"Most likely that boy, Jin. That girl has a strong will because of all the hardships she's been through in life," Atlas replied, briefly glancing at Anna and the boy nad Jin.
"Oh? But Jin is currently the top first-year student in the academy, you know that, right? Besides, you didn't even ntion Daniel," Eltha raised her eyebrows slightly.
Still, she didn't completely disagree with Atlas. When it ca to ntal willpower, Anna definitely surpassed Jin. Jin had lived a much smoother and more peaceful life than Anna.
What builds strong ntal will is hardship and struggle—and Anna was soone who had faced far too many of them.
"I don't know. When it cos to Daniel, I'd rather not say anything and end up making a fool of myself again," the Tower Master sighed.
Daniel really wasn't soone whose limits he could predict. Just yesterday, he had tried once to estimate Daniel's potential, and the result was him just ridiculing himself.
That boy shattered all the previous records of comprehending the tablet. Who knows, maybe he'll break the records here too.
As they were speaking, a light suddenly shimred in the river, and a young, handso boy calmly erged from it.
"Well, looks like you were right," Eltha laughed and motioned for Jin to co over.
Jin walked up to them and gave a slight respectful bow.
"So, did everything go well?"
"Ma'am, it wasn't bad—actually, it was better than I expected," Jin nodded.
He was at the early stage of Rank C, and now he had managed to elevate both the quantity and quality of his Spiritual Power to the peak of Rank C, which gave him a huge advantage.
Though, as he turned slightly to look at the river, Anna was still inside. Both he and Anna were Rank C, but since he had been training since childhood, he had always had an upper hand.

"How much did your Spiritual Power increase?" Atlas looked at him and asked.

"So, are we heading out now?" she asked Eltha afterward.
"Not yet. One person is still inside the river."
"Huh? But everyone's out," she said, turning around and glancing around. Jin was beside her, and the three other academy students were lying on the ground resting.
And that second-gen rich kid... huh? Where was that second-gen bastard? Why couldn't she see him anywhere?
"Where is that boy?"
"He's still inside," Jin replied.
"That's impossible! How could he last longer than ? He's definitely cheating! He must be using so item or sothing like that!" Anna couldn't believe Daniel was stronger than her.
She tried to convince Eltha and Atlas that Daniel was cheating and stealing the others' chance and that he needed to be pulled out of the river imdiately.
"Are you stupid? The river's chanism nullifies the effect of any item. I'm pretty sure we told you this back at the academy," Eltha flicked her on the forehead to calm her down.
"But—" Anna still couldn't accept it.
But before she could say anything more, a massive light suddenly appeared between the sky and the earth and engulfed Daniel. Suddenly, the entire river began to flow toward him.
"What's going on?"
"Shit, what's happening?"
"Why is the entire river flowing into him?"
