Chapter 144: Bai Yue’s Plan

"What are your plans?" This was Qin An’s question when he and Bai Yue had ti to have a private talk. They went to the outside balcony where they could talk privately.
Bai Yue didn’t answer but stood in front of him.
Then to his shock, the young man abruptly kneels.
"!!!" Qin An stilled at his action but quickly cald down when he saw Bai Yue’s eyes reddened and it contained pleading.
"C-Can I stay like this?" Bai Yue asked.
Qin An shook his head. "You’re already dead, Bai Yue."
"I-I..." Bai Yue’s face looked reluctant. For the short ti that he possessed Bai Ling’s body, Bai Yue beca happy.
Even if he beca soone else in the eyes of others, he was very happy when he saw everyone being gentle to him. He was happy that everyone took care of him and beca friends with them.
This was the first ti he experienced the feeling of having soone beside him.
"Bai Yue, a dead person cannot live again in one life." Qin An was firm and solemn and he knew that the young man would never compromise on this matter.
He could only nod at the end and was forced to cover up the loss inside his heart.
"B-But I want to stay in this body to do so things first." Bai Yue looked at Qin An and clenched his fist. "I want Bai Ling to lose everything he had for using my na."
Bai Yue wanted to destroy what Bai Ling had himself. He wants to use this body to destroy it. Just like what he did to him.
Since Bai Ling used his na and life to have it, he will take it back using his too.
Qin An didn’t speak so he continued.
"I know that I can’t do anything that will harm others. But I want him to pay for what he did."
"Will putting him in jail not enough?" Qin An asked but he slowly shook his head.
"Haven’t you heard about the saying, ’an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth’?"
Qin An raised his brow. Bai Yue smiled. "Since he took the life I was supposed to have, then that’s what I will take too. Nothing less except for his life, I promised you."
Qin An still didn’t answer so he added sothing. "If I saw him suffering, I am willing to leave."
That caught Qin An’s attention. He’s willing?
Will he not like Zhao Xiaopang?
"P-Please... I beg you," Bai Yue’s tears fell from his eyes. "Even if I will pay for this, even if it ans I won’t have a second life— or even rot in hell, I am willing."
"... Is it worth it?"
Bai Yue firmly nodded. "Yes."
Qin An lowered his eyes with an unknown thought. It took a mont before he finally nodded to Bai Yue.
"T-Thank you!"
Bai Yue finally flashed a smile from his heart and clenched his fist even tighter. This is finally his chance!
