Chapter 91: His Decision
Releasing the second round of the competition really helped them divert the audience’s attention to the matters inside the camp. However, it will only be temporary.
While the outside was still wondering what’s going on with the new update in Starnet, inside the training camp, the second round of the competition finally ushered again after such turning points of events. The eliminated trainees already left so the building looks much less crowded. At first, everyone was not used to it and still has the gloomy atmosphere but before they could remain like this, the Director announced they needed to change rooms again according to their rankings and was imdiately called up for an announcent.
Just as everyone thought that they’ll announce the next second round, Jiang Su announced a different one.
"Go out?" A trainee repeated Jiang Su’s words with bewildernt. Everyone also looked shocked by the news. Was what they heard right? The next thing that they will do is to go out? They have the chance to go out?!
"Yes." Jiang Su looks at the anticipation written on everyone’s face. "Today is a break for everyone. We will have the opportunity to visit the Imperial Museum today and other spots here in the Capital."
"!!!" Wow!
Everyone was happy with this news. Even if they had been there, having this chance to go out after a long ti is great!
"Mr. Jiang, what will we do?" Guang Yi couldn’t help but ask. Others also looked at Jiang Su but the latter just shook his head lightly and smiled again.
Instead, he continued his reminders to the trainees, "We will be giving you 20 minutes to prepare yourself and be here afterwards so we can start imdiately."

Thus, they could only act like nothing happened as long as everyone is safe and sound.

"Qin An, you’re new here in the Capital, right? Does it an you haven’t visited enough?" Xing Ren asked Qin An while they’re on their way to their respective rooms.
Qin An just quietly shook his head and didn’t speak. Xing Ren smiles even more.
"Really? Then I can introduce you to the ancient treasures there. My Mother worked in the laboratory wherein they researched for the artifacts and history of Earth. I can tell you about it." Xing Ren offered. Qin An pause for a second.
"You know a lot about Earth?"
"? I don’t think so," he said, embarrassed rubbing his nape. "It’s just maybe I grew up with my family focusing on discovering them so I know things."
Qin An nod. "Then... Do you know about underworlds?"
Xing Ren stopped what he was doing and looked at him. "Underworld?"
"Hm," Qin An casually tied his shoelace and looked at the young man. "Ghosts, souls... grim reapers, do you know?"
"Them?" Xing Ren couldn’t help but raise his brow when he noticed that Qin An seed to be interested in what he would say. Is he interested in this matter so he wants to talk about it? Then it’s really rare. Qin An is not soone who has many interests about other things that aren’t related to his goal.
But since the latter is curious, of course Xing Ren won’t disappoint him.
"My Mother talked about the underworld one ti. There are ghosts. They are the souls from the dead, right? History said that these are the tamorphic things that Blue Star had always believed. However, up until now they have not found any evidence that could really tell that these things existed." Xing Ren shrugs.
"As of now, they remain only from the culture and our history but have never been proven true."
"Then do you think so too? That they don’t exist?"
Xing Ren nodded. "Doesn’t everyone also think so too?"
Qin An pauses a bit before casually nodding. Xing Ren was also called so their conversation didn’t continue anymore. As he was busy preparing, he was thinking about what he heard earlier.
Imperial Museum? It’s quite unexpected that he also wants to go there.
From the mont that he decided to accept his forr job again, he wanted to speak to the Judge but didn’t know how to. Fortunately, at night he dread again and was able to speak to him about his decision.
Yet, things beca just unexpected when the Judge finally explained why souls in this era couldn’t find their way themselves to the underworld.

Those souls were left in this world and cannot travel because the gates are closed. This resulted in the resentnt unattended and thus affected the ntal powers of the people in this era.
And only when there’s soone like him can this world have a chance to get cured by the riots inside their head.
Qin An asked how to open the gate and the Judge told him that he needed to find the key. The latter didn’t say where to find it but only told himself that it was an ancient key that could help him. For how? He didn’t know. He woke up after that so Qin An was helpless at this point.
But according to the practices of this world, ancient things can only be found in the research laboratory or in museums. He couldn’t pass on laboratories with no reason or connection so he could only try his best to find it in the museum.
He also didn’t have to worry that anyone would find the key other than him because there was no one here who uses things from the other side. Aside from that, this world didn’t believe in superstitions. It’s only natural that they would only think that any feudal superstition is just part of the Earth’s culture and history and nothing more. No one would be interested in thinking to that point.
So other than worrying where to find it, Qin An was calm.
Since he’s destined to take his job again and beco the only reaper in this world, sooner or later fate will lead him.
And fate didn’t really disappoint him.
Because from the mont he steps into the museum, a faint eagerness starts to arouse inside him.
It seems like soone is calling him even though he hears nothing. Only the loud beating of his heart and the faint excitent from sowhere is what he is feeling.
Qin An didn’t know but he felt that the strange discomfort deep inside his heart disappeared. It was as if when the mont he truly had that key, the discomfort of not coming from here would fade.
The Qin An will finally belong here.
