic source where the Law itself originated.
According to what he read, with this technique, there would be no need for any external Eternity source. He would draw directly from the highest source of power.
Even more interesting, during that ti, there would be no limitations on using his power. Of course, the book didn’t go into detail about its full capabilities — apparently, the Prophet wanted to keep those hidden.
"Maybe this is what it takes to beco a god..." a crazy thought suddenly popped into Daniel’s head.
What if becoming a god required connecting to a cosmic source? As far as he knew, the demigods in his world were desperately trying to ascend and beco true gods.
But no one had ever succeeded... and as far as he knew, the cosmic source was just a myth — no one believed in it. The demigods either had their own sources or created one, but none — at least publicly — had a cosmic source.
And now, thanks to this book, Daniel knew such a thing did exist. Maybe this was the true path to godhood.
"If that’s the case, it’s insane." He didn’t know whether to laugh or cry for the demigods.
He hadn’t even reached Rank B yet, and here he was thinking about the path to becoming a god.
"I need to gather more information about this." He made a ntal note and began searching the book for how to train the technique.
But unfortunately, training it wasn’t currently possible for Daniel. According to the book, it required a power level equivalent to — if he wasn’t mistaken — at least Rank S Awakened.
The body had to be able to withstand a root that connected to the deepest layers of creation and the cosmos. No matter how strong his body was, it simply wasn’t capable of that yet.
He sighed and groaned. It looked like the only option was to wait until he reached at least Rank S — or maybe A.
He set the book down and picked up the next one.
"Everlasting Fla of Soul" — he read the title and imdiately opened it, flipping through the pages.
As the na suggested, this was a soul cultivation technique — one that strengthened the soul.
He already had the structure of the Undying Soul of Dragon, so this technique might seem unnecessary. But that wasn’t the case.
This technique could help him strengthen his soul even further — even with the Undying Soul of Dragon. On top of that, it allowed him to embed Eternity into his soul.
Training it was simple: all he needed was a fla. This technique turned ordinary flas into soul flas, and he had to use them to burn his soul repeatedly.
Each ti the soul burned, it would repair itself — and each ti, it would beco stronger.
However, upon seeing the requirents, Daniel groaned again. To use this technique, one of the Four Heavenly Flas was required — anything weaker was useless.
"What kind of ridiculous condition is that?" he wanted to cry but had no tears.
Where was he supposed to get a Heavenly Fla from? Heavenly Flas were so valuable even demigods would go to war over them.
