"Brother Lou, who are you talking to?"

If there was a day that Shen Lou’s viewpoint in life is in question again, this will definitely be one of them. When he started seeing so things that didn’t match up in this world, he was shocked but grateful because he could see Black for the last ti.

It’s just that who would have thought that this ’ability’ would last that long and right now, he actually saw another one again.

It was He Yan who asked behind him and he didn’t know what to respond at this mont. How to say it anyway when no one would believe him?

"Brother Lou?" He Yan asked again and tilted his head slightly sideways in confusion because it is rare that he saw him being hesitant. He Yan was about to step forward in worry but Shen Lou finally responded.

"It’s fine." His eyes turn sideways. "Why are you here anyway? Go back to your team and practice." Then he left without waiting for the young man’s response.

He Yan was left dumbfounded not only because of his weird action that seems to avoid sothing but also to Shen Lou’s response to his question.

What ’I’m fine’ is what Brother Lou was talking about when I asked who he was talking to? He Yan confusingly wondered. He also looked left and right but couldn’t see anyone so he was even more confused.

Unknown to him, a little girl was beside him and seeing that the new brother couldn’t really be her, she was even more firm on going to those two brothers who could see her. They are her only hope.

anwhile, Shen Lou left and imdiately searched for Qin An. When he found the young man, he quickly asked to go with him to a corner to talk.

"Is there sothing wrong?" Qin An asked.

"I can see another ghost again," he directly confessed.

Qin An was slightly stunned but wasn’t actually surprised because he had already figured out so of his situation.

Shen Lou imdiately noticed that Qin An didn’t seem to have a problem with that and thus made him fall into confusion. Why does he seems not surprised? Or did he already expect this?

Such a thought made his face turn serious and looked at Qin An with a slight sharp glance.

"Do you know sothing?" he directly asked again.

And to his surprise, Qin An didn’t even hesitate and nod at him.

"You have the special ability to see supernatural beings like ghosts."

"Special ability?"

Qin An nods and proceeds to explain the probability of his inheritance from their ancestors on Earth just like what he told to He Li and others. But as he also said, he still needs to know Shen Lou’s family background and history to further confirm his statents.

"..." Shen Lou was speechless and didn’t know what to say. How should he even react to this kind of fate? A Taoist Master? He doesn’t even have any idea about this special job.

"As for now, we cannot do anything to close that ability." Qin An said. Even in the past, it required high energy to close soone’s ’third eye’. This is considered a gift for chosen people by the Gods with the purpose of helping them balance the world.

Since soone like him exists here, there should be no doubt that other supernatural beings or abilities like this start to erge.

"If you see other ghosts, you can tell . However, be careful with their resentnts or even with the dark elents. You have no capabilities yet." Qin An warned as he suddenly rembered what happened under the sea during the shoot.

Shen Lou frowned a bit but nodded. It was the first ti that he was actually like soone who has zero capability to fight against others. From a young age, he was considered as one of the top from his generations. Instead of being like this, he was one of those who always stepped forward to protect the weak.

However even if Qin An said so, he wouldn’t be so helpless, right?

At first, Shen Lou rely thought it was because it’s getting late but as he stood up and went to the railing, he happened to see a trainee standing on a balcony not far away wearing a sleeveless shirt outside.

That trainee was even apparently one of those who were often sick due to ther low physique, so how could he endure such coldness outside without wearing a long cloth?

As he paused to wonder, a cold breeze of air brushed on his arms again and that’s when he also felt himself getting goosebumps for unknown reason. Shen Lou frowned. What is this?

Yet even with this sudden weird temperature, Shen Lou remained unfazed. He looked around the surroundings outside the training building until with his sharp sight, he noticed sothing.

"???" Was that sothing black?

His brows raised at the unfamiliar sight and couldn’t help but look closer. Not far away from him, he really saw a black smoke hovering around the place quietly.

What’s that? Was soone burning sothing? But he couldn’t see any fire around here.

As he was wondering, the black smoke slowly went higher and slid closer towards him. This made him take a step back warily and quickly set his guard higher.

The wind around him gets colder and stronger as seconds pass by. The large trees around were swinging lightly and Shen Lou could feel the atmosphere getting strange due to this unknown black smoke.

’... be careful with their resentnts or even with the dark elents.’ Qin An’s words flashed in his mind. He stilled. Was this the dark elent that he was talking about? What will it do to him?

And coincidentally, as he thought about that question, the black smoke finally stopped in front of him and Shen Lou also stopped moving for so unknown reason.

He stared at it and couldn’t really see anything aside from its appearance. Thus, when the black smoke moved closer again, Shen Lou didn’t know what was going on inside him but he unknowingly raised his hand in an attempt to touch it with his hands.

Yet before it could touch him truly, the sliding door behind him abruptly opened and soone quickly grabbed his hand away from the black smoke.

Qin An waves his hand with a spiritual energy and when the dark elents completely fades, he looks at Shen Lou with a speechless gaze.

He couldn’t believe that the young man actually dared to touch sothing that he obviously warned not to. Is he overestimating himself or perhaps underestimating the power of that dark elent?

"What are you doing?" he asked.

Shen Lou also ca back to his senses and looked at his hands. He didn’t know either. When the black smoke ca close, his mind subconsciously went blank and his body just stopped moving to respond to that smoke.

"That was a dark elent. It could slowly devour your soul and you’ll die sooner." Qin An sighs. "I’ve told you that you have no ability to fight against them so it’s better to stay away. But since it cannot be prevented, we have to take another plan."

"What is it?"

"Stay close to ." Qin An said and a look of surprise flash on the young man’s face. "You don’t have to be really close but it’s enough to see each other." Qin An added because they are both not the type of being literally close anyway.

He thought that Shen Lou would imdiately agree to his plan but the young man actually raised his brow.

"I could take the first one."

"???" This ti, it was him who fell in doubt. What?

"You’re trying to get used to everyone’s presence close to you like Han Suwen, right? I think I could do that too."

"..." Looking at his face, Qin An didn’t know what to say. Why does everyone seem to like him these days?
