Daniel fixed his gaze on Julian. He actually didn’t want any conflict or argunt to happen and tried to prevent it.
But it seed these two idiots wanted to pick a fight with him. That was expected anyway. Both of them were Jas’s dogs, so it was natural they would try to clash with him.
He sighed inwardly. It looked like he couldn’t step back.
"Does your hand still hurt?" he asked in a mocking tone.
"You! Shut up!" Julian’s face turned red as he rembered how he had been forced to pull his hand back in pain earlier.
"More stupid argunts..." Thyra sighed and said with ridicule.
"Can’t you drop these fights? Are you still kids?" she added.
"I tried not to say anything, but these idiots won’t let it go." Daniel shrugged. He had no interest in fighting insects.
"You expect us to be friends with this bastard? Did you forget how he used to rule the whole school and beat us up?" Lucas growled.
"Heh, you got beaten because you tried to bully others," Joe suddenly interfered and added.
"So what? You, Daniel, and Linor bullied too!" Julian said sarcastically.
"We only bullied the bullies. We didn’t bother anyone else. The girls are witnesses too," Linor added.
"That’s enough! We gathered here to reunite, not to argue!" Rivena suddenly slamd the table and silenced both sides.
"Sarah, don’t you want to say sothing to them?!" she then looked at the girl sitting beside her. She was sure if this girl said sothing, both sides would quiet down.
But she couldn’t understand why she was so quiet. She didn’t rember Sarah being this calm before.
"Daniel, I heard you had a reawakening. What happened?" Sarah spoke again, but her words were directed at Daniel.
Julian and Lucas’s faces grew darker with anger again, but since the girl they liked had spoken, they didn’t say anything this ti.
Thyra and Rivena’s gazes also fell on Daniel. Honestly, they were curious too about what had happened to him and how he had been living.
"I was on my way ho when my sister and I were attacked by Corruption Beasts. It was a dinsional break. That’s where my reawakening happened," Daniel answered without avoiding the question.
"Since then, I’ve been an Awakened, and right now I’m in Everlight Moon Guild," he added.
"Oh? Everlight Moon Guild? The one that’s among the top three guilds?"
"I heard they’re currently leading the fight against the terrorists. They were also the ones who saved the other guild forces in that S-rank dungeon!"
"How did you join that guild?" Rivena and Thyra both started talking with surprise.
Julian and Lucas also looked shocked. They didn’t think Daniel had joined such a high-level guild. Even though they were in Goblin Guild, it wasn’t the sa.
Goblin Guild had multiple branches, and in the capital itself it had three branches: two sub-branches and one central branch.
They only managed to join one of the sub-branches because of Jas’s support, and even there they didn’t have a high position.
"So you joined one of the country’s top guilds. I guess that’s expected," Sarah said with a smile.
In reality, they didn’t know that Daniel was practically running the guild, not just a normal mber. If they knew, they would go crazy.
"Of course! I wouldn’t expect any less from my best friend," Joe said with a grin.
"So up to which floor of the Tower have you cleared? What rank are you?" Rivena asked curiously.
"Up to the fourth floor, and Rank A," Daniel answered simply.
"What? You reached the fourth floor in less than a year? And even Rank A? My god!" Rivena and Thyra’s eyes widened.
Even Julian and Lucas stared at him in shock. They had barely reached Rank B, and this bastard reached Rank A in a year?
For a mont, their faces turned ugly again. If that was the case, then the real trash here was them. More importantly, they practically had no ability to fight this guy anymore.
Without anyone noticing, their presence seed to shrink and they lowered their heads.
Sarah’s eyes also shone slightly. She looked surprised as well.
’Huh? If I tell them I can actually fight national-level Awakened, they might faint from disbelief right here,’ Daniel noticed their reactions and laughed inwardly.
"Looks like you took back your throne as the unmatched genius," Sarah added, and the other two girls nodded.
Reaching Rank A in one year was truly remarkable and a huge achievent.
"Yeah, when you cleared the Colosseum Dungeon alone, I should’ve known you’d take the throne back soon," Linor laughed.
"So what? Jas is Rank A too! Besides, he’s currently the greatest genius of the country! The throne is his!" Lucas growled proudly.
Joe and Linor’s faces darkened a bit. Right, now that Diana had suddenly disappeared, the current top genius of the country was Jas.
Besides, everyone in the country knew that Jas was about to be appointed as the Crown Prince of Goblin Guild, and it was clear that in the future he would beco the leader of the most powerful guild in the country.
Based on that, if you compared Daniel and Jas, in their eyes Jas was truly superior.

Lucas and Julian’s faces beca more confident and self-satisfied as they looked at the confident expressions of Joe and Linor.
’Exactly! Even if Daniel has beco a genius again, he’s still below Jas!’ Julian thought to himself.
And Jas being above Daniel also ant that the two of them were above Joe and Linor.
"I’m not interested in that old throne. My goals are much bigger than such childish titles," Daniel ignored Jas’s dogs again and replied to Sarah with a simple smile.
That’s right. These childish titles no longer ant anything in his eyes. His ambitions were far beyond that.
He was now aiming for the highest position among the gods.
