"It’s been a long ti since I last tasted the power of faith," the Fallen God said.

The Buried God didn’t answer, only nodded slightly.

For the first ti, his eyes glowed faintly.

He drove his sword into the ground, and with a voice that echoed like death itself through the souls of the world, he said,

"If faith is the root of your power... then I’ll tear faith out from its very roots."

The earth split again. From within it, another river surged forth, the River of Faith, now silver and black.

Every prayer, every belief of mortal beings, was drawn out from the depths of existence.

"I thought they had destroyed that," the Buried God frowned. He hadn’t expected the Fallen God to still have followers across the worlds.

The Fallen God spread his hands and whispered,

"Destroying faith in isn’t that easy."

At that mont, a crown of black flas ford above his head.

[ Crown Of The Fallen ]

His power surged, and for a mont, the sky itself bent beneath the pressure of the two gods.

The world could no longer endure it. Seas turned to fire, and mountains collapsed into the void.

With the first strike, a wave of golden light burst from the hands of the Buried God.

[ Light Of The Repentant ], a surge of faith that burned every sinful being it touched.

But the Fallen God stopped it with his palm; the light lted in his hand, then fell to the ground like rain made of shattered glass.

[ Sacred Judgnt Of The Buried ], summoned countless blades of light that fell from the heavens, each forged from buried worlds.

Every sword carried the soul of an entire ancient realm.

"You know you don’t have to go this far, right? You could actually destroy this place," said the Fallen God quietly, but he smiled as he did.

The swords of light froze mid-air, one by one shattering as spirits crawled out of them, weeping before being swallowed by shadow, absorbed into the Fallen God himself.

"Does it even matter? Those bastards will just rebuild everything again."

[ Eternal Heart ]

The Buried God’s blood turned to gold, healing every wound the instant it appeared.

But the Fallen God raised his hand.

[ Decree Of Denial ]

In that mont, reality rewrote itself, and the concept of restoration was removed from the Buried God. His golden blood spilled onto the ground and turned to dust.

Their next clash shattered the world around them. Their blows carried no sound, no light, only pure destruction. With each impact, the laws of existence bent a little more.

The battle of gods was far beyond comprehension. The world that once held life was now nothing but a dead, desolate ruin.

[ Eyes Of The Buried Faith ]

The Buried God’s eyes turned into two blazing suns that burned reality itself with every glance.

He roared, and the beam of faith scorched the heavens, but the Fallen God vanished, reappearing behind him.

[ Decree Of Reversal ]

The beam of faith turned into black fla and, as it rose, curved back toward the Buried God, burning him instead.

The Buried God scread. His skin cracked, but he still fought.

[ Liberation Of The Buried Saints ]

Billions of radiant beings burst out from his body, each a smaller version of himself, yet still real. They all charged at the Fallen God together.

At that mont, the Fallen God closed his eyes and said softly,

"Enough. It’s ti to end this."

[ Dusk Of The Fall ]

The sky went silent.

The light disappeared.

Everything sank into stillness.

And when he opened his eyes, the army of light was nothing but ashes.

The world around them hung in fragile balance. Their powers were so evenly matched that even ti couldn’t decide which of them was stronger.

The Buried God smiled faintly, a dim but proud light glimring in his eyes.

"See... we’re equals now."

"Don’t get too full of yourself," the Fallen God replied, chuckling softly.

"Maybe this ti, I’ll be the one who wins," the Buried God shrugged, and with that, both of them charged, and the sky scread once more.

The air itself grew heavy, not from pressure, but from the presence of two beings whose very nas made lesser gods tremble.

The River of Faith, once full, was now slowly drying up.

Even if the Buried God won this fight, he wouldn’t survive it. All his plans had already failed.

In that silence, only the faint sound of golden chains, remnants of the river, remained. They wrapped around both gods, as if reality itself was trying to tear them apart.

The Buried God stood barely on his feet, half of his body burned away.

Half his face lost in light, the other half swallowed by shadow.

"Your plan for resurrection was stupid. They found out, and they even brought here to stop you."

"You don’t understand... not everyone is as lucky or as powerful as you," he said with a faint smile, golden blood running from his lips.

"I guess so," the Fallen God slowly lifted his head.

His eyes shone like twin black holes, emotionless, but deeper than death.

He raised his sword, The Heavens Honor.

"Still... you should’ve listened to back then."

With those words, he slowly swung the blade through the air.

The sound of sothing breaking echoed, not tal, not bone, but ti itself.

In a single instant, billions of silver rays of lunar law burst from his sword.

[ Eclipse Devourer ]

Each ray consud a fragnt of divine light, dragging it into darkness.

The Buried God raised his hand to resist, but every shield of light he ford shattered the mont it touched that aura.

The sky split apart. Abysses of shadow rose from beneath their feet.

At that mont, the Buried God roared in fury.

Blinding light exploded from his body—

[ Pride Of The Buried Saints ]

The cries of millions of faithful souls rged into a wave of raw faith that rushed toward the Fallen God.

But the Fallen God didn’t back away.

With a single motion of his sword, all those faithful souls fell to the ground, not destroyed, but erased from existence itself.

Their voices faded, and a soft light drifted out of them, as if they had finally found peace.

The Buried God collapsed in disbelief. The sword had crossed countless layers of space-ti before landing on him, piercing his chest and striking the golden heart within, but it didn’t shatter it.

Instead, power burst from the blade, sealing that heart completely.

The Fallen God leaned closer, his voice low and almost gentle.

"Sorry... but this was the only way I could save you."

And at that mont, a ssage appeared.
